Went to the Woodbury location on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and had a terrible experience. The entire store was in disarray they were changing over but you were open for shoppers to shop but it was very difficult. Also, the sales people were all busy putting clothes out on racks no one helping you asking you if you need dressing room absolutely nothing Only thing I got was a greeting when I walked in. Hello welcome to Chicos. I did everything myself and when I asked to check out the woman who has some red in her hair and wears glasses was a little snippy I’m busy I’ll get to you and she didn’t even ask someone else to help me . You gotta get your act together. This is not the way to do business.

One of my favorites...clothes for a women's body. I am 5ft 4inches and size 10...pants fit especially well.however the wild color floral blouses and jacket look old and dated..not stylish for me and I am 76 .

I went in to purchase a gift card, but did a little browsing and ended up buying 2 tops that were on sale. The saleslady who rang me up was extremely helpful and friendly! It was my first time at Chicos in Woodbury. I normally shop online or stores closer to my home, but it's close to my job so I'll most likely be returning!

I went close to closing for the 1st time at this store. I had to return a few items, with the intent of trying on and yo purchase the same items in my size. I was greeted by a very frosty lady. Bland dour demeanor. I returned and looked around the store. She told me that I had a few minutes to try on. I said okay. Asked if the had a larger size of the two I tried on. She said ‘whatever is there.’ By then I was so annoyed I put the stuff on the rack, told her she was not nice from the moment I walked in and asked if it was because of my color. I walked out sad and angry. What an attitude. Meanwhile, she said they were close to closing, but when I checked my time 15 minutes more to closing. Bad for the company. This lady needs to go! Who hired her?

The customer service was excellent. Everyone took the time to help me make selections and look around (both in the store and other locations) for other sizes. Thank you to Sharon, Karen, Denise and Lauren for remembering what customer service used to be like.

I normally love chicos. However, I went to this store yesterday to exchange a pair of pants I purchased the day before. The women behind the counter told me I had the wrong receipt but she would do it anyway. After going back and forth she realized HER mistake. But no apology and continued to be rude. Definitely need an attitude adjustment. I'm a long standing shopper but I'll never go back to this store

i feel that this store is incredibly balsy in that for their anniversary of 20 years instead of celebrating by offering their own products for free as free anniversary gifts. Asking othe local merchants to contribute for free for your celebratory hand outs is rediculous. So other merchants are to contribute free gifts to you for you to help you celebrate to your clients. and all done without you paying for any of these products for your celebration.I never heard of such a thing. Since I own a food business am I to provide lunch and dinner for "your own clients" all for free for your celebration ??? Most successful companies show their cleints their appreciation by spending a little money for them on them for their committment over the years. very very strange and actually embarrassing
