This place is great. Compare with others Costco that I have been. You know when a location is good, it will be always full of people. I think that people are nicer here. Things are more organized.

I think this is a very good Costco location they have stuff for the city and for suburbs they have sinks they have mattresses and all a household needs and of course Costco has certain kosher food and cookies. So I thought I should go online even before my family has collected all the items we need because usually in Brooklyn the line takes forever but overhear I went to the line and I was almost done checking out even before my family has finished collecting all the stuff they needed they check you out very fast even on a Sunday but add the receipt check at the end of the store that took a while even though I had so little items she made sure everything was counted but that didn't bother me so much, it's a clean and nice store bathrooms were clean and nice not smelling like in Brooklyn. I like this location also you have phone service all over the store. Whomever you ask any worker in the store will answer you right away wherever store items are you won't have to go too far to look for them

Careful with card skimming devices at this location. My elderly mother rarely uses her debit card and hadn’t used it in days. Made one small purchase at this location and then someone attempted to use it on Amazon immediately after leaving this Costco. She doesn’t even have an Amazon account. Beware!!!

Even though they were out of the item I came for, the staff was quite helpful and pleasant. They also had an interesting array of family style dishes that were irresistible. As always, I ended up with stuff I absolutely had no intention of buying LoL

Large Costco with liquor, really affordable cafeteria, great deals for groceries and household items bottle recycling and a big parking lot etc. You need to be a Costco member to enter and they only accept Visa cards.Other than clothing, most grocery items like meat, pastries, milk eggs, batteries etc. are sized for a couple/family/party.The cafeteria has insanely low prices, hot dog + soda for $1.50, 18in cheese/pepperoni pies for $9.95 (slice for $2) and others like sundaes for $2.50.They also have electronics, sunglasses, kayaks, prepacked food, multivitamins etc. Selection is limited but prices make it worth it.

By accident in September 2023 I left my new iphone 14s plus on top of my shopping cart for two minutes while i was picking up a item.When i came back the cart and the phone were gone . Reported it to management. The said dont worry it would show up.They would look at the cameras to see who took the cart by mistake. When i went home I tracked my phone to an address in the Bronx. Called back Cosco to see if they could track a membership to that adress. They said they could not release that information.They said that I needed to make a police report. Never got the phone no help from Cosco. Be careful in Cosco where you leave your phone.These is zero accuntability.

Great location, but it’s always crowded. I tried to go there on weekends at their opening time, still lots of people. I would avoid there midday in weekend, as the traffic will be very heavy. Hope they can open up another store in lower Westchester as the demands are high.

Accidentally skipped on a line, which is an unorganized mess by the way, and instead of informing me a large man shoved my cart into me. This man proceeded to keep shoving my cart over to load his things onto the belt as another man yelled at me to tell me to leave. Two female staff members just told me to go to the back of the line and that there was nothing they could do. I had joined the back of what I thought was a line which was my mistake but no staff offered help as this man continued to push me around and they then said nothing when he told them he was going to hit me. He didn’t but I felt incredibly unsafe. Instead of offering any amount of apology the staff gave me nasty looks as I checked out and left. Saw the guy as I was leaving in the lot and luckily he left it as it was but nothing was done to assure my safety leaving. As a young female shopper I’m appalled that the staff allowed a man I didn’t know to touch my personal items as well as threaten me without any amount of ramifications.

I love my Costco in the city, but the one in Yonkers is beyond nuts. Extremely crowded, an unreal amount of rude people (I'm sure they're tired of the store as well), almost no organic options, so I don't see how this is a good place, unless you have a family of 8 or something.

They are so RUDE here!! Go to the one in New Rochelle so much better. I've never experienced such horrible customer service as I did today. Manager especially was rude and was VERY disrespectful.**I should have read reviews before coming here. It seems like a pattern with management at this particular location. ☹️

COSTCO IN YONKERS IS NEW YORK!!!! Tons of customers from all nationality what a diverse population . I saw and hear Jamaican, Haiti , Middle Eastern, Asian, polish, Russian Indian and much more . You had your Instacart shoppers, bodega store owners buying for their shops , every customers cart had something from their original country . I felt as if I was in the United Nations. The shelves were fully stocked , workers from all nationalities were working and ready foe their customers . Great prices , great variety and one stop shopping . I love it

My daughter and I went to Costco I didn't buy much but my daughter brought a lot, I bought salt and I got this big box 4 lb I have never seen a box of salt that big or in a box, and then we saw plants we love plants so he was going to buy one plant each it said $18.99 but we didn't read the sign right it was three plants for $18.99 bargain score,so she got 3 I got 3 yasss, and they come in beautiful ceramic pots in three colors, black, white, gray double score, we will go back for more plants and food items but for now we're banned because we buy too much. 😂

After being a Executive member of Costco for 25 years I will cancel my membership for the horrible treatment I received by the manager at this store, I forgot my Check at home to renew my membership and I ask if I can buy my groceries for today and come back and renew next time I’m in Costco because I just came from work last hour of the day rush to buy my groceries and the manager in a very nasty way told me if you don’t renew you not buy anything here today, another member saw that I was tire and needed my groceries and offered to pay for me with her membership and he also said no, I really don’t understand Costo treatment to human this is very unfair and unjustified there was no reason for the manager to be so nasty about it he can look and see that this membership has never been left unpaid, I alway renew my membership and after today I will not!!

The cashiers are too busy talking with each other and are not engaging with the customers. They snatch your card from your hand, scan your items all the while talking to their helper. That is completely rude & unprofessional.

I like the shopping area because there is a lot of products to purchase it but the problem is when you go to buy a pizza or a soda. The employee takes too long to attend customers. I really hated! They wasted my time :(

Was very crowded, making the shopping there an unpleasant experience. But to the staff credit, they were super polite and handled the crowd well. I am not sure if this is a regular scene, but Costco should look to doubling the space or opening shops close by, soon.

If you need any house essentials this is the place to go! Costco haves a lot of great deals when it comes to food, detergents, furnitures, etc... This place is usually busy but it’s not that bad. They also provide two levels of parking.By the way- never go food shopping with an empty stomach. Eat something at the food court before you buy anything.

More workers are needed at the food area to give out orders faster. Some customers wait 45 minutes. Lines on the floor need to be created and barriers to expedite the checkout and for organization. Parking needs to be doubled. This is most likely the busiest location.

The worst Costco I have ever been. Return took me about 35 minutes and waiting in the cold. The lines to pay were insane long. The lines organization go to the back of the store. It took one hour to make this line. Insane.. Never again.

Great. Found what I wanted. I was only surprised that I was asked to take everything out, including the heavy items, out of the cart at checkout; and was not helped. I'm 80, and it was difficult for me. Another customer kindly helped. The man that was assisting the cashier had his ID tag covered by a jacket. I only saw IHA, or HIA.

Today was my first time at Costcos, although, it was good experience. However, when we got to the check out Ma’hogany was very rude and incompetent.. hopefully, the next visit is better.

It is a very nice area cheap but no space to park and the lines are heavy depending on what time you go.
