Have had pleasant experiences with the store portion of the store. All the cashiers have been kind and helpful. One day I needed an extra hand getting my groceries to the car and the cashier helped me to my car while I took care of my kids. I don't know his name but he's always been very kind every interaction I've had.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY they hardly have anything in stock and won't tell you how long it takes to get your meds in. Not only me I've heard other people trying to get their medications and can't and has happened to my family more and more frequently. Save some headache and find somewhere else. Express scripts is great for long term meds and Walmart for need right now medications

I wouldn't even give this place any stars! Lucky they got 1 from me! Horrible costumer service on hold one time for 17 mins and was counting!! Place is a joke! Definitely going to see about going somewhere else for our meds!!

they are ok in general but I tryed to get money from western union and they didn't have the money to pay the amount I was getting which is disappointing to say the least .i never shop here and won't in the future either this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location

This is not the Corner of Happy and Healthy! Located on Whiskey Hill road may be a sign of what's going on here. Over the past few years the service here has been deteriorating to the point that I am finally leaving. Going to a brick and mortar store has to have some advantage to have a customer make that trip. Perhaps caring staff, quick service, well run, or knowledgeable pharmacists. If that is what you are looking for, you've come to the wrong store. If you are wondering where all the nasty and mean DMV workers of yesteryear have gone, you figured it out. As the DMV improved this place has gotten worse. The staff is exceedingly rude, uncaring and unhelpful. They will do the absolute least they can to help a customer. I think that like McDonalds across the street, the front staff can be replaced by a kiosk, and customers would get better service. For those of you who believe that they need a relationship with a pharmacy remember the old proverb. "A relationship is like cooking, don't waste efforts on bad recipes". I am sure the CEO's of Rite Aid said they were too big to fail, they weren't and neither is Walgreens. I have decided to go with the other pharmacy with a "W" logo known for good customer service, Wegmans. I have also switched to home delivery because unfortunately there are no stores close to my home. This Walgreens has a google rating of 2.1/5, that is 42%. That's considered a failure to most of us, however is the days of no child left behind, maybe that's what they have been striving for. Remember that they get a one point handicap just for having an address, the real score is closer to 1.2 if you were allowed to give them a 0.

This pharmacy doesn’t deserve even one star!!!!! We’ve had difficulties with them for months!!! Not getting correct prescriptions, mix-ups, rude and condescending attitudes, refusal to answer questions…..you name it!!! I’ve never been treated so poorly by people working at a pharmacy…….switching to mail order. Unbelievable. They deserve to go out of business, and I have no doubt they will if they continue to operate as is.

If the same people work in the store that worked for the previous drugstore, yes, they are rude, inconsiderate and exceptionally dumb! They gave me the wrong RX (generic) - I never checked until I got home and when I went back they would not correct it. Long story short - I explained it to my doctor who called the insurance company who allowed me to get the correct RX (both times I paid full price) then I changed drugstores and have not had any problems since. Walgreens (anywhere I have been) has always had nice people, so it's the people, not the Walgreens!

I went to pick up my prescriptions on Thursday 11/3. One of them was not in yet. They said they would call me when it came in but they never did. I called them today, 11/6, to check on it. They said it was in, and had been there since Friday. I asked why they never called me and they said they don't call customers that pay with cash. I waited all weekend for my medication. If they weren't going to call me, they never should have told me they would. The pharmacy employees were very rude to me.

I’d give them zero if it wasn’t for the nice lady’s in the pharmacy. Okay I have gone in to this store many times. Customer service sucks. I live in Wolcott and I usually go to Walgreens to buy cat food or cat litter. I never get a hello when I walk in the door just rude looks by staff. Something needs to be fixed about This store and it’s staff. The only nice part of the store is the pharmacy ,when I get my meds they look happy to be at the job, always great customer service when I need my pills. The front end needs work if they want customers to stay. If I could go anywhere else I would but I love in Wolcott and it’s convenient.

Pharmacist is very rude! I asked a question about swimmers ear meds and was told to go to dr. I told her it’s only the first day of pain and her ear aches typically they go away on their own within a few days. I asked for anything over the counter to reduce pain. She rudely said “no go to dr.” Me: “Ok I’ll take her to the dr is there anyway in the meantime we can use?” She said no in a short rude tone as if I’m bothering her, then another associate helped me find earache drops for pain. The pharmacist was so rude and bothered by my questions and the store was empty!!

Worse Walgreens to go to, to get your meds!! 2 times they deleted my meds out their system & had to have my doctor resend & also they keep saying they having a issue with my insurance each month, but other pharmacy I use to go to never had a issue with it or anything.

There's a young lady in the pharmacy who immediately puts you on hold; she talks so fast you don't have time to say anything. She also told me a year ago that that flu vaccine was good for a year, when in fact it's good for only 6 months.

I would give them zero stars. Worst run store ever. Rude staff. Incompetent manager and don't plan on picking up prescriptions between 1:30-2:30pm because they lock up and shut down the entire pharmacy at that time. Truly hate having to deal with this place and the people who run it

Didnt give my full prescription refill and never said anything. Then argued with me on the phone when I tried to call in a refill. Had to bring the prescription bottle in and then they gave me the rest
