Everything one would need when staying in the area. Friendly staff and GREAT SANDWICHES!! My family and I visited about 6 years ago and my wife and I revisited last week(3-18-24). Everything was the same and I believe the sandwiches were even better. It’s just a great little place!

Been having a hell of a time getting my cards to work at the gas pumps. I'll put it in, follow the prompts and then it redirects me to the main screen where I have to just repeat the process. Like it doesn't even register I have a card in there. Theres no issue with my cards, ive checked. Ive never experienced this problem at any other gas stations. On a day where it was absolutely freezing, the machine took my card and kept it for like 10-15 minutes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It keeps happening though. I've had friends tell me that it's happened to them too.

My wife and I were beyond impressed with the sub we purchased today. The sub had a huge portion of meat and was the most tasty I ever consumed. The value was incredible for this purchase. There is nothing in Northern NY that compares to the taste and value received today and I have been in many sub shops. What a happy accident stopping here. I wish I could give this store 6 stars and we will be back.

Excellent little spot!They’ve got a little bit of everything you need. Definitely not a full grocery store but way more than a bodega. They had prepared foods, bacon, some fruit and veg, even a steak in the fridge. Then your typical snacks, chips etc.The star here is really the sandwiches! We’re talking huge sammys and a great choice of meats and toppings. These bad boys belong downstate, someone brought a little NYC to ADK

Way more than just a gas station. The attached store has all the basics, groceries, camping supplies, light beer, etc and makes amazing custom-ordered sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and a real "small town" vibe. I always make sure to stop here at least once when I am in the area.

For years I've been enjoying their sandwiches. Can't find prices like theirs anywhere in Lake Placid. Small town feel, very friendly staff, and I love their pesto tortellini salad. On a ski day I would go here over eating anything from Whiteface. Locally owned is a big plus!

Don’t be fooled by the looks of the place. This store has everything: Bait, firewood, postcards, beer, fresh pizza, sandwiches, fresh produce, deli meats and more. Great location. Near the North Pole Resort and other Vacation homes and hotels. Awesome breakfast sandwiches and coffee for those who need substance before skiing or hiking. The only thing that keeps me from rating this place a 5 is the fact that they charge 12 dollars for a case of water.

A must if you're in the North Country & hungry! Sandwiches & subs made fresh to order while you wait. Meats & cheeses cut before you eyes & mounded on fresh baked bread or rolls. If you think you want a large, better order the small! They're that big! And the low price is extraordinary! Then, pick up the rest of your groceries.

We have camped in Wilmington for years and didn't know about this spot till this year. This little store has just about everything you can think of. With the closest grocery store a good half hour away in Lake Placid this spot is worth its weight in gold. They were very busy when we stopped in. They make subs and sandwiches there and have a small deli. If you are staying in the area and need something in a pinch, this is worth visiting.

Our field office was located behind the store. Can't get a better sub/sandwich anywhere around the area without it being Subway, and you determine the size!! Also, the store has many items desired by the cooking and appreciative generations that are becoming increasingly scarce.

Camping at the KOA in Wilmington New York. Stopped at the little supermarket in Wilmington and ordered subs. They were the best subs I have ever eaten! Going to try their pizza tonight, I hear that's just as good as the subs!!!

The nicest people work here and I love the small town feel. The sanwhiches are stuffed full of deli meat and only run about $3.50. They have premade breakfast sandwhiches for $2.50

This truly is a little super market. It is packed with odds and ends from mouse traps to ice cream to canned vegetables to pain relievers. They also have a super busy deli that makes subs to order.
