Elaine is an amazing Insurance agent, nearly everyone in my family has switched from previous agents or from not using one to going through her because she is so successful at saving us money! She makes it a point to thoroughly check all opportunities and combinations to ensure you have the best deal possible, and always does so come renewal time for you in case something has changed!! In addition to the great service, the office is very accommodating, flexible and professional. I highly recommend Acclaim to anyone and everyone regardless of if they are with an agent or not, I doubt you will find better rates elsewhere.

I have never in my life had such an odd experience trying to obtain insurance. The business itself is very very messy, stuff all over the floor etc. It resembled a teenagers bedroom. That in itself should have deterred me but as a small business owner myself I wanted to give these people a shot. They gave me the run around for an entire week on a simple policy. I told them I needed it by a specific date and I did not get a straight answer from them until the day before that date I specified. I am not sure how these people stay in biz but I would not recommend them to anyone.
