I love that the employees all joined into help me figure out what oil filter container I needed for my furnace that was leaking at closing time and stayed late to make it happen! What a great staff lance has!! Especially the dude in the shorts that sat with me and read the directions on the floor in the aisle. It was a success. Yes I fixed another contractor error at my house. Now just doing it myself!! It is changed and successful and a big shout out thank you to all at Lances store! Yahoo

I needed a small repair to my rolling walker ( a rollator) and the wonderful guys came out to my Jeep & took it inside and the repair was done in 5 minutes. I would have been stranded without it. It's nice to know that there are so many nice people here. Such a difference than Long Island, where I just moved from.

for a grocery store it has many things, but the staff and the atmosphere there don't seem very bright to be honest. Also from the impression i got while i was there, also from what ive seen there, and some stories ive been hearing from some friends, alot of the workers are pretty rude and rude to eachother. also, i have been hearing quite a bit of rumors here and there that some of the staff like to purposely sabotage other staff members just to get them fired (and if that is true, then it's illegal to fire someone like that in that situation.), and honestly in a grocery store like that, that does not surprise me. so proceed with caution.

They used to sell propane and did not teach the kids how to do it properly!!! I had a new tank and they just filled it instead of purging it so it could be filled.

It’s a decent store but I wouldn’t recommend the subs.isnt made with much care they just tossed mine on the counter it was dripping wet all over the place leaking everywhere and they didn’t care and when I went to open the sub bread was soggy smushed and no rhyme or reason on ingridents that I didn’t order. Threw it out never going back .

I think this is one of the best store in Whitney Point NY . Very friendly always there to help you . So you don't have to go to the big city's and use up your gas . Small store with alot of stuff so you don't have to do a lot of walking to find what you want .
