This location is never short on stock! The Caribbean section is very small while the kosher and Latino section takes up a whole aisle and the Asian section is just sad looming. You can never go wrong with finding a great deal at S&S!

This is a very good location. There is a lot of available parking and carts can easily be found inside or outside. The store associates are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a wide selection of fresh produce as well as packaged items. They also include sections for gluten free, grain free, vegan/vegetarian and other specialty products. The facility is clean and well kept, the bathrooms are clean and store front is clean. The check out lines are kept moving and if you need help with self check out there will be attendants to assist. I would definitely recommend coming here, just keep in mind that some items are pricier than others.

Today, 2/6 used the self service option to order at the deli. Did some shopping and came back. Stood there as customers who came after me were getting their orders fulfilled. Asked if our order went through and order wasn't even started. Was told by the employee that the self service option doesn't work. There is no sign or anything indicating that it isn't working. You find out after assuming that your order was taken. What was supposed to make things more convenient, ended up wasting time. Fix the system or at the very least let the customers know it isn't working. FYI, no issue with the deli associate himself - he seemed pleasant. Also, only 3 of 7 self checkout kiosks working?? The line was ridiculous!

My new grocery stop for food shopping. They have all kinds of different foods your normal shop fair or fare fare does not have. Better pices too overall like i said this is my new spot to go grocery shopping.

Great place to shop. Has most things you will need for grocery and laundry needs as well as some personnel effects (shampoo, shower gel, shaver etc)

This Stop & Shop is awesome! It has almost everything you could ever need. It now has free fruits for kids when you first enter and its fresh! I always go here with my mom. It has a clearance isle too.

I have been shopping here for many years and had a great experience but when call to speak to a customer service is very bad experience. She instead of answering the phone she picks up and says "please hold" and never answer everytime 😒 I be on hold for more then 10 minutes. It shouldn't be this way. Either someone's not doing thire jobs right and needs to hire someone for that purpose.

Pretty well organized with low quality produces and prices are high quality. I bought mango, avocado, spinach, potatoes all are very bad quality. Again management very smart and they know how to attract customers with low quality products with high quality prices .

This store is nice clean and the employees are very kind and provide courteous service. Visit the Meat & Seafood Department and ask for Dominick. Very knowledgeable on the catch of the day. I was asking a thousand questions all the while he kept a smile on his face answered everything. Thank Stop & Shop for training your staff to tend to your customers.During this day and age we sometimes forget to thank the people who help us to have wonderful experiences.

I do want to say I like shopping here, they have what I need and what my family needs. However they need to get rid of the staff who are there to just play/horse around/ or be lazy,2) …something’s going on with their watermelons. I’ve went twice to return the watermelons (on seperate occasions) because the insides are white. Is that growth?, fungus,? What??????!!!!!! Never seen watermelons white inside before, so wherever it’s coming from, is questionable

Good Supermarket sells just about anything you could need..friendly service cashiers as well as self check out.Some items are a bit pricey but they have weekly sales that can even out your spending.Plenty of parking..

I really wish I could post a better review, but this Stop and Shop is pretty much a horror. All 3 times, never any hand baskets and nearly completely empty of carts. Maybe two or three lanes open, but long lines of customers waiting, nearly all the bags to wrap produce is empty. I try to pick up some of the stuff that Amazon fresh doesn't have, but I'm not sure it's really worth it.

I'm not Jewish but I'm at this location at the last 15min of closing. There are so many Jews shopping last minute. I had a conversation with one of them and he explained to me they had passover this week and couldn't leave the house so everyone is shopping today because they ran out of food. I think this location should stay open until 12am on this day every year. It will give them time to get everything they need. Because it is very crowded and it's in the jewish area.

Convenient location, good variety for size of store includes produce, meat market, deli, and seafood counter Store bakery (kosher) inside good for birthday cakes. Market located in small shopping plaza, with chinese takeout, pizza, .99 store, pet store, and even liquor store.

Our stop and shop in Long Beach seems to be understaffed. The layout of products makes me often skip a visit here as I’d rather not spend ten minutes going from one side of the huge store to the other for some vegetables and milk.

They take advantage of employees withdevelopmental disabilities. My fiance went to the restroom and he noticed a young man come into the restroom look for a empty stall within a couple of seconds a female manager followed him into the restroom and told him that he need to get back to work. The young man didn't even get to use the restroom. My fiance said you can tell that the young man had a developmental disability and she came into the restroom and told him to get back to the floor before he could use the restroom. I immediately wanted to know where this young man was because I was going to let him know his rights. I know people with developmental disabilities so it hit home for me.

this new Stop & Shop Center is absolutely beautiful and spacious with very courteous friendly and helpful staff. I love the varieties of brands, foods, and produce that they have. Every time that I have gone everything appears to be fresh and clean. Like every grocery store certain times may be more busier than others but even when I’ve gone at a busy time, the lines move swiftly and there’s always somebody available to help you at the self check out which is very important.

Great selection of kosher food and food in general, but man, the customer service sucks. The staff at self-checkout become hostile just because you ask them to remove an item or literally anything.(Updated Review Below)I see the store owner's desire to improve customer service. With this store being relatively new, it's expected that there will be kinks to work out, so I won't hold much against them. I look forward to seeing this shop thrive over the years.

New stop and shop is really nice and spacious. Most merchandises are needed were in stock. Cashiers need to be more customer friendly. My cashier didn't even ask me for a stop and shop card. I was trying to get digital coupons but she said they would take a day even you sign up today.

Great prices on fresh produce. This store often has good deals on various national brand products, and some of their own name brand products.Ever since this store moved to Rockaway Blvd., it got even bigger and better. It now has every hard to find item, even more great deals, and is extremely clean and inviting.All the aisles are now open and fully stocked.The customer restrooms are very nice and clean.

They let obvious scam artists return anything and everything. Without receipts, repeatedly. up to $30 and up. They allow straight up garbage to be returned which just stinks up the place. Can't stand their policy. One lady always returns things she scavenges from the garbage. This is a warning to all customers. The employees will mistakenly place items back on shelf which may have been in garbage. As long as it scans it's good to them. They allow everything to be returned.
