I would recommend anyone to steer clear of the pharmacy here. I’ve never had problems filling my prescriptions like I have had here, and seems there is always a line of people who also are delayed because of the issues from pharmacy. It’s very frustrating and I’ll be switching to another location. Last two wait times for have been 30-45 minutes. Awful.

I’ve been going to this CVS since they opened. I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful, especially the manager; like many retail stores, they seem short-staffed. Even in the pharmacy, where it is always busy, they are professional and efficient. They all deserve credit.

Nicole, head technician, is very rude and for no reason! I have never been treated this badly over the phone. Rude, curt, unprofessional. A very bad reflection on CVS and the Woodstock location.

I was at the CVS at 60 Mill Hill Road in Woodstock, NY on 8/12/2023 and all parking spaces were taken up by tourists. No spaces were available to CVS customers who actually had to do shopping or to pick up prescriptions were to be had. No one from CVS management even bothered to police the parking lot even though there are signs stating that Illegally parked cars would be towed at ownership expense. No one from CVS even approached the tourists that were parking illegally there. I would find another CVS to do your shopping at

Number one, they don't offer state ordered covid clinic. Nothing at all. Second, the the pharmacy is the worst. And the locals travel out of town to get their medications because this pharmacy is the worst. You could be dying outside their counter and they would say, sorry, you have another 2 more hours before you are due for your refill. They don't allow you to pick up your meds even a day early but then close without notice the next day so you are left without your needed medication for 2 days. So be prepared to lose your job or find a new one based on your refill time. Male pharmacist says it's the law yet the girl in the doctor office with you on the same medication is able to pick up her medicine a day early. But for you, it's the law. No, it's not actually. The law is you can pick up 2 days before you run out so you aren't left stranded but to cover any possible chance of trouble they pick and choose who they will fill and even pretend scripts aren't therehere when you can see that they are. They tell you that you can't fill until day 31 and the day you pick up is not included in that count - ummm... excuse me? How do you rationalize that one? Completely unfair practices and totally biased. It is not fair when you only have a 30 day script. The young male pharmacist assumes all people who follow the doctors orders are drug addicts and it's surely not a way to operate a pharmacy - especially when you're knowingly hurting people by not releasing their medication timely. Medication needs to be taken at the correct time in order to work - CVS operates on their own personal vendetta instead of working for the better good of humanity. You aren't helping people when you have your own predisposed theories. The worst pharmacy in the state of NY.

I spent the month of August in Woodstock and brought some prescriptions for them to fill, and they shorted me on one. The prescription doesn't renew for another 10 days and I have only 3 pills left. Very annoyed, and I agree with other people who commented, they and their employees couldn't care less.

Full service pharmacy that offers just about any basic need you have. It is all the same a bit dirty and feels past its prime as a CVS location. We got whatever we needed though without issue.

This place has a pharmacy that should be put out of business. Rude, incompetent, never admit mistakes, ever changing cast of characters. I have quit going there. Highly recommend The Village Apothecary up the street.

Stopped in for some pain relievers and Christmas candy on a Sunday evening, when it was very empty, and the cashier helpfully let us know that it was buy one get one on the candy and encouraged us to get a second bag!
