The fact that the pharmacy department completely shuts down for lunch is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that it is during peak hours when some customers are on their lunch break which could potentially be only time they're able to pick up their prescriptions before the pharmacy closes for the night. I'm not saying that the staff should not be entitled to their lunch. Quite the contrary. What I am saying is that a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR company like CVS can certainly afford adequate staffing to ensure proper coverage during these times. Whoever decided to institute this policy should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff is very nice and it's very easy to buy something you need. Another plus is that they let you bring in your dog! I always stop by for something when walking my dog and the staff always welcomes him so nicely. Sometimes though, the cash machine doesn't work so that's annoying, but everything else is good.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE! GOT SCAMMED bought a $250 gift card that had $6 on it, with receipts went back to manager who directed us to corporate office, who then directed us to sephora, who then directed us to black hawk (3rd party who supplies the gift card) all with hours wasted and no resolution. the card was sealed, the pin which was tampered with was covered with a seal. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE / $250 thrown away learned you are better off buying directly from the store they offer more protection

If you’re looking to get the full “Karen” experience then make sure you shop when “manager” Tina is on duty. Honestly the rudest so called manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. A simple requests to follow through on an exchange one of her employees advised could be done was met without an ounce of customer service and the response “it wasn’t me and how is that my problem?. My next step after this is making sure the corporate office is aware of the poor customer service their employee displayed and to cancel the CVS care pass I’m subscribed to. There is no way CVS will ever see a penny of my money.

I needed a prescription filled and none of the CVS in area had it, so they forwarded the prescription to this location 254 hillside av. In Williston Park. Since it's memorial Day i looked at website for the store hrs. It says that they close at 10 pm but that schedule will be affected by the holiday, so I called, the automated system says that they will close at 8 pm. When I got there the pharmacy was closed, and there were 3 woman fixing the shelves, 1 of them had a big mouth and started giving me a lecture. I explained that i drove 20 minutes one way just for that and that they should have posted a better schedule. As I turned around to the next isle I hear laughing saying "that's not far" and whole bunch of there things and I am behind her in the next isle. Very disrespectful, zero sympathy. Her mouth earned this store zero stars, unfortunately I had to leave one. I would have just left and come another day with out giving them a bad review if I didn't get yelled at by this woman.

Went to CVS for a flu shot for my elderly mom. Binu was so helpful through the whole process. She was so nice and gentle with my mom. Made us feel so comfortable. Much recommendations. Thank you so much for your time. Sincerely Nancy

The pharmacy department here is completely inept and does things they have no authorization to do. If a phyisician/psychiatrist,...you know....a REAL doctor prescribes meds, and they are approved by your insurance they should not be able to interfere especially where mental health is concerned! Shame on them. Disgusting humans.

One of THE worst cvs locations I have ever had to deal with👎👎👎I kept calling to be transferred to the pharmacy from 4pm to 6pm and they kept putting on hold or transferred me to other departments and finally the answering machine said the pharmacy is closed and that was 6:10pm meanwhile in their website the hours are 9am to 8pm. They are Horrible in this location 254 and hillside Ave .

This is the WORST poorly run pharmacy in the entire state of NY. I have ZERO trust. My dr wrote a script for 90 days. The pharmacy filled it for 30 days stating that my dr wrote 90 days not 3 months so they can only fill it for 30 days. So I said, you know the cvs app shows it as 90 day supply so I don't get it. They still declined it and now I have run back to my dr. Ugh! Then they are rude to you on top of that! I HATE this CVS. This been script after script..there is ALWAYS a problem. The line is crazy long so even if you prepaid, expect an hour wait. The pharmacy area takes forever to find your meds even though it was just filled and prepaid. I don't know who runs that place but this CVS is poorly run. I am going to transfer out to another pharmacy. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

Been waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes and pharmacy still does not pick up. On the day I took surgery, they missed pain medication without any note! This branch must be significantly understaffed... Very disappointed...
