Stew Leonard’s has great produce selection. Great beef the meat department has a huge selection, the seafood department has some great deals as well. They don’t have everything but still a fun place to shop for really good food.

Love this place. Very well organized and sectioned off. Short cuts throughout the store it's almost the the ikea of supermarkets. Great prepared food ready to go. Decent pricing. Clean.

This is such an amazing supermarket!! It is beautiful and huge!! They have so many options for things, including hot buffet food and ice cream!!! I really enjoyed my time here. This is a very family friendly place with lots of activities to do outside, especially now in the Fall. Prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic.

My favorite grocery store ever. Originally being from CT, I was disappointed with the grocery stores when I moved to Brooklyn. Stew's was my go-to in CT and since I discovered there's a location in Yonkers, I looked forward to grocery shopping on the weekends. Great selection, fresh produce, meat, and bakery items. And make sure you use the app to get points for free ice cream after your visit!

The Poor Burger Barn. Slowly but surely they've been removing items for the menu for years now it's basically a hamburger, hot dog and a bottle of soda. It's a great place to take the kids. I'm sure we'll be gone next year for good

I'm not too happy with Stew at all. I've shopped here for years and my family has worked for Stew. Throughout the years i know things has changed. So It's been awhile since I've purchased Lobster tails. But yhey have gotten so small there's barely any meat on it. They changed the type of Lobster caught and kept the same price for 4 for 19.96. Completely mind blown. They are so tiny. That's so messed up.

We have been shopping at Stew's for over fifteen years and they get better with time. The fresh produce, the fish, the baked goods, the cooked foods, the pastries, the wines, need I go on!? The location, the service and the quality and the prices. Great one stop shop- Even their ice cream is all natural and delicious! We love Stew's. Kids love to go there. Great shopping experience.

This place is like a food amusement park. Its huge and has music, entertainment & food. The produce here is beautiful- so fresh and for the most part, well priced . They have an amazing variety of fruits and vegetables- some things are a bit expensive (strawberries), but for the most part, everything is so well priced and delicious to boot. They have different sections with prepared food which is great if you are in a bit of a rush (of course you pay per pound - it was a bit pricey but worth the convenience if you're not cooking) . The prepared food looks very fresh. The meat section is quite large and also very fresh. Throughout the store they have tasting stations which is quite nice. If you go with kids, please be prepared for them to be over stimulated and they will want the treats- get some for yourself while you're at it! The people working there are lovely- very friendly and super helpful. Lots if parking . You could honestly spend the better part if your day here.

First time buying from this establishment. Let’s just say i really love this damn store lol. Has everything you need plus more. We ended buying 3 dozen clams and had $5.99 lobster that were delicious. I also got a candy apple that just brought me back to Ny childhood all and all I will be back lol.

My family and I were profiled at the self checkout counter. As we scanned each item, the store associate aggresively chimed in when there was a problem with the scanner. Before I could explain to her what happened, she automatically stated, "you didn't scan the item," as she proceeded to count the items that were already placed in my bag. What she didn't realize was that i didnt have a chance to scan the item before she intruded and offered her unsolicited opinion of what occurred. She did this at least 2 more times throughout my transaction. She never apologized when she was wrong and clearly had determined that we were thieves. I'll spend my hard earned money in stores where my business is appreciated.

I love Stew Leanards however..I purchased meat and it expired in 5 days. I tried to return it with Receipt and was told they don't do returns on expired meat. Was surprised and disappointed. They should put return policy on back of Receipt like most stores do. For $15.00 they may have lost a loyal customer.

What a fun experience shopping in this market! They have a verity of food and grocery. And you will find surprise in every corner! There were interactive installation with dancing and singing sculptures, which I’ve never seen in other market before.

Nice that they were open late on a Sunday. Stopped by to pick up a tomahawk steak and rib eye steaks. We grilled the steaks, they were great. Big store with a large selection. Parking lot was good but no EV charging station. No line at the self checkout.

I have always had mixed feelings about this place. I like all the variety of items but it's a bit disorganised so it makes finding what you want difficult. I will say that going the day before Christmas eve was a gamble but they had enough staff that you were able to get through the store with quickness and ease. I just don't like the "one-way" maze to get through the store. Like I said, mixed feelings about this place.

Always visit Stew Leonard's in Yonkers when visiting NY. The market is huge and the selection is unbelievable. Very large selection of prepared food and seasonal baked goods. Wish they were located down in NC.

First time visiting this store with kids, it was a nice store with many options, seafood and variety of meats and produce, coffee and desserts, photo cake is an option here. Decorations are nice and kid friendly. But the cost is a little pricey, so that was the downside. Overall nice big store with huge parking spots.

It's just a grocery store, not sure what all the hype is about. It has your typical groceries, vegetables, meat, cheese. They have a huge prepared food section, list of hot food buffet style, fried food will you order like a deli counter, and rotisserie chickens? There is also a wine store attached, I did not visit the wine section.

I get my Christmas trees at Stews every year. This year the trees were of poor quality and very expensive. I bought mine the day after thanksgiving and they were supposed to do a fresh cut on the bottom and they did not. The tree is drying out and will not absorb water. They need to do better especially for the price!

I really like this place but only for shopping part of my grocery. It is well organized and I can't complain about the quality of their products. The prices here are way higher than a regular supermarket, the store is handicap accessible, parking and restroom available as well. There is also a section so you can buy a variety of cooked food, Ice cream shop, bakery and for coffee lover there is a coffee shop as well. There is also a liquor store and garden utilities area. Once again I really like this business but be careful with the prices.

Always the freshest fruits and vegetables. I would drive here just for the milk.. it is always fresh till the last drop. Corned beef is the leanest around.. don't mind that it costs more, I am getting a much better cut. Still the best in 2023.. just a bit more expensive like all the other places we shop.

I love stews but today I was in self checkout with my son who has special needs and the staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As I was checking out the staff kept staring at us while he was as having a tantrum. Following that a female employee was watching my every move as if there aren’t other customers in the self checkout as well that may need assistance. Then I decided I didn’t want a few things and she brush all behind me and in front of my mom with out even saying excuse me. During that encounter she still was all up in my cart from behind trying to see what I was doing. All of my items were on the pay machine except for a few. Prior to all of this one employee helped me scan my fountain sodas, my sons balloon and, our hot food which was kept in the cart. This isn’t the first time I felt discrimination at this location. Not every person of color steals. Stews needs to train their employees to be professional and not discriminate. Horrible!

Stew Leonard's is one of my favorite supermarkets by far. Recently I visited the seafood section at the Yonkers location and was discriminated on by an employee named Bernhardt because of the color of my skin. I never encountered anything like this in my life while shopping for food. Although I was apologized and compensated by the manager, that employee Bernhardt needs to be.reprimanded immediately.

I purchased several pounds of Cod Fish from the Stew Leonard’s fish market. My wife cooked the fish and it smelled like ammonia and tasted bad. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE SEAFOOD AT STEW LEONARDS !

We purchased a Christmas tree that dried out before Christmas. I believe they did not cut the bottom as claimed. We have been buying real Christmas trees for years. This is the first time we had a tree dry out so quickly. We a premium for the tree thinking it would be higher quality and it tuned out to be the worst tree we have ever purchased.
