Just came in at 9pm just for some olives and the station was CLOSED. The word outrageous cant even begin to describe how shockingly upsetting this was. Acme markets - do better. There is absolutely no reason the olive station should be shut down two hours before closing. Shame on you.

This is a decent supermarket. They have nice assortment of sales but the general prices aren't crazy anyway. I tried the imitation crab cakes and the real ones to compare. Even though the real ones are twice the price, they taste 10x better! I also got a thick cut steak! Can't wait to through that in the grill. I normally go to stew Leonard's for meat, but I may have a new place now

Nobody knows what they doing here, I been waiting for refund for a month now, for a delivery I never got manager's are useless so is customer service, I need my moneyAnd I do follow up since incident happened and called store/877 number and through chat smh matter of fact one of your female managers said they would get back to me about issue when I last called on 4/1/24. Nobody follows up all they do is prolong the days I have to wait to get refund. WILL NEVER PLACE ORDER AGAIN ONCE I GET MY REFUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The worst staff ever, especially in the deli department.Tons of attitude by the staff. There is a lady with braids. She doesn't even greet you back. Always grumpy and sad. Although ACME carries almost everything, the staff at this particular location is horrible and lacks customer service training.

Don't waste ur time and money online ordering like previous post worst group of uncaring people .. telling managment does not do anything. They have this oh well we rich attitude.Hour and a 35 min pass delivery time in which I paid for .. unacceptableRefunds wait so more .

Staff kept hovering over us the moment we spoke our native language when we reached the self checkout and they gaurded the door? We weren't going to steal the stuff near us, we were in a rush. When we checked out there was this black teen who was whispered to an associate that we were acting suspicious because we were rushing to leave to avoid taking long as my dad was rushing us which I scolded my brother as he was excited to suprise his dad with fried chicken for dinner. I don't think I want to go back if I'm going to be racially profiled.

Don't come here for the deli or the recent deal they setup for buckets of chicken and /or wings. The deli staff ignores you. There could be one person working and the rest either keep their back to you or avoid eye contact. My acme experience is like riding the subway.When I go to a store and I get ignored it's basically telling me we don't want your business and don't shop here.

I liked it better when it was A&P. Acme is supposed to have discounts but I didn't see much discounts the few times I've been here. They don't have a supermarket discount card, at least not when I asked before, to receive discounts. The outside marquee looks so tacky, it looks like somewhere that's getting ready to close and be condemned. It shows that whoever is responsible for the store takes no pride in their property, they just threw up a sign however way and was done with it. They have the same staff, at least one woman I know had been with the A&P for the longest that works there. For the neighborhood and the people that live around there I'm surprised that they're allowing the store to remain disheveled looking on the outside.

It was my first time coming here, and I'm glad I stopped inside. The aisles were stocked with most of what I was looking for, and the store seemed clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was adequate parking (especially for it being the last week of the year). If you're in the area, I recommend considering this place your go-to supermarket.

Store is clean and organized and is an overall pleasant shopping experience. Prices are fair. Take advantage of their coupons and deals and get rewards and of course compare your prices they don't do price matches on competitors ads

Love this supermarket. I have the app so I get deals and things on sale. Always use to drive by but I’m glad I decided to stop by one day. Always clean and neat and there are employees around the store to help. I’ve gone about once a week for the last 3 weeks and I often get free items so make sure to download the app and snap them coupons. Only thing missing is a Starbucks like some other locations. Easy to get to by car and the bee-line bus can take you there too. I recommend this supermarket and I’m now a Acme fan.

Its a good store. I have been coming to this place since it was A&P. I like the upgrades they did at this new ACME location. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they don't have baskets for clients doing a quick shop like me; I always end up carrying lots of stuff in my hands and many times won't be able to get everything I need. Moreover, their carts are old, noisy and some are malfunctioned. Please bring some baskets like any supermarket and it will be 5 stars.

It's ok for a quick shopping for groceries. Doesn't seem like everyone is overly nice. But it gets the job done. Parking is wild. Watch out for shopping carts and your car. Park away from any carts they roll down hill.

The store was more crowded than usual due to the fabulous sales. Associates running to stock shelves with previously stated "out of stock", I found all my items. I picked up a new creamy butter by Land o Lakes, on sale and never tried. Could not resist! I will be returning for Nature Made B12 gel tabs on sale because they were sold out. Loved how clean the store is kept.

This store ALWAYS OPENS LATE!If it opens at 6am, then we should be able to walk in and shop at 6am!! The cashier this morning strolls up at 6:08 and says if I go in, you go in! What happened to arriving on time to be ready to open on time?? You don’t like your job, find another!!!!Also, be sure to check your receipt!Buy one get one free doesn’t always ring up properly. I was overcharged almost $30. Then when you come back for your refund the little front end lady gives you a hard time.UPDATE: That is your response???? So the chat is automated and the Contact Us link does not work! So, this is how you fix the problem??? When employees stroll in late every single weekend, I don't know why I was expecting this review to make a difference when this is your solution!!

I found my experience at AME most enjoyable I would have to say it's on the same level as Whole Foods you really get a big bang for your buck management as well as the workers are wonderful the vegetables are fresh and ripe and plentiful the interpersonal communication is wonderful you could tell that the management whoever it is has an intelligent mind the place is clean orderly and fresh prefer fresh air from these other supermarkets I would highly recommend this Supermarket for grocery shopping is very very nice and safe God bless the management thank you

you can get everything you came shopping for in one trip. The selection is huge and the shelves are always stocked. I love the fact that there is a butcher who will custom make a selection of meat that you ask for if not found on the shelves in the depr.
