A wonderful little ice cream place complete with the old style building from the 1960s. Staff was friendly and quick. Many hard scoop flavors to choose from. If you are in the Wilmington area for fishing or sightseeing near Whiteface Mt this is a great place to get a treat!

Takes cash only so come prepared!A busy spot for ice cream with limited parking. Their soft serve is 10/10. Really impressed with their extensive menu. You can get tornadoes, shakes, hard or soft ice cream, dips, sundaes… you name it.Will definitely be coming back for another treat during our stay here :)

I ordered the basic vanilla soft ice cream with sprinkles on a waffle cone. And idk if it's because I haven't eaten one of those in years or what but it was delicious. The spot is nice, with an area to sit and relax. They have a line always, so should tell you how good they are. 😊

Amazing ice cream and excellent service!! We got ice cream every night it was so good. One night we came flying in just making close at 8:52. I personally hated people like us when I worked retail lol….but the team was so kind and waited on us same as any other night! Highly recommend make this your dessert stop!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch, and scored a foot long, fries, ice cream, and cheeseburger for $15! Loved the quaint look. The cheeseburger was my favorite and had a melt in your mouth flavor. One scoop of ice cream was more than enough for two of us. Highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite!

Their sign says they accept cash and cheques only, but I saw someone who wanted to pay by cheque that got turned down. There’s an ATM nearby so it’s all good, but they should probably start accepting cards. It’s easier for everyone. Anyway, good ice cream.

My favorite thing in the world is to find these hidden gem local soft serve places with the real dips. This one has peanut butter dip and you can get the dip in a cup, a new twist for me but one I really enjoyed. Please stop if you are on 86 on the way to Lake Placid!

The ice cream is good, but my sister ordered two small twists with rainbow sprinkles. I also ordered a small twist with rainbow sprinkles. The difference was ridiculous. They were ordered at the same exact time, just at different windows.The inconsistency was laughable.

Ordered the big nasty and was told they didnt have any footlong hot dogs left so they would give us 2 regular size hot dogs for the footlong however it only had the michigan sauce, onions and pickles on it...no ketchup,sauerkraut,cheese or mustard on it. Very disappointed!

We love to stop at local ice cream places when we travel, and this a gem! So cute - it looks like a page out of an old photo album. Great choices of both soft and hard ice cream at great prices. And the BEST servers who actually know how to make a soft serve twist cone without it falling off, or having an empty hole in the middle ;) Just be sure to have cash if you're from out of town.

Stopped for lunch and ice cream on our last vacation 2021 day, and glad we did. I kind of think of Whitebrook as fast food on steroids - it was a quick and well priced meal that made our kids happy, but wasn't the straight up junk served at a fast food restaurant. The ice cream was great. We found an article about the best ice cream places between Albany and the Adirondack's that included Whitebrook, and it was spot on. My only regret is that we stayed in nearby Jay for a week and only stopped in on our last day.

How can you not stop when there is a giant hotdog out front putting ketchup and mustard on itself? But we did not try the dogs. Just a little soft serve after a hike. The service was great. The ice-cream was soft serve... And the Hotdog was a photo op.

A True Americana Classic!This place drips nostalgia. The sights and smells harken back to a simpler time in America when establishments like this dotted every small town across the country. Sadly there are not many like The Whitebrook left. They offer an uncomplicated but delish comfort food menu, anchored by burger specials and soft serve ice cream. This is a true roadside culinary attraction worthy of Route 66. The PERFECT joint to catch an Adirondack Summer Sunset.

Amazing service, extremely low prices! The poutine here is amazing and the girl at the window hand made an ice cream sandwich for my daughter! We had lunch and sweets for under 10 dollars- quality food, excellent customer service! Wow!

Memorial Day opening weekend presents lots of challenges and lots of people - I’m happy to say the hot fudge Sunday’s tasted great, portions sizes were consistent and we were served in under 3 minutes - what more can anyone ask for !!! Have a great summer folks - BRAVO in a job well done !!!!

Friendly service that hits the spot on a hot day. They have a great selection of hard icecream and have the standard soft serve options too. Whether you are after a cone, a bowl a sunday, a banana split or a float they have you covered in this retro icecream bar. Feeling a little hungrier and want a burger or a dog? They have you covered on that count too. Go to the counter happy or pay the grumpy charge of $2 on your order. No matter what when to taste the icecream you will be happier, especially on a hot day!

It has become a tradition for us to stop here on the way home from the beach around the corner. Sometimes on the way to And from. They have a decent food menu that is quite tasty. And of course, lots of ice cream options. Definitely recommend this place.

The soft serve ice cream is first rate - rich and creamy! I have had the "Big Nasty" hot dog multiple times. It is a really good and should be called the Big Messy. They were out of foot long hot dogs on a recent visit, but happily obliged with normal dogs, which we dubbed Little Nasties. This is a favorite must-do activity after a visit up to Whiteface Mt.
