It is sad that this place is in a good location but the service is very bad, specifically the recycling machines. The person who is responsible for the mashine is hiding all the time, not cleaning and bottles and garbage bags everywhere. Yesterday 9/7/2023 was a nightmare experience I saw the line for recycling so I went shopping inside the store thinking that I can recycle after but it wad still the same situation the machines are full and person is not here to take care of them. Then, by 9 pm, which is time for closing, he showed up.Here is the video 📹 to see what I'm talking about.

I don’t really go out of my way to write reviews but I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of the employees at this ShopRite. I haven’t always had the most positive experience at this location but I’ve come to enjoy my interactions with Cindy at the deli dept. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude have made my shopping experience here truly exceptional. Her ability to remember my order, my name, and even some small details from previous encounters adds a personal touch that makes me feel incredibly welcome. It's really nice that she takes the time to connect with customers. Cindy's dedication and friendliness truly stand out. I look forward to my visits at this ShopRite knowing that I'll receive top-notch assistance from such a delightful and attentive worker. She’s the only one I trust to get my order correct. Thank you, Cindy, for making my shopping experience great!!!

don’t usually leave reviews but i had to for this one. This shoprite is absolutely gross and the staff is rude! Deli department was arguing with costumer and rolling eyes. I asked an employee where an item might be and sent me to 2 different isle, that had nothing to do with what i was lookin for. Rude staff. 👎🏼 Avoid this location.

I was so disappointed in a cupcake order I picked up on Friday 12/22. I ordered pink and white cupcakes to be placed in the design of a 2 and a 5. I received cupcakes in a slathered in a red frosting pasting them all together. Yes, they were in a 2 and a 5, but I didn't want pull aparts... then they were nasty as hell. Way too much dye, to the point they were not edible. $60 wasted. So not only did they look terrible in the pictures, but they tasted terrible. Left a nasty taste in everyone's mouth. I have almost the whole #2 left.I will never use ShopRites Bakery again. I'm so disappointed.

This ShopRite is so ghetto (and I don’t mean the people) literally cashiers watch you bag and NEVER help you, even the elderly which actually infuriates me. Once I was on line and this old lady asked the cashier to help her and the cashier said “we don’t do that that’s not our job” to an elderly person. The woman was so confused and said they always used to help me, I chimed in and told her go to Trader Joe’s, they bag everything for you and it’s much more affordable. Back in the day ShopRite cashiers would bag with you. Go to Trader Joe’s y’all. Customer service is way better. Even stop & shop customer service is much better, I recently started shopping there and I love it. ShopRite customer service has declined so terribly over the years. Ghetto, I think people are still coming only for convenience because my family & I avoid it as much as possible but because it’s near our home, every once in a blue moon I show my face. And each time… the service is lacking. ALSO, the beauty of ShopRite back in the day was that it was a genuinely affordable place to shop… not anymore. Now it’s the same as all the other grocery stores. Hardly getting bang for your buck, ShopRite back in the day used to be the affordable place to shop. It’s the same as ACME & Stop & Shop now. So might as well go where the service is good.

This particular Shop Rite carries pan sobao! A friend told me about it and I made the trip specifically for this item, which I have not seen at other Shop Rites in Westchester. This pan sobao is shipped from Puerto Rico. I wouldn't recommend going on the weekend if you can avoid it. The supermarket and parking lot were completely full.

Title: Wedding Party DisasterI had the unfortunate experience of ordering Philly Cheesesteak sliders from this store for a wedding party, and the outcome was nothing short of a disaster. Instead of enjoying a delicious meal, we were left disappointed and frustrated.What we were served were sliders that bore no resemblance to actual sliders. To this day, I remain clueless about what ingredients they used, but these were utterly inedible, and no one at the event could stomach them.The real disappointment, however, was the complete lack of customer service. After numerous attempts to contact the store to resolve the issue, I was met with silence. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored and ghosted when you're seeking a simple resolution.I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this store to save their money and go elsewhere. The lack of quality in both the food and customer service is simply not worth it. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and I hope sharing this feedback will prevent others from making the same mistake.

It's still a convenient location that gets very busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cash and credit are both accepted. Recycling machines are available. It has a large parking lot, which is usually full.cash and credit are accepted. Recycling machines are available. However, they are due jam frequently, and the store only allows a few dollars to be redeemed at one time. There are also florists, deli, butcher, and bakers, usually on premises. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. 11/2022It's a nice store, great staff, however every single time I visit this store it's stuffed with customers and crazy long lines, almost never any parking. Budget ample time and patience when traveling here and great selection of foods.

Generally I like shopping at this particular location because The store is well stocked with items that are on sale in their weekly circular, the store is usually pretty clean, the employees are pleasant, but I will say that the parking could be improved or revamped. This store is easy access from highway 87 and runs along Tuckahoe road which runs up to Central avenue making this a very convenient location for the neighborhood. On this particular visit Tabitha was the cashier and she was very pleasant and I hope to see her make a good career of working at this particular location. 04/30/23 1031

Always been happy with this location. There’s a guy there that always goes to the back and brings me fresh produce whenever there’s none on the shelf he’s super sweet. And believe it or not the sushi is delicious and fresh.

Love this ShopRite location, conveniently located off I-87 truck route, so they're always stocked up and never running low on inventory. Only compliant? What happened to 60 oz value bag of ShopRite brand frozen steak French fries? Ever since they made the change to Bowl & Basket packaging, they disappeared..

Horrible manager. Manager with beard. Nasty lazy employees. There is a water advertised at 3.99. Circular online does not state must buy 3 and has a digital coupon. He said you have to buy 3. Said digital coupon means buying online. He is wrong. I guess that’s what happens when you can’t read.Shrugged his shoulders at the customer. Circular online does not match reality. Go to school and get an education to have better life choices.

Besides price I have only one criteria for a grocery store/ deli. Do the deli guys put the label right over the bag opening cursing us for the duration of owning the cold cuts unless we rebag? Here, at least the deli guys I have had, do not. Customer for life.
