I have shpped at this Family Dollar since it opened, 2 x a week at least, and I have seen it go from good, to bad and now to worst it's been. The store is filthy..detergents behind the register and not on the shelves. There has been one, ONE, staff member who cares about the store and its customers and who is friendly, knowledgeable and works hard Jasmine !! The manager is always on his phone seems not to care at all. No receipts at one register for weeks. Constantly running out of change...the list is endless.Today, a Saturday, I went to shop there at 10 am and the store was closed!! No sign, no nothing!! Checked back at 12 pm...closed!!! This is not the way to run a business!!! I may stop shopping there and spend my money at least $200 a week elsewhere!!

This store is open. I went today, I really like this Family Dollar. All of the individuals who work there are so incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with also I always find what i am looking for.

This store needs restaffing, workers are very rude and act like they don’t want to do their job. I was shopping and asked the store associate working today to fill up a ballon I was going to purchase. He sucked his teeth and sighed as if he didn’t want to do it. I had to interrupt the two managers on shift to fill the ballon up for me. The girl eventually did. The store associate was very rude and kept speaking to me with attitude as if I wasn’t even a customer.

My experience at this store has been a good one. I want to thank the sales associate I think his name was Isaiah for being very helpful.The store is very organized and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It needs better Management , but staff is very Courteous and Friendly . The Store haves to much trush and outside and inside. It's very needed for the area some TLC will have place runing very good .

I need some stuff from family dollar it’s only 8 pm and is closed they should at least update on the website or put a sign up the days they are going to close earlier. Its not the first time they close earlier than expected.

It's okay, cashier was a very nice young man. Their price checker is broken so it's annoying when there are items without prices. There is an app you can download to get coupons. Use it I save $11 on top of reduced prices. The app even let's you scan the item bar code to see if it qualifies for the coupon. I really like that, saves time.

Very close to were i live, so I walk there. I can never just go get what I came for and get out.I usually exceed "my budget". Street parking can be an issue depending on what time of the day you go. Overall a pleasant experience and prices are very fair.

GREAT STORE...NEAR WHERE I LIVE...HOWEVERBUSINESS HOURS IS FROM 8 AM TO 10 PM...IS THE THIRD TIME...IS AROUND 9:38PM...AM THEY HAVE THE GLASS DOOR WITH LOCK...IS NO BECAUSE IS MONDAY...NO MATTER IF THEY CLOSE AT THAT TIME...AT LEAST CHANGE THE HOURS LABEL ON THE GLASS...AND WEB...THANKS...PO...FAMILY DOLLAR AT 75 10 ROCKAWAY BLVD...

This particular Family Dollar always has no cashier. Today I dealt with a cashier by the name of Emily. She was very unprofessional and was talking on the phone complaining about the long line and wanting to go to lunch already, all while the customers were standing right in front of her. I don't understand why she needs to complain about the long line when she herself created it. This ain't it chief!

Bad customer service. Staff is rude and lazy, the lazy at the front would ring up her co worker's items before customer's. She could have at least tried to move faster we ended up leaving

I love family dollar but what i can't stand is their aisles being unfriendly to customers in wheelchairs. They always have either the stock carts blocking the aisles or displayes badly placed.

The prices are ok but the the staff seemed to be bothered especially at the checkout. Mist if the time you have to ring and wait for someone to ring you up. I barely go there even though I'm really close to it, u rather take a walk rather away to another store.

Bad customer services that lady has a really nasty acttitud she acts like evrything bothers her. Store is chaotic and one person on the register while others stock the shelves. They see its a line down the isle yet they continue stocking shelves. It's annoying and not how a store should be run.
