BB&B is by far and hands down THE BEST groomers, staff and service that I have ever experienced for my pup. The entire staff is so kind and friendly and Angie gives the best cuts and adores my Lola. She is caring, professional, so sweet and actually listens to your requests and does her very best to make it happen. My Lola loves Angie and never, ever leaves stressed, only looking and smelling fabulous. I promise you will be nothing short of thrilled and your fur baby will thank you!! ❤️ Adding my current day review as well 3/15/24… Lola once again and as always, was treated like a princess with care and love and the result is another fabulous experience at BB&B in the hands of wonderful Angelina and the entire staff. Angie is one of the best groomers I have gone to for my 17 yr old pup. She makes sure he is comfortable when his mommy isn’t around. He always looks handsome after every haircut. Thank you so much Angie.I just had to write another review because I can’t stop smelling my pup an looking at how wonderful his haircut came out! His groomer (Angie) does such a great job an she always goes above and beyond when it comes to my handsome boy Chewy. I can be a slight pain in the booty when it comes to his haircuts but Angie respects my wishes an always accommodates all my needs. She goes over every detail with me before his haircut and explains to me everything she did on him. Thank you once again for everything you do for Chewy

Love this grooming salon! They’ll call if your dog is matted to confirm any additional fees for extra brushing, and they are great with following instructions. Julian has done a wonderful job with our Havanese, and it’s a joy to see him handle our old boy with such care. Highly recommend!

My dog has always hated going to the groomers, but I’ve been coming here for over a year and Angelina is great with her. She always leaves her looking really cute. This is the only place I feel comfortable in bringing her, they do a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about Angie and this location for grooming! I will never go anywhere else! My Pippin always comes home looking fabulous, and Angie is so good with him, he actually falls asleep on the table while she is grooming him. It doesn’t get any better than that! ❤️

I was blown away not only by the great customer service but also their detailed work. My dog can be sensitive at times and previous groomers would look annoyed when I explained this and were pretty costly also and I would have to make an appointment with a months notice. I called bones bath and beyond and spoke with the most sweetest receptionist, was so understanding and was able to accommodate us the next day. Then the whole staff was sooo loving towards my dog and the groomer Julian was so pleasant and so patient. He actually ended up staying later because my dog was sensitive and he wanted to make sure he was ok. Honestly hands down the best service I’ve received in years. HIGHLY recommend. We used Bones bath and beyond in Woodbury location. Also pricing was great!!! Thank you Bones Bath and Beyond!!

My dog has been a customer since they opened, and I never have had a lot of issues, besides how hard it is to get a appointment due to the fact they don’t answer their phones or answer their texts. But today, my dog got nicked on his paw pad. He came out of the groomer with one wet paw and I looked when I got inside of the car, and his paw pad was cut. I let them know what happened, in case it ended up being a bigger issue and resulted in needing to go to the doctor. They responded with, “Groomer said it definitely didn’t happen when she was grooming him,” and that, “It possibly happened when he was walking outside?”The fact they did not hold themselves accountable for their actions is the reason why I will never come back here again.

This was the first time my dog has had a bath at a groomer. Liz made him feel very comfortable from the moment he got there. He is a giant 130lb Great Dane puppy and they did a great job washing him and trimming his nails (which he doesn’t like). He came out looking and smelling great. I’d definitely go back!

They are so kind here. The groomers were extra sensitive and careful with my 13 year old Yorkie who has sensitive legs. The shop is very clean and the areas where the dogs wait at HUGE.

Horrible. We dropped her off at 11 and were told 2 PM for pickup. At 3 PM they’re just starting her haircut and won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. What had they been doing with her for the last four hours? To make matters worse, they lost her collar with her tag on it, which will be about $30 to replace. No offer to buy us another one for their total carelessness. Awful first impression, absolutely not coming back.

We brought my dog here a few times while visiting my mom who lives nearby, and we are honestly struggling to find a place we like as much where we live in Brooklyn. Everyone is SO nice and does an excellent job. They are so great with my dog who has separation anxiety and he always gets the best grooming! His best haircuts are from BB&B. It's also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a groomer for a few months now. One groomer ended up cutting my dog on two separate occasions and caused an infection. The other groomer cut his hair uneven. I’m so happy with the results from Bones Bath and Beyond. Very friendly staff, clean environment and they did an excellent job cutting my dog’s hair. Will definitely go back!

This place is hands down the greatest! Front desk is always so pleasant, sweet and accommodating. The place is clean and holds to its high standards. The groomer Julien is amazing, by far the best haircut my dog ever received and he is not very easy and manageable as he has serious anxiety and fear. I would recommend them to everyone!
