Took my one year old dog to get groomed here due to normal groomer not having availability regret my decision 30 mins after I dropped him off I got called saying my dog was too playful and they refuse to groom him after already starting I will never take another pet here to get groomed ever very disappointed with the grooming he did receive in the short time he was here have never had the issues they claimed happened at any other groomer or with anyone he’s ever met

Visited the dog grooming salon at this location for the first time. Everyone in the grooming salon was very nice and pleasant. Gabby was the one who took care of our dog’s nails, teeth, and ear service. She was awesome even though my dogs are not the most cooperative of the bunch. Gabby was very sweet with our dogs and made sure they were comfortable at all times. 100/10! Great customer service, and overall great experience. Thank you again! See you next time.

Everyone there is so kind so polite and very fast on the cash register the floor is always clean everyone is very helpful when you don't know what you're looking for this is the only place that I shop for my animals.

I don’t know about dogs but please don’t take your cats there. I took my cat for Grooming on Central Park ave location. I have a beautiful Siberian cat a lot of hair. I told her to trim her hair and she shaved it . Not only that she did such a bad job that everything is uneven specially her face.My cat has no hair now .Trust me guys my cat look so bad I almost cried. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS there for grooming they claim that they’re Professional but they are not. I wish I could upload her pictures. PLEASE save YOUR CATS!!

The fish thanks are unsafe for the fish as well for the buyers. I asked an employee why the tanks are so filthy and her answer was "I dont know We clean them everyday". That's hard to believe. I will write corporate as well.

It's Puppy Paradise! If you like animals, going to this PetSmart will improve your day. On weekends, adoption agencies come with kittens and puppies. They sell LICKS products which are amazing.

All the shrimp in their shrimp display are dead. Plus there's mold in the tank. They really need to maintain the fish better. This is very sad.

The groom department horrible, I have three pet never had a horrible experience at Petco. The hospital is great. The store manager are rude and very dismissive of customers concerns. There price on toy for the animals are reasonable. I travel from Manhattan to this location due to one specific doctor who care for my pets in due to the large variety of items. These are picture before my dogs got groom in after. The good picture are done by Petco the others are the result of petsmart. I call the the corporate office twice and no response was address to my concern on the results of my dog horrible haircut at petsmart.

Best place to come if you want to get some Goldfish get some pet supplies get your dogs groomed very nice staff I was greeted by a gentleman at the fish location he helped me pick out fish very nice young man I forgot to get his name but very nice his manager also was very nice I think her name was Christine and very nice place to go to

Got my 7yr old Yorkie poo groomed today (she had a bad case of quarantine hair) and they did there thing in there with her! She came out looking amazing! I can't thank her enough (I forgot the girls name sorry) I would highly recommend getting your pet groomed here and I can't wait to come back!

Gotta love how they treat your pups. Tommy loves it there and gets alittle scared at first but always ends up leaving with his tail wagging because of how they take care of him. After his shower he can't wait to relax. Great job Pet Smart

The groom department is the worst experience I had with my shih tzu poodle, he 15 years old and the manager complained about his barking and scratch and at the cage, the manager was the groomer she call me 6 time while I was in class. She left his face unwash, dirty on his legs. The store manager disregarded my concerns. I call the Corp office to see how they would respond. Keep you posted.....

Don’t ever buy birds here or any animal for that matter. There was a poor dead parakeet on the ground with all of the live birds still in there which causes diseases to be transmitted…and 2 of the conures being housed together were mating which means if you buy one you’re going to wind up with unexpected eggs and babies!! Also got a hamster here last year that they sold to me as a male and a few days later there were babies in my hamster cage! They sold me a pregnant female. Beware of buying any animals here!

Cat/ Dog Owner- There's a stigma regarding pet stores, and this PetSmart breaks all of them. Smells great, has friendly staff, incredible dog trainer (Chris Brown).Dog Training: If you're debating purchasing a package... don't.I've worked hard on training my three-month-old puppy, and although I felt I could do everything on my own through videos, apps, and books... Chris is on another level. Not only does he help train your dog, but he also helps you understand the "why?" behind everything that you do. His attention to detail and hands-on approach make the training session so impactful in such little time. People pay thousands for sessions like these. I'm in awe of the price point and efficiency PetSmart and Chris offer.

Don't know what's going on with petsmart but they use to be so helpful now they don't even answer the phone. I called 5 times yesterday nobody picks up the phone I called today 2 times and they hanged up the phone. Such rudeness is unacceptable. Employees forget if it is wasn't for customers buying from the store they would be out of a job.

I was appalled leaving this location today. I went to purchase fish for the fish tank at my school and I could not believe the amount of dead fish that were floating in the tank. The staff were not friendly, the establishment was dirty and the cashier was cursing at her boyfriend on a full-on phone call while ringing me up. I truly feel sorry for the animals that are supposed to be "cared for" at this location.

Absolute amazing experience for a new pet owner like myself. The store literally has every thing we needed and more. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of their merchandise. The store manager Michael was extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely make this our go to store for our precious new addition.
