BEST PET STORE IN TOWN!! There is excellent customer service, the manager is the most helpful person ever! I've owned an aquarium tank for 4 months now and had not learned about maintaining the proper health of the tank as much as I did from just one visit to this store. They also have the nicest fishes I have yet to see, better than PetSmart or PetCo or any other pet store in the area. If you're looking to own an exotic, interesting and extra ordinary fish tank with a wide variety or fishes, I highly recommend this place!

Best selection of freshwater and saltwater fish and inverts around. Staff is very friendly and attentive with all requests, concerns and questions. The store itself is starting to look alot better then it did with the previous owner, can't wait to see it all finished. This is the only store I goto to purchase fish for my aquarium and the only place I will go.

The lady that works there was very rude and condescending. I came in eager to purchase aquarium supplies and was quickly put off.she had a Nasty attitude and refused to answer my questions. I walked out and kept the money in my pocket. Worst experience ever. iv had visits to the dmv that were more pleasurable than speaking with that horrid women

Just finish walking out of the store with my husband and kids and I swear to you the lady that works there was by far the nastiest lady ever. She was seriously rushing us out the store . I was willing to go in there to buy a new tank with all the supplies and fishes. But she was profiling my children and I.

Jen Lopez and the rest of the 4 star rating people have to be friends of the owner. This place is so disgusting and that lady is so rude. As soon as I walked in she said, " What do you want?" I said to her I'm just looking around. She once again said "what do you want?" She then says "There's no saltwater fish." As I'm looking at the saltwater tank with fish I say, "Well what is that?" She walks away. I look at the poor bunnies in dirty cages and as I walk between the saltwater tanks. She pops out of nowhere and says, "Didn't I tell you we have no saltwater fish? Why in the hell would you still go there." Well by that time I saw RED and I cuss this B--TCH out as I left the store. I never been treated so rudely. They had nothing in there. It is a obvious front for something illegal.

I recently purchased some fish at this store. It has new owners and the place is very clean and the staff very helpful. I love my new fish and they are healthy and happy in my tank.

If I could give no stars I would. Giving one star is a privilege for them as they are by far the rudest people I have ever come across. They are more like animals than humans. I will absolutely never provide them with business again and feel bad for anyone that does. IF YOU CAN AVOID ENTERING PLEASE DO! After having an issue with my order the woman insisted I pay since she held it aside for me, even though it was incorrectly priced, and when she realized her mistake she at no point apologized. Instead she got nastier, and louder. Extremely unprofessional for a owner, especially to behave in that manner in front of her daughter,and to make matters even worse she at one point had her daughter jump in where her daughter who was no more than 13 years old began trying to argue. Absolutely disgusting! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is Horrible!!!! .. Owner is never there, store is run by his son who is highly uneducated about fish and has an attitude. Would avoid this place if possible. There is another fish store less then 2 minutes away that I would highly recommend called Aquatic X-cellence LLC on 1026 Yonkers Ave.
