My recent visit to Burger King in Williamson, NY, provided a mixed bag of experiences. I opted for their mozzarella sticks and buffalo chicken nuggets, hoping for a satisfying treat.Starting with the positive, the mozzarella sticks did not disappoint. They were crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and served with a delicious marinara sauce. Each bite was a delightful burst of cheesy goodness, leaving me wanting more.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the buffalo chicken nuggets. Despite my anticipation, they fell short of expectations. The flavor was lackluster, and the texture was disappointing. It was a letdown after the promising start with the mozzarella sticks.On a brighter note, I found the staff to be exceptional during my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, which significantly enhanced the overall dining experience. Their positive attitude and efficiency deserve commendation.While the mozzarella sticks provided a tasty indulgence and the staff delivered excellent service, the buffalo chicken nuggets left much to be desired. With room for improvement in certain menu items, Burger King in Williamson, NY, still offers a pleasant dining experience overall.

Dont waste your time and money I'dgive 0 starsif i could. Ordered a double wopper with bacon light mayo got a single cold patty no bacon smothered in mayo cold fries and took a while costed almost 15 bucks . Called up and got the worst customer service tried telling me that they didn't have a double wopper on their recites but it was printed on my burger label. Don't go don't waste money this "meal" costed almost 15 dollars don't waste your money on this garbage. By the way to whoever took my call here's your "proof" 15 dollars what a joke learn to make your food right!!!

I ordered onion rings with TWO zesty sauce packets. The person who took the order seemed to be annoyed for some reason, and didn’t even put down the extra packet of sauce. When I walked in to tell them that we didn’t get any at all the woman gave me an attitude saying that there was one in the bottom of the bag.(as if I would take the time to park and con them out of a packet of sauce )I told her that I ordered two of them, and we were given none at all she clearly expressed her annoyance, and slid a single packet over to me, and turned around without saying a word. I realize the customer isn’t always right, but in this case I was, and a little humidity i’m their part would’ve gone a long way.

I purchased 2 hamburgers. As I proceeded to eat one of the hamburgers, I discovered that it had a hair in it. I felt the hair and pulled it out of my mouth to prevent the swallowing of it. I called to speak to one the managers. The manager was apologetic and stated that he would speak to his workers.After what I experienced, I will never go back to this restaurant.

Although the ch'king sadly went bye-bye, after making itself arguably the best or second best to Popeye's, chicken sandwich during the ramped-up chicken sandwich wars a couple yrs ago.... If you stick to ordering their current chicken sandwich which isn't too bad, they have the best french fries in fast-food other than possibly KFC. They're both very similar so I guess it just depends on whether the you get them Hot or not.... However with both of them because they are the type of fries with blanching on them they're even edible when they're not scalding hot unlike places like McDonald's which are only good when fresh out of the fryer. Grab a milkshake while you're at it they're not bad and make sure you use the app which lets you have access to some good deals and helps you accrue points to use for future freebies.

Waited an excessively long time in the drive through despite only one car in front of me. Only to get a cold burger and fries. Good help must be hard to get. Still better than the mcresturant across the st.

I’ve never ever had a problem with this Burger King in my life until last night. Dealt with a Frankie? He kept cutting me off when I was trying to order and was speaking insanely fast. Then told me to pull around. When I pulled around he was speaking super fast again to the point where I couldn’t really understand him, had my order wrong and was acting like I was inconveniencing him by getting food. Other than that every other employee there seems to be pleasant.

The food is always hot and freshly prepared at this location of this popular national chain. We eat here every week on the way to do our grocery shopping. It's never crowded during the times I've been there, most of which have been on a weekend day. Staff is always efficient, attentive, and friendly, which is truly a welcome change from most other run of the mill fast food chains/locations. We especially love the current special of 2 Whopper meals for $10, which is a nice bargain!

Although the food here is consistently good, the drive thru line was slow when I went through. Also when I got my milkshake it wasn't fully mixed and the whipped cream, that I didn't want, was spilled all over the lid.

Normally good service, never a clean table to sit down and eat.Today, terrible service, food was cold, my chicken sandwich looked like a 2 year old slapped it together. 4 pcs of shredded lettuce and a thin layer of mayo on a quarter of my bun! Very disappointed with today’s visit! The staff in back doing the cooking were laughing, joking, not caring a thing about what they were doing. Bad for business and it shows!

The manager here is beyond rude. I drive 25 minutes one way for breakfast sandwiches when I could give my business to someone else just to order 4 sausage bacon egg and cheese croissants which the app and the mobile website frequently give me problems ordering. So a worker allowed me to place my order over the phone before. However the manager the last 3 times keeps claiming their mobile site and app isn't her problem call them and complain and offers nothing in the way of helping the customer when their store isn't even busy shes just being lazy and although I drove in a white out to get my food that I tried to order 3 times prior to breakfast ending but she refused to take the order because pretty much shes trying to stop phone orders cause she doesn't care about her customers. I've made 2 complaints about this store and am awaiting a call back from upper management. Something needs to be done this is a joke without customers you wouldn't have a job and your mobile site and app problems aren't the customers fault either. Grow up and get another job if you can't handle this one, which is sad because I don't know what you can do if you can't do this simple job.

Every time I go to burger king lately the burgers are ALWAYS Luke warm or cold. I've looked it up online and it seems to be a problem everywhere. Apparently in order to get hot food you need to ask for it... Today I decided to try two an original chicken with cheese sandwiches. I know they heard me ask for cheese on them because when they called out my order as being ready they said "two original chickens with cheese.". However I got all the way back home and guess what? No cheese... Also one of my sandwiches had two top buns instead of a top and bottom. I don't know what happened... I don't remember Burger King being this bad in the past. But over the past few years it doesn't matter which branch I visit the experience is always terrible. Burger King is pathetic go to McDonald's or Wendys.

Leesburg was very well done. Flavor wasn't as good this time as in the past. Service was good. Didn't have to wait too long to get it. The Hamburg was supposed to be fresh but and taste it.

This Burger King location located in Williamson, NY is probably my favorite BK within a 25 mile radius. There's usually no wait unless it's peak hours. (breakfast, lunch and dinner) The staff is always polite and quick and efficient. Can't recall having a problem with anything here. 4 stars.

Good Burger King. Sprite was off on carbonation. They worked with us on the order. Wanted no sesame buns and they did potato bun, which was cool. We ate outside on their picnic tables.

Waited 10 minutes for my order. Seems like the drive through went 10 times faster. My food was cold, and my whoppers had little to no lettuce on both of them and too many pickles.
