Called Beautiful Blooms from Florida to send flowers to the Bronx. Was assisted by Zuleyma, who was very helpful and professional. Didn't have the exact decorative items for the arrangement that I wanted, however I was contacted for approval of an alternate which I appreciated. Arrangement was beautiful and appropriately sized for the money. Delivery was fast. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Blooms Florist has amazing customer service and strong attention to detail. I had asked Beautiful Blooms to create a signature arrangement (sewing machine) that they had never made before, with only a 24 hour turn around. The arrangement they created was truly a masterpiece. The detail and creativity that went into the item was exquisite. The flowers that they used were lush and high quality. We received so many compliments. I can’t thank them enough! It was raining pretty heavily today, and their driver was in his van dangerously swerving between vehicles and cutting people off on the highway.He was originally camping dangerously below the speed of traffic in the passing lane. When someone got in front of him, the florist then cut off the guy in the middle lane and sped up to get ahead of the car that passed him. Then he almost side-swiped that car off the road as he re-entered the passing lane (before he was ahead of the car), forcing the car to slam on their brakes and swerve out of the way. IN THE RAIN!! Once ahead, he slowed down again to well below the speed of traffic.As far as this florist is concerned, the passing lane is his to camp in, and you better not try to get ahead of him. He could've seriously injured someone or even killed them!I have not done business with this florist, so I cannot speak to their products, but I would not do business with someone who clearly is not concerned with anyone else's safety in the road.If the manager or owner reads this, and you have more than one driver, I did get the license plate of the van. I won't put it on here, though, as that might be a safety issue as well.

Growing up in Yonkers, I was a customer of prior owners and business many years ago. I looked at recent ratings and decided to give a try since I no longer live in the area. I called to ask a question before ordering online, and the gentleman I spoke to was courteous and helpful. The arrangement I ordered was the Loving Remembrance Lavender and White for the wake of a dear friend, and it was even more beautiful than the picture online. I received an email update once delivered. I was very pleased and would definitely be a customer again in the future.

My husband and I went to Beautiful Blooms for a wake/ funeral arrangement. Heidi was very helpful explaining the differences of our two picks. We went with the standing spray. I got a beautiful arrangement from a friend that was meant to be delivered with get well balloons but mistakenly they sent me Birthday balloons, I got a good laugh out of it, I called them and they sent me the correct balloons with chocolate and an apology note the next day. They have gained a new customer!!

Great customer service. Flowers always fresh. Love a great bouquet of flowers for every occasion. We never been disappointed by this shop. We went in today for a last minute order and in less than 10 minutes they built us a beautiful arrangement. Prices are always good as well which is a major factor when you don’t know about flowers. 1000% recommend this florist shop!! I recently had a 30th birthday party in New York and they were incredibly. They listened to all my ideas with an open mind, were very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I live in Florida but the team here was always communicating with me and answered any questions I had promptly. The flowers at my party were fresh, beautiful, and matched with the color scheme to perfection. Not only were my flowers beautiful but their team set up my tables and seat and main table.They will not disappoint you and your needs!

I ordered a standing basket floral arrangement for same day delivery. I called a little after 11 am. I needed the arrangement by 6pm for a Memorial Service. I was surprised when they said they could have it done. The customer service was outstanding! The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, soft spoken. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She was patient, kind and professional. She made sure everything was correct and all expectations were far beyond exceeded. My best friend lost her mother and I was not able to attend the service. I live out of state. The purchasing process online was easy as well. I found this business through Google search. They had amazing reviews. I now understand why. I’m am so grateful that they were able to accommodate me during a difficult time on such short notice. My friend sent a picture. The arrangement was breathtaking!! This was my first experience with them. Won’t be the last. I would definitely shop again and recommend to others!!Thank You!!

I have used this florist for years but only for deliveries in Westchester. This is the first time I used them for several funeral arrangements. (Casket spray, four standing sprays and two small hearts inside the casket). Every piece was absolutely stunning and simply beautiful! The compliments from our relatives, guests, and friends were made throughout the wake and funeral. They were all impressive floral displays. I ordered a large the Love's Divine Bouquet - Long Stemmed Roses deluxe arrangement and it was just delivered to my wife. I must say, I was taken back by how beautiful the arrangement was. I have ordered from many other places and what arrives leaves a lot to be desired and always looks different. I understand substitution within reason based on time of year, but this arrangement was a replica of what hoped for and stunningly beautiful. My was was speechless. I called them to let them know how impressed I was and that they now have another permanent customer. i will absolutely order from them again. If you are looking for a spectacular florist - this is the one and only for you. If there were more than 5 stars, they would get them. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the arrangements were more than what I expected and the arc was extremely beautiful. For years, my husband has bought holiday and anniiversary bouqets for me from Beautiful Blooms Florist. So, when we finally got engaged, we knew that we'd go to them for our wedding flowers. We had some general ideas, but they helped us develop an aesthetic that was beyond our wildest dreams. The best part, is they worked within our budget. On our actual wedding day, I was blown away by how beautiful my bridal bouquet, the wedding arch, and the centerpieces came out. We had a vision that they executed perfectly. a failure to deliver flowers on time ...There is a comments section, but there was no requirement for a delivery time request. With most florists making deliveries in the mornings, it was assumed that the bouquet would be delivered on time. It was wrong of me to assume, but as I requested a refund, I was then scolded and blamed by the manager for "not filling out the form properly".The experience here was a huge disappointment.Edit: in response to the owner's reply(1) you guys kept me on hold during my initial phonecall .. for 35 minutes .. then, the staff released the hold and forgot who I was(2) When the staff realized who I was, she stated that the driver needed to return to your shop to pick up the bouquet .. and thus she lied that the driver was "already on his way to make the delivery"(3) When I called to cancel, you guys NEVER mentioned that the driver was on his way to the delivery address. If you had told me that, of course I would NOT have cancelled. It's unbelievable (and highly unprofessional) that you are lying in your public response(4) Again, there is no specific instruction to put in a request for delivery time. You'll lose new customers this way.(5) I just found out that no phonecall was made to the business. (My partner works in the administration department and just asked around.) Please stop lying.There are more instances of unprofessionalism, and since you just lied in your public response, I'll make sure that the truth is revealed here.
