I have seen this creamery just by luck on my way back to home from a long roadtrip. It was just next to my gas exit and wanted to give it a shot. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations however it was very delicious. It’s recommended.

Good Stuff! They make ice-cream and they do it right. Soft, creamy, sweet, and full of flavor = great summer treat. When we first drove by it was closed, so I thought we were out of luck, but what really happened is I didn’t know the weekend operating hours. Lol. Midday, just happened to be passing and the line was rather inviting. Had a waffle cone with midnight caramel scoop + a bourbon scoop and both were delicious. Large parking lot, a shaded bench area and an easy spoken lady running the orders. The type of setting where you immediately get the notion, they don’t see too many-colored folk around those parts’ vibe. Cordial greetings amongst patrons were null.

This past weekend my son, his wife, and our beautiful grandchildren came on their vacation from Virginia where my son is a trumpet player for the U.S. Air Force. They have been to many ice cream places in the U.S. and Europe. But I knew the one place that would stand up to all their past visits. After they had their ice cream their faces lit up like they hit the lottery. My grandson ate his soft cone within 5 minutes and then he tried eating his baby sisters. Not funny to their dad but I was in stitches laughing. Schoolhouse is now their number one. Thanks for your kindness and the simple farmland scent to go with our cones.

Been here a few times usually while riding quad, but this time we took a drive out to a few brews on 88. On way back, needed a snack and knew exactly where to come. Two small hot fudge sundaes under $10 ... Hell ya

Somebody told us about a small seasonal ice cream shop off route 17 by the West Windsor exit. We found it fairly easily.We got 2 medium cups of soft ice cream (had Hershey hard ice cream flavors too) it was a nice portion and the server very cordial. The ice cream 🍨 was very tasty!There were picnic tables available on the covered deck to sit too.We will be going back again when passing bye.

I think the word "Creamery" in the title is pretty misleading. This is not homemade ice cream. It's run of the mill Hersheys. Ordered 2 small cones. Daughters was okay, but my ice cream was freezer burnt and tasted like old vanilla - zero coconut flavor. Very disappointing. The indoor area should have been open on such a hot day - at least for ordering. Instead we stood in line outside at the shadelss window and got a sun burn.

Stopped here randomly after getting gas during a long car ride. Best decision of the day. Service was great. The sweet and salty cone with a twist is a must order. Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful oasis just off the highway. It is located on the steep of an old one-room school house. I had the medium Strawberry Cheesecake on a cone. Very generous serving for the price. Its a wonderful place to bring the family.

Ask price prior to ordering. Was just thereToday June10,2020 at about 6:45 pm. I ordered a large peanut butter sundae with hard ice cream and nuts, my wife also ordered a Sunday, large with hot fudge, strawberry and nuts. We were charged 16.50 for the two sundays. We asked about the price on the sign that reads large Sunday with hard ice cream for 5.25 and girl responded the extra was for the toppings. This was the third time we were there and we don’t think we will be back.

We're on the highway looking for ice cream for 30m. I finally gave up and exited to take a rest but suprisingly found this little sign and followed it to School House Creamery, had no reviews on Google but that's cause it's new. Great place, friendly staff, has nice clean benches outside and used to be a school house some time ago.

Local ice cream shop that not only has amazing soft ice cream sundaes but also has great selection of hard ice cream, frozen yogurt, & doggie sundaes (Dog's are welcome!! Just remember it's our responsibility as owners to clean up after them) Prices are reasonable. They have cones and dishes in small, medium, and large. Seating is available outside around the deck and around the tree's. If you'r a peanut butter lover... you must try their Reese's HF/PB Sundae!! 🤤

Hubby and I bringing his 89-year-old mom on a sort of "local" Ice Cream Tour of the Catskills/Upstate. We live 45 minutes away, but she's here from Long Island, hoping to dodge the Covid-19 bullet. We keep seeking out different places, ice cream is one thing that still thrills her to no end. She often asks if we can have ice cream for dinner and who are we to argue? 😊 That said, this was our first time here and we were not disappointed. The medium sundaes were very hearty dinners indeed. None of the cool-whippy flavor we encounter sometimes, this is the good stuff. I especially appreciated the surprise layer of sundae sauces at the *bottom* of the sundae. I had hot fudge and peanut butter. I so often run out of the sauces before I finish the ice cream. For me it is all about the sauces. Yummy.

So school house creamer is established in a real old school house. The building has a new deck for outdoor seating, and the interior is rather gorgeous. Hardwood floors, an old woodfire stove, and behind the icecream counter, black boards to list specials. All very thematic. The staff is always friendly and their icecream is oh so delicious. One of the flavors is named after the school district's mascot. So you know the owners are pretty involved with the community. Definitely stop in and give it a try

Fantastic little ice cream shop. Built in an old schoolhouse, with all the charm, Hershey's ice cream, great soft serve. A must see. Go see the train set that runs around the inside of the shop!!
