As others have said the employees are very friendly and helpful. What was awesome is I asked them to get a certain product that I have seen in other Ace stores. They called me over to a computer to make sure it was the right product and a few days later it was there' and has been ever since. This is what customer service should be like.

Wonderful experience at this Ace. Ordered a Stihl string trimmer online for pickup and received an email shortly after that it was ready. I picked it up today and as soon as I walked in was greeted and asked what I needed help with. They got me signed up for my warranty, offered the extras to go with the trimmer, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Stopped in around 2pm on 8/7. Wonderful crew at this store. I'll be back to this location to pickup a new Stihl chainsaw very soon. Top notch service!

This is a great hardware store and a great addition to the Wynantskill community. I’ve noticed that the sidewalk in front of the store is currently being completed. As a life long resident who once bowled in the same building, I still find it amazing that the transformation of this site has been done so nicely.

I was pleased to see that a new Ace Hardware store was being built in Wynantskill, but was very disappointed when I noticed that the sidewalk that spans the front of the store had no ramping to allow a wheelchair access to the store. Today I decided to go around to the back of the store and discovered a very nice entrance with a ramped area and automatic door. What I don't understand is why there is no indication at the roadside of the building letting anyone who needs a handicap accessible entrance to know that it's there! The young woman at the register was very pleasant, but the matter of letting people who use wheel chairs know from the roadside that they can gain entrance to the store definitely needs to be addressed according to ADA law!
