I am thoroughly disgusted by the way I was treated this evening by the women in the shoe department. I have been shopping at this Macy’s well over 20 years and have a Macys card . The sales women were in such a rush to go home. They were nasty, rude and did not care about anything but getting out of there .I was there close to closing time. I had chose four pair of shoes and was walking to the register only for them to tell me we’re closed. Your closed ? I’m just about to check out and you’re telling me you’re not going to take my sale !It was literally 9 o’clock on the dot I understand, but why wouldn’t you put my shoes on the counter and tell me to get over there before then? Then the lady standing at the counter, said they made an announcement. SMH !Since when do stores turn customers away on their way to the register to check out? I’m calling corporate and I’m going to be talking about this on my social media where I have hundreds of thousands of followers and I’m at 62 million views here on Google maps this is not acceptable to treat people like this spending their hard earned money. I needed those shoes tonight only to be turned away like trash never again. !!!!

Macy's is my sister's favorite place to shop. She has the ability to find great deals here. Parking can be tricky on the weekends. I picked up and delivered orders from here. The staff was absolutely, positively customer service oriented and made sure I was taken cared of promptly.

I love this Macy's it's definitely great inside of here The layout of the whole department store is really nice they've done a great job with this location I definitely suggest checking this place out they have a lot of deals and a whole bunch of selections when it comes to all sorts of things clothing sneakers jewelry You name it they have it check them out.

7/10/20, I couldn't wait to prounce through All 9 floors of the big daddy of stores. All were operational and stocked! Plenty of room to move around and choose your goodies. I found a few jewelry bargains.They had separate entrances and exits to ensure social distancing. Enjoy

I came looking for a shirt and pair of pants for myself and found it with ease , everything is layed out making it very easy to " self shop " . I also needed a men's watch and I needed assistant from the sales department and they were very helpful and attentive . I picked up the items that I came looking for with little effort . I was in and out of the store in no time , a very positive shopping experience!

Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.

It’s possible to give them a zero starevery time I go to this place all the employees they take a sweet time to help you a little things but today one of managers her name was Linda she was being very rude with me for no reason and because my English is not very good she said to me go back to where you come from you don’t have to be here and other bad words I’m not putting everything here so my response was just I’m sorryif this happened to somebody else for sure this Macy's been sue for harassing people for no reason and they don’t doing the job how they supposed to do it so I don’t want to checkup how they work but to have some respect for people we are all the same 🤞

It's Macy's what more needs to be said. Macy's lost it luster. They fell behind the eight ball and now they are playing catch up. They need to stay in their lane and not try and compete with Saks and stores in a higher price point.

Great help. Always the associates from the perfume department are great. I didn't know what to get for my girl and they assisted me right away. Great prizes and promos and you know they are the real thing.

lady named “toni” or “jamie” an older black lady at the polo department, attitude is disgusting was not helpful at all. she created all types of assumptions based off an inconvenience of an online order. Just terrible

The moment you walk in through the mall entrance, a swarm of perfume salespeople attack you trying to spray you with the cheap fragrance.If you are there to buy cosmetics, quickly walk through them and keep left for more space and better selection.You might feel lonely in the furniture department since it's very unlikely there will be salespeople there before lunchtime.

Tons of parking, indoor and outdoor. Escalators indoors and elevators outdoors by the parking lot. Also has a Starbucks inside with a sitting section. Very clean and helpful people all around. They really make a turtle feel cool and comfy 🐢
