I got flowers from here a few weeks ago primarily because they were the only florist open on a Sunday afternoon and they were beautiful. Then I got this bouquet today and when I saw where they came from I understood why they were so beautiful. I will definitely be sending more business there way.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with everything involving my finding this almost hidden gem of a shop. I lived less than 5 minutes from Lynn's and drove by several times daily over the past 4 years without knowing the treasures within. Thankfully Valentine’s Day and a Google search brought Flowers By Lynn right up. From the simple on line order to the courtesy, professionalism and personable attitude of all working there, I was overly impressed. That's no small feat given how high of standards I have. Flowers By Lynn did it though!!!! And Lynn was also there when I arrived so I was able to meet her and get the full experience of this family owned business.Talk about amazing from start to finish!!!! Flowers By Lynn deserves a lot more than 5 stars for the quality of service that they give. This is now my go to spot for every occasion!!!! Thank you Lynn and staff!!!!

Excellent customer service. I placed an online order with Flowers by Lynn to be delivered to the parents of a friend who passed away in February. The delivery was for his first birthday since his passing, and the bouquet I chose online was mostly purple, as this was his favorite color. I added in my order notes that I understand the photos don’t always match 100% due to what’s in stock, but my only request was that some purple flowers be added. The flowers delivered were a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers and pink roses, but no purple. Lynn was kind enough to address this and apologize for the missed note, as my order was tagged wrong. As a small business owner myself, I understand these things happen from time to time and I appreciated that she acknowledged the issue. Lynn was so sweet to send a second bouquet of purple flowers and some candy to my friend’s parents. Needless to say they were thrilled and touched by both bouquets. This was my first time ordering from Flowers by Lynn but it won’t be my last, thank you so much!

I have used flowers by Lynn for over 20 years, and never had a problem. I don’t know what changed but this Mother’s Day was awful. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday since my Mom would not be home on Sunday. They were not delivered. I called Sunday and was told they would look into it and call me back in a few minutes. Two hours later I called back again and again was told they would call me back in a few minutes. I called again in an hour and was told they were delivered, left outside, and a message was left by phone. When I tried to talk to them about it, the owners daughter kept talking over me loudly, and when I tried to say something, she said that that her mother told her to hang up which she did. When my mom got them she sent a picture. Not only was the service awful but so were the flowers. The flowers were starting to wilt and looked like they had been arranged by a 3 year old. When I send flowers, I always try to use a local florist. In this case flowers by Lynn is the only local florist, maybe that is why they don’t feel the need to deliver as promised, be respectful of customers or provide a quality product. Maybe it changed ownership or management, I don’t know. , I only know that I will now be using one of the national delivery services. Sad to say, that after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I will never use flowers by Lynn again.

EXCEPTIONAL!! We recently used Flowers By Lynn for the casket piece for my mother-in-law(MIL). There are no words to describe our experience with Flowers By Lynn!! All our conversations with Lynette & her staff were not only professional & very creative but we're handled with such compassion & respect, that by the time it was all over, we felt like family! Our minds & hearts muddled by grief we simple gave Lynette a list of my MIL favorite flowers. Lynn said my MIL was with her because she found ALL the flowers on the list. The way Lynette put them all together in her casket piece left us speechless!! It's was absolutely stunning! We were fortunate enough that most of the flowers sent were done by Flowers By Lynn. Her pieces made an incredible backdrop for my MIL. The time, effort & energy Lynn & her staff gave went far above & way beyond!! We are eternal grateful & appreciative! I must say it's well worth the money knowing my amazing mother-in-law is up in heaven gloating about how amazing her flowers were!!

...and THIS is why I buy local...Last week, I had flowers sent to a sick friend...except that she had recently moved, and I idiotically gave "Flowers By Lynn" her old address. Of course, when they tried to deliver, she wasn't there. The problem was 100% my fault.Not only did the florist very kindly clear the problem up with me and re-deliver the flowers the next day, they refused to accept an additional delivery fee when I stopped into the shop. The florist said that minor snafus like that happen all the time and that they are happy to provide such services to the members of the community. She would only allow me to offer an additional gratuity to the delivery driver, who went waaaaay "above and beyond" to find my friend.If you are looking for a top-notch florist, who delivers gorgeous flowers, stands behind everything they do, and are super-nice, I highly recommend Flowers By Lynn in Wurtsboro. "Buying Local" not only boosts our economy for everyone, but you get a level of commitment and service that the impersonal, web-based conglomerations can only dream of.

I received flowers by wurtsboro florist by Lynn and flowers are beautiful however they reeked of cigarette smoke or ash tray. I called florist to make a complaint. I spoke with Heather who in turn stated “that’s impossible driver doesn’t smoke”she then proceeded to ask for my name and phone and stated she needed to contact owner to see what she wanted to do. Basically saying what I’m stating is impossible or in other words a lie, No apology for any inconvenience, not very friendly at all. After letting my husband know what transpired he wanted me to call back and express that wasn’t good customer service and would like owner to contact us back. I called and spoke to Heather again relaying my husband’s request and her response was very passive aggressive saying “ok toodaloo”. There was no Care on merchandise, no empathy, no real concern on our complaint as a consumer. We’re currently waiting for owner to get back to us.

So, a family member sent my dad flowers through an online service. The florist couldn't do the arrangement and some how Lynn's got the order. They are a good 35 to 40 mins away, yet they did it. They had the wrong house number and called to verify the address not saying who they were to not ruin the suprise. He gave them the house number, but thought it was a spam call. The next moment a beautiful gal is carrying flowers to the front door. The arrangement is beyond sensational. 94 years young and loving this flower arrangement. Hats off to the sneaky florist caller and BRAVO to the florist. I cant recommend them more as the arrangement is above and beyond. Your work is amazing. Thank you...thank you...thank you!!!!

Ordered flowers and chocolate for mom, a cancer patient, on mother's day and they never arrived. Went to get refund or the equivalent of what was purchased and was told they were delivered, they were not and the owner would be in on Saturday. If they were it was to the wrong address. Went back to speak with the owner and oddly the shop was closed even though the hours say open. Very suspect!! Not a good experience at all!!!

I would give this business zero stars but 1 was the lowest option. I was suppose to receive flowers from my husband delivered to my place of work on Valentine’s Day but never received them so my husband called to confirm with the store that they were delivered to which they replied yes. However I never received flowers so then I called the floral shop to which the owner Lynn answered with a very unprofessional attitude actually screaming at me asking me if “I wanted to come help her take care of her customers because she was to busy to deal with my issue?!” Then proceeded to hang up on me, so I called back and another worker answered who then told me the order was actually never processed because there was a glitch with their ordering system. So 1 this business lies because they told my husband I received my flowers which I never did and 2 the owner to the business is just to busy to deal with her customers so I guess she only wants our money whether we receive our order or not. Save your frustration and money and give it to a professional who deserves it not Lynn’s flowers

Lynn does a beautiful job on anything you need done. She puts so much heart into each piece she does and you can see it in the work. My family has been going to her shop ever since I could remember and will always go to her for any of our florist needs. Highly recommended to anyone.

Lynn always makes the perfect arrangements for all occasions, I have gotten flowers for my mother on several occasions as well as flowers for holidays and I always get a lot of compliments!We've done several of her flower arrangement classes and they've come out beautifully every time!

My husband and I had flowers delivered to his grandmother’s funeral when we arrived to the funeral home we noticed a lot of the flowers in the arrangement were dying. We were very disappointed by this. Also my father sent an arrangement to my mother in law expressing his sympathy and the arrangement he selected online was not the same he received. Lynn seems really nice over the phone but the quality of the flowers are not great.

I live in Florida and wanted to send my best friend flowers. This could not have been easier. I picked out the ones I wanted online, paid for it and had it delivered within a few hours - ALL ONLINE! I may have given the delivery driver the wrong address, but she called to verify it. My friend was so happy and I am so glad that it went smooth. I just feel bad that they had to deliver it in the rain! I will be using you guys again next time, thank you again so much!

Although I placed my order direct through Just flowers, who subbed it out to Flowers by Lynn, the experience was terrible and unprofessional. They were firm to me on the phone the flowers were delivered and the door was answered by someone, as someone in the background was using the "F" word. Come to find out yes the flowers were delivered to the wrong house, to an elderly neighbor, and left outside under a table, they were found 2 days after delivery, of course dead due to the cold weather. I understand these things happen, but please understand these flowers were sent for a reason and to have no consideration or even attempt to help correct the situation is terrible.

Not only did I order a bouquet for Mother's Day sight unseen and from hours away, but it was huge, well garnished, and hand delivered earlier than expected. I gave them a price range and they knocked it out of the park. All in a 5 minute phone call. Highly recommended!

I purchased a preference plant as a gift from this store. The price was right, and the person working repotted it into my planter and added a bow. She even asked if I needed a gift card. The place seemed a little short staffed, however. She was juggling multiple customers and was dealing with a phone order while helping me. I had a good experience, though, and the plant was a hit. I'll be back.
