The place was incredible beautiful! Clean and renovated. The bathroom was a 10/10. We rented the Revere suite with the hot tub outside. I called management twice for questions and they were very quickly to respond even through text messages. I would definitely go back.Also, there are restaurant and stores 5 minutes away from the place.

Came out this weekend with my wife and 3 kids. We stayed in the Franklin suite. The room was large like a 2 bedroom apartment and recently renovated. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was useful. All in all was a great weekend getaway from the city with the family. The private hot tub was nice for after skiing. Would come back especially on snowy weekends like this one. First off the location is phenomenal - there are so many trails and gems in this area worth checking out and the hotel was in a prime location to do that. We had no idea the area has such a foodie scene! We will definitely return in the winter to take advantage of the slopes nearby. The hotel was charming and clean. We only stayed one night but it was really everything we needed- it was comfortable and felt special.Noteworthy details: It feels like lux B&B as opposed to a luxury chain hotel. It felt like what I'd want my vacation home be like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haus Windham and it exceeded all my expectations. My experience was nothing short of excellent. It's great location, coupled with the beautiful rooms made it a memorable and delightful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient retreat in Windham/Catskills.The interior design was tasteful, elegant, and exuded a sense of luxury. Every detail, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the soft lighting, contributed to a serene and relaxing ambiance. The room was impeccably clean, and the comfortable bed/linens were amazing.

My husband and I rented the Madison Suite for one night with our 10 month old baby. At 2 am we were awoken by furniture being moved in the room above our bedroom. The loud banging and scraping across the floor continued until after 4:30 in the morning. By some magic our baby slept through this endless nightmare, but we did not. For 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night we had to suffer this endless banging and scraping across the floor above. By 3am I couldn’t take it anymore so I called and emailed ‘The Haus’. I received zero response to any of my requests to contact the above patrons to please stop moving the furniture. Still no one has bothered to reach out to offer any condolences for the disruption. As far as I’m concerned this was not worth the money. I’ll stay at a nicer hotel in Windham in the future. If you do stay here I hope you have more respectful neighbors because you’ll be on your own if you do not.

5 MINUTE DRIVE TO WINDHAM MOUNTAIN! 3 MINUTE DRIVE TO JIMMY OCONNOR BAR! Not only is this location amazing for skiers, hikers, and anyone looking for a luxurious stay for the right price. Everything is new and the rooms are super nice. The bathrooms are brand new and the showers are a 10/10 with about 10 shower heads. Balcony with a view and if you get hungry you can even bbq! Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the Catskills.

The Haus Windham Hotel exceeded all expectations! lThe bedding was amazing, and breathtaking mountain views made our stay unforgettable. You could tell the attention to detail from the stylish decor to the spa like bathroom. Location was ideal right next to town and the mountain. The new outdoor hot tub was also incredible. Highly recommended!
