First off I must say that the peanut butter cup cookie I had just might be the best cookie I've ever had! The rest of our food (sandwiches) were good as well and the service was so friendly and welcoming. The inside is really clean and nice. There is also an excellent selection of beverages (alcoholic and non). Just be sure you dont skip the cookie!

We have heard a lot about this place but we were very underwhelmed. Things just lacked flavor and compared to other local places were more expensive with smaller portions. Kids max and cheese while home made was small and lacked flavor. Pizza looked amazing but was undercooked at the center and some cheese was unmelted. We may try again. Beer wall and drink selection look great. Staff was kind and inside was really nice looking!

The lady who took the orders was wonderful, polite, and friendly. Enjoy the Portabello sandwich. The husband had a buttery lobster roll sandwich, which was s special for the day. It was very clean, and the bathroom was pristine. Well, it's worth a visit to the Pultneyville Deli.Vegetarian options: Enjoyed the portobello and just asked for no butter and no cheese. Salads were another option, too.Parking: It had parking behind building, too.Kid-friendliness: Nice selection of items for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it had wide aisle in the building.

I got the Chipotle Chicken Melt and it was really good. It came with chips and a pickle. They have a nice selection of beers and drinks. My girlfriend's dad's pizza took a little while longer than the rest of our food, they didn't time the food delivery well. The molasses cookies I got was really good, I almost got a second one. I would recommend this place.

Our favorite local place to dine in or take out. Food is good but depending on selection is a little pricey for what you get. For the lobster roll dinners, we wish they were a little more generous with the serving of French fries you get with the lobster roll. It’s a piddly amount compared to the price paid. Service is good and the staff are friendly and nice. You order at the counter and we usually take it to go and eat at the nearby park. But there are tables both inside and outside. They have a shade tent outside as well. All in all, good place to go for lunch.

Rode my bicycle along with my adult daughter from Webster. 18+ miles each way. Food was great. Cookies very good. Good selection of beverages including beer. Pretty town to wander around and see Lake Ontario and Pultneyville ha hour. Nice people who run the deli.

Terribly disappointed and dissatisfied. Based on the building, food description and prices I was expecting a good meal, instead my Tex-mex wrap meal was super small, soggy, lacked any flavor and the chicken was rubbery and cooked with no flavor at all. Not to mention the chicken chunks were huge and impossible to get through based on how badly cooked they were. I never complain about food but this was warranted. The portions were super small and the fries were even worse. NOT RECOMMEND

We ordered a Philly Steak sub hoping for the best. No such luck. Luckily, we ordered takeout and we were able to make the sandwich edible with condiments from home.The meat quantity was very minimal. Accompanied by only a few pepper & onions. Surprisingly there was only a single piece of Provolone cheese (burned to the roll) for a 16 inch sub. I Took the meat from one side and combined it with the other to make an 8 inch sub. Perfect quantity of meat and peppers. Now only a half a piece of cheese. The roll was very burned and charred dark black.. Driest sandwich I have ever had. However, on the positive side my dog was happy. the dog got the burned 8 inch roll after I added the meat to the side I ate. My dog gave it a 5 star. This is our second time here. The first time I ordered a meatball sub. That review was a 2 star. The meatballs were cut in half (In the past they were whole) and very minimal fillings. Was very disappointed, but decided to try again with a different sub. We Don't believe we will be going there again. Prices were higher that average and food less than average. ...Update, the owner reached out over email to figure out what went wrong. Kudos to Nan. Yes, they did give us a full refund.

The Cajun fish was good. Serving it with tartar sauce was a little odd. I would go back and try something different. My wife really enjoyed her veggie panini.The fries were underdone.

Had a group of 9 of us come into the deli yesterday and have lunch. Only one girl was working and she did a great job doing everything she could. Service was a little slow but she was the only one working so I'm not gonna knock it. Food was excellent! Have a nice selection of canned alcohol & ~6 taps I think of beer but use a beer card or something.. pretty neat, my wife and I will be back again & try the drinks this time!

4.5. Out of no where and in the nick of time comes the Deli Company. If you are taking the scenic drive along the southern shores of Lake Ontario there is no place to eat for miles and miles...then comes the Deli Company! Great deli food! Had the chili and Reuben sandwich, both very good. The home made cookies were almost impossible to pass up. Then you drive for more miles and miles with no place to eat. A must stop!

Overpriced and small portions. They were understaffed and disorganized. I felt bad for the younger girl cooking all by herself while the other woman seemed to "keep busy" doing anything but help make the food. They were handing out free cookies for the long wait. My food came out a solid 20 minutes after what seemed like a regular got his food, despite having ordered before him. Won't be back, save your money.

Totally disappointing ice cream trip. Took my 82 year old mother and her 84 year old friend for a drive. Stopped in for a scoop of ice cream and will never go back. That most definitely was not a “scoop” of ice cream, even for ladies in their 80’s.

Other than the table being very sticky it is a great place! (Stickiness was because of adhesive from some kind of table cover). The Tattooed lady is awesome! Breakfast sandwich was very good! I plan on going back to check out the bar upstairs! The wine and beer dispensers are a great idea!

Fun little place to stop for ice cream, beer, or a burger. Ice cream selection wasn't huge but it was reasonable. Beer selection was local which is nice.We went for just a burger and fries. Overall it was a good meal in a beautiful location. Seems like there was a lot to choose from on their menu that I'd be interested in trying but I could only pick one thing. Will try to stop by next time we're in the area. Hopefully it's soon since we have family that live around the corner.It's a nice historical spot as well if you're into it. I enjoyed the photo timeline of how the place has evolved since the 1940s.

It cost $56 for 2 salads and a Burger and fries. Oh and 3 waters. An absolute rip off. We waited 45 minutes for our food. It took forever and cost an arm and a leg. The french fries were cold too. We would have thought at least the burger and fries would be warm. You CANT serve cold fries to anyone. The cold starch hurts the stomach. Any normal kitchen staffer knows that. Would never recommend.

EDIT: The manager offers my money back in their response to this review. I went in TWICE to receive my money and was not given the refund I was offered. I did not ask for a refund, but was offered one and now apparently that offer is no good. Add "dishonest" to the list of complaints.Origin Post: Came here because of all the good reviews but it's just... Terrible. The service sucks and the elderly inked woman behind the counter was rude. I ordered two things and she forgot one of them. No one else was around. She just seemed bitter and angry and the sandwich was uneven, sloppy and small. Save yourself the money and go somewhere with employees who care
