I brought my two fur balls for grooming. The store manager, Jose, was the very best. He greeted us with a smile and a big, sincere Hello! He asked what I’d like done and he sent me videos and pictures during the process! The groomers were also so friendly. The environment was cheery and bright with a little area for dogs waiting to be groomed or picked up next to the front desk. The business follows the healthy protocol and I had to provide proof of vaccination. I appreciate knowing my two little gals were safe. Dogmom also has an array of products for sale. I loved the bright sweater colors.I can’t say enough. Jose, the staff and the place is definitely the reason I will be returning to Dogmom. Thanks everyone there for such a great experience. And my girls look absolutely gorgeous!!!

Dog Mom & the whole staff are amazing.  You can tell they truly love animals and what they do. From the moment we walkee in the door. We took our dog, Bobby, here for the first time today and highly recommend! Very affordable compared to other groomers, and most importantly they treated him very well! They sent videos and pictures throughout the grooming and were very communicative via text. Easy to make an appointment over the phone.

Absolutely LOVED the entire experience!! From the first conversation with Jose all the way thru to when I picked up my girl. she’s just 6 months and loves to play and the team was able to work with her and gave her the most adorable cut. Note: this is a late reviewStaff are friendly and amazing. We’ve been going here for almost two years now. they’re always fully book but also accommodating. The place is nice with lots of photos of cute dogs hanging on the wall. they also sell stuff for dogs and cats. Price is reasonable. I’m a satisfied customer and I highly recommend this place

If you just need a shampoo and nails clipped then this place is fine. If you need a hair cut DO NOT bring your dog here. I brought my golden doodle in for a trim and the regular works, he came out with a mullet and completely uneven hair cut. I called and tried to speak and reason with the shop and they told me if I don’t bring my dog in with in a week to be cut even shorter and made even ( so shave him basically) that it was to bad for me. Total lack of customer service and my dog looks so bad!!!! he’s a gorgeous golden doodle, curly great fur. They tried to blame his hair type etc but everything was just poor excuses. I will not go back!

One word AMAZING! She has groomed my dog and my mothers dogs (2) a couple of times. We’ve been to a few groomers in the past that haven’t done a great job or always miss something (we know grooming isn’t cheap) but she’s exceeded our expectations. She thorough, patient, kind, informative and our dogs look and smell amazing after they’ve visited her. During our last visit I asked about my dogs breath and stains on his teeth. She offered a solution but explained what she does in detail and the disadvantages of plaque. She’s reasonably priced, has a great team and they’re all super patient and kind. It’s very comforting to know your dogs are in good hands when you leave. She knows a world of information about dogs and I’m so happy my mom found her online. She’s our new groomer and we’re very happy with the results. Oh! She sends videos and photos throughout their grooming! It’s the cutest thing ever!!

My pup had a lot of anxiety about being groomed. Previous groomer couldn't finish due to this. I was sent pictures and video of how Cookie was doing during the process. When I walked in to pick her up, she was just standing calmly allowing her hair to be cut. And I loved the cut. I'm definitely going to return. Oh, did I mention the prices are so reasonable.

I was charged $100 and I gave a picture and a list of what my dog needed trimmed (tail and around hindquarters etc.) and when I got him back the tail hadn’t been trimmed at all and the hind quarters were barely done. The staff was kind and treated my dog well, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one. I went here because of the good reviews but I am very disappointed. I have never paid this much for a dog grooming session before and have never been this disappointed. I will not be returning here because there are plenty of places that do a better job for less money.

My babies max been going to jean over 4 year already he love her and I love the way she take care of max. Then my other baby is brownie a mini Australian she know how to take care of my babies, never had a complaint she is the best groomer I could have . She take care of them like if it was her own pet. Lily had a great time here! Today was her first day and she was super nervous before going to Dogmom. Lily is a very shy and timid dog, and we were nervous because she often has a hard time at groomers. We used to go to Petsmart for haircut but the person who did Lily’s haircuts left Petsmart recently. Luckily we found Dogmom! We were reassured every step of the way with videos and photos. It’s so cute how they keep you updated with your dog’s progress. Lily’s haircut is adorable and the pink bow they gave her added an even cuter touch to it! It’s so hard to find a groomer you can trust your dog with, and I 100% vouch and recommend Dogmom! They are super professional and kind.

Jean is a Licensed Groomer with Accreditations from different Associations and has been attending Seminars and Exhibitions/Expos to further gain expertise and fine tune her skills and talent Place is immaculate and Staff are petfriendly and accomodating,courteous ,as well.Near restaurants and Delis,so you can eat hot and fresh (delicious foods) nearby while waiting .24 Hr.Post Office as well asCar Repair Shops are just around the corner or if you want some entertainment, Empire Casino is justa minute away. You can definitely do your errands while waiting for your furbabies. Parking is also a breeze, metered as well as free parking available.Please visit this place and schedule an appointment and your pet will thank you for it.
