This place is usually good but they did something to me I can’t forgive. I had a death in my family and went with dove shaped balloons which they don’t carry. I asked if they could fill them for me and they refused to do it. I told them to charge me as if they sold me whiter balloons and charge me so and they didn’t want to do it. In the end they ended up filling only 3 balloons. How can you be so heartless to a customer. I wasn’t asking for anything free.They have lost me as a customer.

There was a line when I went in, but not when I was paying. I noticed they have a new line in isle for $3 and $5 items. I couldn't find any hair creams-the leave ins. For the most part things were stocked. There were lots of holiday items stocked. And boxes still needed to be put out for stocking. Dollar Tree is usually a hit or miss. They didn't have a lot shopping bags to buy in store but I managed to find 4. I only needed 2. I don't like the paper bags bc they don't have handles. And are uncomfortable to carry. And they break if you don't double.

Great store with a huge selection, it doesn’t stink (iykyk) the staff is lovely and helpful most of of the time. Very often they’re overwhelmed and snappy, I mean 2-3 employees for 1 store is a bit much. Nonetheless this is one of the only ones left near me.

Messy. I couldn't find loot bags in the party section. Things and boxes were strewn in the aisles. Im guessing they're short staffed. Dollar tree, please do better.

The store is always so messy. Boxes all over, blocking aisles and merchandise on the floor. I usually never find what I am looking for. I always go to a different location, but it was raining and only needed one item to finish my Christmas crafts.

I really enjoy this Dollar Tree and I've been coming here for years before it was Dollar Tree and was under the "Deals" franchise before it was brought out by Dollar Tree.This is located in a great neighborhood, decent people shop here and you don't have to worry about the sketchy element here like you would with some Dollar Trees that are located in the hood for instance.It's always stocked and you will always find what you are looking for and then some. Sometimes overstocked if anything. You may also find things here that maybe you won't at other Dollar Trees.The only issue I have is that it has gotten messier and more disorganized throughout the years. It used to be very clean, organized but lately it looks a little messy. Maybe management?Regardless, this is one of the better Dollar Trees you'll come across than most places.PROS:-Safe neighborhood-Decent customers and good staff-Always very stocked and you may find some things here you wouldn't at other Dollar TreesCONS:-Gotten a little messy over the years

This place is a shoppers nightmare. It is a disgrace! It is dirty, unorganized and managed poorly. It is disrespectful to the community that this store is completely upside down. Shame on upper management for allowing this location to be in shambles!

Dollar tree items are expensive for what you get and can have toxic ingredients. The quality is very low - anything I have purchased has just disintegrated quickly. They don't pay the employees Enough and understaff and sell subpar products. Not worth it and it's a chain in a residential area that takes business away from locally owned shops that sell way better quality items. Buy local. Buy in ways that feed the community not the rich

The manager at yonkers ave was very nice n very helpful. She seems to have a teamwork system going. She cares about her employees n customers. She herself is a wonderful person to work with.

I do not like this dollar tree, because every time I was in there there was a white man following around like I was going to steal something I felt very ill behind that they had five other workers there nobody was putting nothing on the shelf. They was talking among each other.

If I could give this location a Zero I would. This store is unorganized, not stocked & to top it off there was an aisle that was completely blocked off with with boxed hand trucks from one side to another & the freezer’s wasn’t stocked. I’m sure they are understaffed or have call outs, however I’m sure this has a great deal with management.

I went there today 2/27/2022 with my little girl and we havent been there in a while. There was a very very long line unfortunately but it was just a great experience.There was only two young women working the register. My daughter and i saw how hard they were working and how kind they were also very efficient! great job !

Tonight the store was a disaster. Jit it about 5:10 right after work. Not only were the aisles filled with boxes to be unpacked but it looked like people just tipped them over and shuffled the mess together. Plus shopping carts were in the lot but had the locks on them. I maneuvered one inside anyway and they did not have the lock release so I DRAGGED it around the store. Only bought a few items. Had a list of almost 20. Found about 5 and gave up. Bought the 5 just to get out of there

I was at this store on 06/26/2021.This one is dirty. The floors look like the N.YC. subway stations. When we had the COVID it was clean. The store looks like it’s going out of business.One register is usually open until the people complain. I know it’s a dollar store and the prices are a dollar but really, they can’t hire more employees.I gave it 2 stars because some of the merchandise is good. Also, their prices are great.

The management is lacking in this store. The place always looks like a mess with stuff all over the place.There is never enough people working at the registers, usually one person is there, even around the holidays in which I waited 20 minutes to ring out during the Christmas season.The management needs to hire more help to organize the store & have 2 people at checkout all the time.I’d rather shop at other dollar trees due to the lack of management & aggravating checkout process.

I was trying to think of one thing nice to say to give one star but the only thing I can think of is that Stars shine because they have been described as hot balls of glowing plasma, held together by their own gravity. A lot of nuclear fusion is going on inside them, and generating light from them. It's rather complicated, but that's the general idea! I can keep on going but I’ll keep it simple. The dollar tree hides these stars ⭐️ The bigger the star, the shorter its life.The smaller stars might survive for hundreds of billions of years. Yes, billions… that is why everything is now one dollar and twenty five cents.

This store like so many other Dollar Tree (McLean Ave)locations is a complete mess. Boxes of items are never fully unpacked or put out for purchase. They don't seem to be aware that the boxes can become a trip hazard to the customers. The line is almost always too long & you often have to ask for them to call someone else up to another register. It never feels like the customer is the priority. Even when they can clearly see that the line is excessively long & moving way to slow, they still refuse to exercise basic common sense. Also, in the past when I've ventured there to shop I've found that the parking spaces are being taken up by folks not going into the store to shop. People who are attending services at the funeral home directly across the street are taking spaces away from the patrons who are going into the store. They've even parked in forbidden spaces such as Handicap, which are for people like myself. When you inform them of this issue, nothing is done to correct this problem. That's another reason why I often choose to go spend my money with one of their competitors.

Tried to get a job there apparently they are very selective on who they choose! Told me again a year later over the phone they are not looking for help! Meanwhile there is a sign in the window and clearly they need someone to do stock and clean up! Heck I'd be willing to work for free just to clean up the mess! It's a shame!!!!

Manager is lazy and does nothing. There was long long long line with senior citizens standing and complaining about only one register being opened. As a manager he could have opened the register himself and helped out. But he just went back to the back of the store to hide. My wait time was 35 mins and my husband is a viet Nam vet waiting online with me. Absolutely disgusting

1st time customer. 3:42 pm thursday august 25 Unorganized. No cashier after waiting for someone to ring me up for 5 minutes. When she did show up , bad attitude. Highly reccomend skipping this place . Worst than even the Mt Vernon location. Yikes 😱
