We had an excellent time at Santa’s work shop, ages 6 month to 13 and they all had a blast! Definitely a step in the past type place but totally worth a visit. The magician was awesome and did an excellent job and everyone was super friendly. 39$ to get in but honestly we spent 3 to 4 hours here and we thought it was worth the price. Will return in the winter

Magical Experience! We started our day with breakfast with Santa. Santa sat at each table, talked a bunch and even cut up my daughter’s sausage. The Christmas friends were an extra treat. At the end of breakfast you get to take a picture with Santa and friends. (If you’re on the fence about doing the breakfast like I was, do it, you won’t be disappointed)We spent the entire day in the park(open to close). My kids 2 and 5 loved it here. Most rides are for kids under 48 inches. It was super fun to pet reindeer, go to the candy store and watch the different shows. We bought lunch but you could pack and bring it inside and sit at the picnic tables. Spending time with Santa at his house was magical. He really talks to the kids and tells them that he loves them. All of the staff was friendly and we had a great day!

We had a great time at Santa's Workshop. All of the staff are so friendly and really try to involve all of the children by getting them to dance, participate and taking fun pictures. The food at Mother Hubbard's was really good too. With great gluten free options. And they have some good chocolates, fudge and candy. My grandson that isn't a big fan of rides ended up going on them all except the roller coaster. Lots of fun

So I first went to Santa's workshop over 30 years ago as a kid. I loved the visit then, my son loved it this time. We didn't get a chance to visit the theme park but we did stop by and purchase some trinkets at the gift shop. If you have young kids, Santa's Workshop is a must visit if your in the area. It's right near the Veterans Memorial Highway experience so you can knock off two birds with one stone. We finished the day off with a late lunch at the A&W which is right nearby as well.

My child had a great time running back and forth to the rides and the attendants were very friendly. I do think the park can be kept up a little better to keep the image more magical for the children. Leaves cluttered gutters and edges of buildings and decor was very run down on the train ride. Seeing my child had so much fun, I will definitely return though. -Brittney

Such a nostalgic magical place! The first theme park in the country. Such a hidden gem. We wouldn't have Disney World with out Santas Workshop. So much fun visiting each shop on the village and Santa of course and my children loved the rides (3yrs & 7yrs). And the thing that still amazes me ever since I was a kid is the actual frosted "North Pole" how do they do that?

We have gone a few years in a row now and this is the most magical place in the world! My family is incredibly happy here. Everything from the talking tree to feeding Blitzen a leaf is absolutely incredible. He is so gentle that he will eat it from the elves mouths!! The shows are cute and the ride "elves" are sooo polite. The rides are original to the park which is awesome and targets smaller kids. This makes it feel like a time capsule and should never be changed.....its where the magic is. Everything feels old...much like Santa. If youre going for rides though youll be disappointed. This is for SANTA!!! THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS! Santa takes his time and will welcome you back. My kids spent approximately 10 minutes with him today and that was the just the first time. They then went back to say goodbye. My suggestion is to get a santa hat so he knows their names before! The elves will make you one in a few minutes at a reasonable price. It makes it that much more magical for them. They remember these moments forever.Santas village makes lifetime memories. We were probably 4 of 60 people total there today. Sad when you think about how incredible the experience makes us feel inside. I wish we could return every day! My kids love it even if the roller coaster is a little bumpy. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

The place feels a little run down since most of the rides are ancient. That said, it is close enough to perfect for a 2-5 year old, which I have! The rides are just right for young children. There are live reindeer you can pet, Santa Claus to visit, even live shows that won't seem tedious or tacky...at least not to the under 5 crowd. We have had a fabulous trip every time we have gone, though they lose one star because of one rude carousel operator who wouldn't let my daughter keep riding more than 2 or 3 times even though there was literally no one else there waiting.

We just had the best time this week at Santa’s Workshop! My parents took me and my sisters about 25 years ago… and my dad’s dream was to take us back with our own kids. Well, he did! My parents treated me and my sister and our kids to a fun filled day here. Memories came flooding back when I saw certain rides. Wow! My 2 year old son had the best time on all the rides, meeting Santa (he asked for pizza🤣), and playing in the toy shop. His favorite by far though was feeding the reindeer!! His smile made my husband and me so happy. The classic Christmas feel and atmosphere, cute bakery, and all the rides made for a day my family will never forget!!!

⭐️very special time capsule of a place⭐️#nostalgic⭐️#imaginative + creative⭐️welcoming + friendly⭐️fun, #FamilyTripI went here as a kid and am thankful to be able to bring my babygirl here as well to make memories. The ride operators are so sweet…🚂 before hopping on the train the conductor says each time “look to the left in the woods to see where the elves live in the trees” and then there they are ! Little doors on the trees. When we tried to tip him for the 3 times he took our gang on the loop he would not accept saying “you pay enough to come through the gate” (which at $30 dollars for adults and kids 2+ I thought was far beyond reasonable)🥣we went on a chilly, Autumn day and were glad to have some warm split pea & ham soup to warm us up as we sat inside the lunchroom chalet. We arrived around 230pm and realized they closed at 3pm. Instead of rushing us out, the gentleman that runs the kitchen sat down and had a chat with us, reassuring us there was no rush for us to leave. After living in Miami for the last 8 years and NYC for 10 years prior to that…it warmed my soul to have genuine and kind conversation. If you’re visiting the #Adirondacks be sure to stop by! #Kidfriendly

My grandmother brought me here when I was five. This was a wonderful experience to be able to return with my children. My son was 8 and my daughter 5 when we went in December of 2018. My daughter was the perfect age for the trip. My son was too old unfortunately as the height limits (under 48 inches) excluded him from most of the rides. Especially since the day we went the train wasn't running. He could ride two rides. Three if you counted the carousel- which had a height and weight limit to ride the deer, but over 48 could stand on the ride. I wish we would have come 2 years ago. We loved being there with the snow in December and enjoyed cooking smores outside. The stores inside are also very nice, with reasonable prices. Santa was amazing, very attentive and we loved seeing him at his own house. We spent from 11 am to closing there and saw everything, some things more than once, and rode all the rides that we could a few times so it was plenty of time.

Friendly staff at restaurants, kids loved the whole experience. Highly recommended. Few things to work on1 staff running rides were not very friendly.Food breakfast and dinner was a big disappointment. Lot of microwave prepackaged food. They could do a lot better for price we paid

Wonderful place to get into the Christmas spirit with a friendly staff and a charming atmosphere. In a Disney corporate entertainment world (with an equally Disney-esque price) this was a welcome trip down memory lane. Though the rides are mostly for the little ones, the park can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

This place is just as adorable as I remember it being when I was 7. This is probably one of the last actual theme parks in America and it's worth the visit. We brought our 7yo here last year because we weren't sure how many more years of belief we'd enjoy. He is of average height and weight, and he was getting a little too tall for some of the rides, so it may be better if yours are 7 or under. If they are on the short side, it probably wouldn't be an issue. The main attraction is Santa, obviously, which is very well done. That everything says "North Pole" etc. is also cool; our kid is completely convinced the north pole exists and that he has touched it.Growing up, my family all had custom santa hats that I looked forward to wearing when we put up the tree. I had no idea where we got them. Well, apparently we got them here, when I was 7 - and now the next generation has a new matching set.If you would like to spend a day immersed in the magic of Christmas, the North Pole is worth a visit.

Nostalgia❤️ Just like I remember it from my visit when I was just 8 years old , I wouldn't change a thing❤️ We brought our grandsons (The 4 yr old is Christmas obsessed all year round) Staff was wonderful! Though I was disappointed that Frosty & a few other characters that you would normally see weren't there ,the smile on his face & the pure joy was worth the very long trip & every penny!
