Which is good for the business because no business would be successful without a good working staff. Management chose right when they picked. the staff.Plenty of parking handicap accessible.

Upgraded my setup, about 80% of it was bought at this microcenter. This is my go-to place for all computer and electronic needs. They really have it all, tablets and laptops for all needs, pre-made PCs and individual parts if you want to built your own, and a bunch more.They also have a corner of the store dedicated to more niche parts with individual components for breadboards and little arduino bits. Ever since RadioShack shut down, I've been looking for places that sell small creator parts like this.Prices are usually at or below typical market value. During the pandemic, when graphics cards were seeing insane markups, this place was the only one that still sold at MSRP. If you're inexperienced with tech, or maybe just a little behind on the latest, the staff here are knowledgeable and helpful with whatever your needs may be.

Horrible experience. Have been going to this location for over 5 years and everytime something went wrong with any of my products, as long as i had warranty, it would get swapped. Yesterday i went in for an issue with my cpu, the gentleman at tech support didnt want to test it and told me to bring my whole computer in. I explained to him i have replacement warranty, can i just replace it for the same one. He kept insisting to bring my rig in, which i was never instructed to do before. After 5 min of going back and forth, he charged me $40 for a two min physical inspection and declined to replace it. Because of this I had to spend another $240 for a cpu. Sad to say i wont be returning to this location.

I bought a gaming laptop and a mouse here, everyone was nice the manager even thanked me for my purchase. They don't try to upsell you like best buy. The staff was also very helpful.

If your looking for sales people with knowledge who can guide you with your purchase based on need versus price (which you often find in a large chain store), than you must come here. I literally took the sales persons business card so that I would be able to refer him to anyone in need of a monitor. He guided me to what it is I needed instead of trying to sell me a high ticket item that was unnecessary. I had my eye on this incredible curved monitor the length of my sons desk which I thought would be perfect for gaming. Had it not been for the Knowledgeable staff, I would have purchased it, only to find out that some characters or scenery would be cut off because of the monitor’s height. He made great recommendations.This store itself is rather large and has great promos. Keep an eye on their website to stay updated.

Horrible experience at micro center in yonkers. I rarely ever write reviews. One of the staff member Ramone is one of the only members that is familiar with 3d printers. I've had a few encounters with him and each one was unpleasant. The last encounter with him was horrible. I've spent a good amount of money at this store and Ramone had sold me a Upgrade for my printer that was completely wrong and did not fit or work with the cpu. So I went back to see if there was anything we could do, and instead of trying to be helpful he was extremely unprofessional, arrogant, nasty and rude. And made a series of nasty comments. The only thing he cared about was shoving a commission sticker on the product in my hand than trying to answer a few simple questions about the product he was trying to sell me. What a disheartening experience. I don't think I will be returning to this store ever again.

Their Knowledge Bar/repair center were absolutely abysmal. I brought my laptop in for a warranty repair (which they still charged me for). They didn't even start the repair until 10 days after I dropped it off and then after 1 day of work said they had fixed it. It's still broken and I'm convinced that they did literally nothing

As a 3D printing enthusiast, this is genuinely my favorite place in Westchester. The variety of filament and resin is quite nice, and it's great to see the printers and parts they have available. The $5 Protopasta samples are a great impulse buy. I grabbed a few along with some discounted Samsung microSD cards for my printers.

This Micro Center is great. They have a lot in stock and the sales team is very helpful. The repair center can be busy at times but they are honest and helpful. I've had two great experiences there.

I had a disappointing experience at Micro Center recently. Despite a growing line at checkout, there was only one cashier available, with no attempt by other staff to alleviate the bottleneck. While customers waited, other employees seemed disengaged, choosing to converse among themselves or wander the store rather than stepping in to assist with the queue. This lack of responsiveness and customer service is not what I expect from a retail experience, especially from a well-regarded establishment like Micro Center. The apparent disregard for customer time and satisfaction was frustrating, and it significantly impacted my perception of their service standards.

Came in to get some parts upgraded to my son’s PC. After picking up the computer and realizing that there was an issues with the CPU. I came back in and was personally taken care of by the General Manager, Micheal Bedard. He took the time to identify the problem which originated with Intel and solved it within minutes. Truly an amazing experience at the Micro Center of Yonkers. We spent years spending tons at Best Buy but never received the type of customer service we received today.

My first time visiting micro center and my first pc build was such an amazing experience. First off, the staff here were extremely welcoming, professional, easy to get along with, over all good vibes. Thank you Nelson for being an absolute gem while helping me put together my purchase. And thank you for being so patient while i couldnt make up my mind on which pc case to get LOLunfortunately I didnt get the name of the other gentleman that was giving advice/helping me too. he was amazing aswell. thank you for your help! I went in with little knowledge and the staff here were so patient and knowledgeable that left me feeling confident. highly recommend going to this location. Even checking out was a pleasure, Luis on register was a sweetheart. Thank you everyone for a pleasant experience!

Super helpful staff. I went to ask for a computer repair consultation for an old laptop. Staff Daniel on the computer repair dept was helpful and knowledgeable and sadly told me that the type of laptop I had was a hybrid one that they couldn't fix which is totally understandable. My old laptop was an HP split x2 with beats audio. The repair cost ($700) more so I decided to get a new laptop instead. Other staff members like Adrian help me out with picking out my new lenovo v14 g4 amn laptop. I love it and I will definitely shop there again. Even the bossman Michael was nice. Keep up the amazing work 👏.

Worst customer service ever in both Patterson NJ and Yonkers, NY. Traveled over 4 hours and was promised a discount or a price match for the previous days price. When I changed my mind on the laptop to upgrade NJ associate said they’d price match for $2500. However an associate who helped us with specs followed us around the store and alerted security and management that we looked *suspicious*. After management came to help price match they refused and wouldn’t even offer the $200-$300 difference from the previous laptop on the new one. I will never go back to microcenter, as this caused me a huge inconvenience and I could not get my husband the gift I wanted to get him. The Yonkers location refused to price match due to the upc not matching. Some items, while the same product, but in different colors and sizes will all have different barcodes, a retailer can assign a SKU for that product type to keep track of all the barcodes associated with that item. It had all the same specs but they didn’t want to help me either.

When we got home and opened the items we found one box was completely empty and taped shut . There is no number to call. The chat service you must use to contact them claims we will need to bring back the empty box for an exchange. Again you cannot contact anyone to discuss a refund for the empty box. Buyer beware. Insist on opening everything in store prior to purchase

The staff here really are the best. They do such a good job with IT and are very knowledgeable. They keep you updated via text too which is convenient. They were able to help solve my problem after one visit. Apple store couldn't help me after meeting with them 4 times!!
