The fruit is almost always rotten . Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Cashier manager is really nice and understanding . Just wish they were affordable this area is filled with people below poverty and for their prices to be that high makes is sad that people can’t afford food .

2 stars because it’s there in a pinch proximity-wise due to no other grocery stores allowed in Wolcott. A lot of already expired food and rotting produce. Sad we are a farming community area and the produce quality in store is this bad. Outrageously priced items ($10 for Land o Lakes butter?! Yet during a “sale” can be $4…) Would rather spend the high prices at Wegmans if I’m paying that much - at least the quality is 10x better. New owners have been friendly, but some of the other staff is rude. Glad I have other options like Aldi or Walmart on my commute because even with a great income for this area, I couldn’t afford to shop here regularly for my household groceries for 2 people. Nor would want to for the quality available.

Nice little store. I bought a few things. I like some things are sold in bulk and they accept EBT so that was a plus. But they do not carry a lot of grocery items so like there's no meat or freezers or nothing like that. Mainly just shelf items or non perishable items

Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Super high priced and produce is horrible. Bag of clementines $8 and all the oranges in the bag were rotten. Bananas were all bruised and a box of cereal was $8. Absolutely ridiculous prices.....pretty much double that a regular store would charge.

Rotted fruit and vegetables priced astronomically high compared to other retailers. Their “reduced” rotting bananas still were more expensive than Aldi. Just take the trip to Lyons!

Sad, sad supermarket. Poor selection, empty shelves, and no music? Also the cost was unnecessarily high. But the selection left much to be desired. Staff was friendly and it was clean, however.

I live in Wolcott and it's such a shame to not be able to support "local" with this store! Produce is practically rotten right on the shelves. The meat..... they do a "managers special" for meat (beef & chicken) and it's already green! I used to LOVE going to Bob's and couldn't wait to see what the specials were in the stand-alone meat cooler. Now even in the dairy section I've bought packaged cheese to get it home, moldy. NYS Health Department should have this store on it's radar!

This is a nice small town grocery store. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a wide array of items at slightly inflated prices but cheaper than driving to a larger store. You almost never have to wait in line. I love the little book library as you walk in which helps support the home town feel.

This store is close by and has great produce, fresh meats a deli counter and bakery at competitive prices. They are under new ownership and now have their license to sell beer and also food stamps. Today I was hunting up corned beef round for Sunday dinner. Bob's has them and they look delicious and lean. Now that is a lean corned beef!

Love going to Bob's when we are camping nearby at Port Bay Marina and Campground. They always have a great selection of items and those things we run out of while so far away from home.. @ Bobs purchasing: please stock toothpicks for our famous Jalepeno Poppers and charcuterie boards.

I have not shopped here for years and was in the area and decided to try it again. I was pleasantly surprised! They had a very good fruit selection and they started carrying Stoltzfus products 👌 the deli prices are high unless you can get some on sale.

They lie about their hours. Close at 7:30 on Thursdays. But at 6:50 allegedly the store is closed. The big response the employees make is "I already closed my register" I'm sorry but that's your dumb fault! Seeing how your open for another 40 mins. It ain't a random book store or something that can close whenever. People need to eat. Or change your times don't say your gonna be open if your not.

Has the basics that is needed in a small town. Little pricer for food items. I think the store changed ownership employees were not friendly on this visit compared to 3 years ago when we visited the store.

Place is clean. I walk in and someone is sweeping. The new ownership is investing money and I think it's looking good. Have the selection you need out here. Prices are a little high but if you need soy sauce you need soy sauce.

Smells musty in the store. A lot of employees proper lack hygiene. Produce SUCKS! Rotten by the very next day. Outrageously high prices, too. Would rather drive to a store 30 mins away than ever come here again. It’s time to stop taking advantage of our community.

Store has gone down hill since ownership changed hands... was expensive before, but worth the convenience if you only needed a couple items that couldn't wait, or don't have transportation to paton's in sodus lyons aldis or Newark walmart/wegmans. Now the prices are so extreme I refuse to go there... I'll take my chances at dollar general or pay the gas to drive somewhere else... either way it will be cheaper...

One of the biggest supermarkets in the area, and employees work hard. Prices are not very competitive so I frequently still avoid the one-stop-shop of Bob's in preference of farm markets and chain dollar-marts nearby

Good local supermarket. We go there for last minute items and on sale stuff. Saves traveling 30 minutes to the large box stores. They make great subs there at the deli. One employee there stands out among the rest, Maurice. He is very helpful and will go above and beyond to do so.

My local place. Love it. Prices are sometimes high, but that's due to their wholesalers, not them. Staff are always helpful and kind. Currently one of the only stores with the correct for us baby formula in stock.
