Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. 11 and a half hours to get scripts filled. All of a sudden 2 of my scripts with 9 months left just vanish in thin air. They won't let type anymore!!!!!!!

I have mostly used the drive through for my prescriptions, and have always had a positive experience. Even last night I was assisted by the window employee on how to update my phone number on the app to continue to receive text messages re: my prescriptions. Previously I was helped with my covid test order by the window employee. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I call I have always been able to speak to the pharmacist or another helpful employee. It's never been an issue. Yesterday I spoke with Matt, and he was quite helpful on the phone. Ive only been inside the store 2x and it was a seemless process, in and out in minutes. Overall I'm very happy about the way I've been treated by the employees at this CVS, and it is now my go to store.Flora

I was really trying to give this whole closing Pawling thing a chance.My fiance has had numerous complaints with the lines and time it takes to get his vital medications filled but i tried to stay positive. My Dr called in a poison ivy ointment on Wednesday for me. I got the text cvs got the script and would let me know when done. Thursday noontime comes and I still rec'd no texts. I called and spoke to a girl in the pharmacy who checked and said they just got the shipment in and they would be ready with my prescription soon. Around 230-3pm I got a text saying my order was filled. I had plans that night so Friday after work I ran over only to be told they are sold out of the ointment and I can go to 6 other cvs stores from Troy to Clifton Park! NO ONE could explain why I was told it would be ready by a person on the phone and then a text. The pharmacist didn't even look up to see what was happening and 3 technicians kept going back and forth whether it was cream or an ointment. 🤦‍♀️ I never did get the ointment since by Friday, the poison ivy didn't itch as bad as it did on Wednesday!I recently had to use Hannaford to get a script filled and was pleased with their service so I may just start going there and alleviate alittle of main ave's issues.Thanks for listening.

My nebulizer treatment solution has been on backorder for weeks, and CVS won't transfer inventory between stores for some reason. I assume this means I will have to travel to a different location for my medication if I want to continue breathing. Relying on China for our medication is not a viable solution !

I have never been treated so badly by the staff of any store I have ever been in. I work until 6pm and run in for odds and ends that I can get cheaper anywhere else. I’m paying for the convenience. Once in a while there’s a cashier, Michelle, she’s so nice but Jen and Bruce forget it. I’m never going here again…

Still the best people and service.This is one of the best CVS pharmacies in the area. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help you. So lucky to have them in my hometown.

Overall Excellent experiences at the Wynantskill store. Great pharmaceutical staff as well as store employees but the drive-thru wait can be lengthy at times. And don't go between 1:30 and 2:00 pm because they are all on lunch at the same time apparently. A second window and staggered lunches would be a big improvement !

Don't bother calling this pharmacy. On hold for 25 minutes, drove there waited 5 minutes in person to sven be addressed. Worst service anywhere!!!! Get your scripts someplace anyplace else.

I never leave reviews but this place is so frustrating. They never have the medications I need (like insulin or syringes, which should be pretty standard) and they keep making clerical errors and filling our prescriptions against someone else's account, despite me trying to get them to fix it multiple times. They'll say something will be in on a certain date and then it's not. Sure it's a shorter drive, but in the end it usually costs me more time and frustration.

I wish I could give this No stars, I had More THEN ENOUGH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. They treat you like dirt…., I was in the store for about 10 seconds one day and they asked me are you buying anything, who on earth asks that question? Well apparently they do, they said we are busy. There was only one other person in the store. One time I was in the store they accused me of trying to scam when buying a gift card, I’m 17, I literally used the store ATM to get the money out, wdym people, I honestly can’t take this place anymore. I’m not going here anymore. I recommend not to go to this place!!!! I’m going to wall-greens for now on……

Do not order photo prints!!! I just ordered prints taken with a professional camera and the prints are horrific! I understand that one hour photo prints are not going to be the highest quality but some photos are absolutely unusable. When speaking to the person at the photo center I was told that because the photos were high quality it’s my fault that they came out poorly. Even the receipt printed with the photo copier is blurred and not crisp. Would not recommend this cvs for prints due to low quality and lack luster customer service

If there was a way to give a NEGATIVE amount of stars for this review I would. The pharmacy staff are the MOST unprofessional idiots ive ever incountered in my entire life. They lie and make up ridiculous excuses not to fill prescriptions when THEY ARE DUE and also cannot add to save their lives. Not to mention they bad mouth customers to other workers and other pharmacies. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy TO ANYBODY especially anybody with ANY type of controlled prescription because the treat those customers even WORSE.

For the most part friendly and helpful staff, the wait time for picking up meds has increased just about every time I go there now, however this may just be a staff issue.

I went in to get a passport photo in order to apply for a tourist visa and they did a horrible job. The manager did it for me, very quickly and sloppily and didn’t even let me have a look before he printed it. He gave me a dirty look because my request seemed to be interrupting him. I shouldn’t have paid for it, but I was in a hurry and only glanced quickly. The picture was too far away and too blurry, the consulate I went to wouldn’t accept it. I’ll never go here for anything like this ever again, that’s for sure

My daughter needed medicine and the hospital prescribed tablets for her, mind you she isn't even 2. These guys went above and beyond trying to fix RX. They made a long emotional day end with my baby getting her meds and on the road to recovery. Happy Mom

The pharmacy is awesome, but just like every other CVS in the world there is never anyone at the counter in the front to help you; don't try to buy any of the window dressing in front. It is a trap. If you do you just lost half an hour of your life trying to find someone to let you give them money in exchange for goods.

Never answers a phone, making people drive down and ask a question that could be answered by phone. Especially when trying to find out why a medication can’t be filled on time and the automated system doesn’t give you the answer! Have to waste gas in order to get an answer! I thought this is why businesses have phones!

Don't work there... They will treat you like dirt and make YOU do their job even when they're standing RIGHT behind the cash register. They also might make fun of your appearance as well. You ask them for help and you might get that help 10 mins later and have HER complain about how long your break was when technically it doesn't start till I sit down.. So I thought at least. I don't even wanna know how they treat customers lol

Almost all staff are great, friendly, knowledgeable & customer-focused, however there are 2 who are just downright rude, mean people who treat pharmacy customers like dirt, and unfortunately have ruined many otherwise positive experiences shopping here.
