I’ve been to this location several times with my grandma and I can’t stress how amazing the customer service is. The store is very clean and our only trouble would be an employee who was short with short gray hair, she had a disgusting attitude. Thankfully last time we went we had a very kind cashier “Ray” I took a picture of her name because I needed to write this review!! Her smile, kindness and efficiency was amazing. She proposed a great credit card for my grandma and I and we both signed up on the spot she’s amazing!! Definitely will continue coming!! The manager was also very helpful with a rain check we had that we haven’t used before. I love them all!!

Store hours closing time are posted as 11pm. I arrived at 10:38pm to a hand written note that said “closed” on the back of a receipt. No notice or reason posted anywhere else. My family was in desperate need of OTC medicine and this was the closest open and available location. I knocked on the door several times but the only visible employee I saw inside ignored me.

I have been coming here for about ten years, and I am always serviced with professionalism and a smile. Last night, two pharmacists, one over the phone (Jennifer) and the other in person (a young gentleman), were extremely helpful and patient with my mom, who came home happy and relieved that she received such wonderful care. 😀 THANK YOU 💕

This store has the worst online order pickup I have ever experienced. I wanted curbside pickup but the app didn’t offer it. I prefer curbside pickup not in the store pickup. The person who did the online pickup messed up my order and made the process too difficult and complicated. I didn’t want to make another purchase for the same product that I already paid for, so I cancelled the order and was disappointed with the service I received from this female employee. She was unprofessional in her job. Why would you make me go to the Photo Booth when the real order pick up is at the cashier booth? And how come you won’t offer a curbside pick up because I have to show my ID? You can do that while I’m in the car but no you messed up my order and wasted my time and money. Think twice before doing an online order pick up for this store and go to another Walgreens. This one is really not great. 👎

Store is ok but beware of this older guy name Mike (who's a cashier). He tends to gossip about customers to other customers who easily annoy him. Twice he gossiped with me about a customer who gave him a problem. This occurred right before he rang me up. I think this is unprofessional and the manager needs to talk to him about this.

Arrived 1-min after my scheduled COVID shot appt time.Waited 42 minutes, to finally receive the COVID booster into the right shoulder.Had to stand at the counter and be visibly upset before they prioritized it.SUMMARY: WAIT 42 MINUTES before getting your COVID booster shot despite having a scheduled appt time which you essentially showed up on-time for and pre-filled out their consent forms

Ordered pick-up online. When I arrived at the photo station and notified the staff, I still had to wait 20 minutes for someone to attend to me. What is the point of the online order when you have to wait longer than purchasing items in the store?So apparently, you have to go the cash register if there is no one at the photos for pick up orders. When I asked a staff member, I was told, "Someone will be there momentarily." They must not care about customer service at all.

This Walgreens location was used to be my favorite. I have been loyal customer forever. However, I had the worst customer service today. The cashier (Vaja?) is most rude races unprofessional person that I ever met. I’m so disappointed at Walgreens pharmacy.

What a horrible vaccination experience and what a dumpI was called to the counter to check in after standing ALONE in line for a Long time during which I watched a bunch of people behind the counter, "lead" by what I assume to be a pharmacist in a hilarious state of chaos, disorganization, and confusion. As I rested my hand on the counter I felt something wet, sticky, slimy and clear in color. Would you believe it? It was a SNOT, i.e., not the yellowish/brownish color dripping from a gallon of generic hand sanitizer placed next to the cash register. Not to be gross, I’ll spare you further description. Wow, in a pharmacy and at a time when contagious diseases (Flu, Covid, RSV, etc. etc.) are rampant? I protested loudly and used their hand sanitizer while the pharmacist helper brought me a brown paper, which she called a “towel” to wipe and dry my hand. Interestingly, she didn’t even bother cleaning the counter, because she values her health and well-being or because these incidents are such a common place they don’t phase her out anymore?A pharmacy is part of the health delivery system that needs to be at least as clean as a hospital environment (I’ll spare you the reasoning). The SNOT is simply a manifestation of unbelievably dysfunctional and incompetent operation that extends all the way to the CEO and all his/her stuffed shirt buffoons. And for this “privilege” my insurance paid $102!!!! for a flue shot that was only $30 a very few years ago in a much more respectable place. If this whole thing doesn’t faze us out and outrage us, then we deserve every bit of it and more. That is, you'll never see me in this dump again.My appointment time came and went exchanging whatever disease I had with those brought in by others while the chaos is getting worse as more customers came in and the incompetence that failed to serve much fewer customers is getting even further behind.In fairness there were two bright spots:a) The pharmacist assistant who handed me the paper towel, she was working as hard as she could, doing the best she could despite being clearly untrained.b) The young lady that administered the shot was very professional, skillful, warm, sociable, apologetic, empathetic, pleasant exuding class and sophistication while perched on high platform shoes, i.e., a mirror image of that hapless one behind the counter that had her face stuffed in a computer while acting as a traffic hub for the rest of the staff, contributing to the confusion, chaos, and inefficiency.A telltale: Unlike professional and competent organizations, anywhere from gas stations upward, where workers wear nametags, I didn’t see ONE person in this joint sporting one!!!To put this review in perspective, here are two benchmarks/yardsticks:1. I used to receive my prescriptions, through the drug plan, from this place and I had so much fond memory of it that I had to apologize to the pharmacist, because I had to change pharmacies due to drug plan change. Now, after this horrible experience I believe that a customer rating of 2.9 is too generous.2. A while ago, I ordered several Listerine bottles from Rite Aid online for a store pickup at online price. When I showed up they didn’t have them in the purchased quantity. Would you believe it? The store manager offered, when the next delivery is made, he would drop it at my house on his way home!!! That is work ethics, decency, and quality.

What is the point of making a vaccine appointment if you STILL have to wait up to an hour to be seen? I went twice. One time around 4pm, it was crowded everyone was out of work etc, and I finally got the vaccine around 5pm, an HOUR later. I went again just recently, this time smack in the middle of the day when no one was there, 11:30am. There were NO other people waiting. Yet I STILL had to wait 30 min for my vaccine. The staff obviously doesn't respect other people's time and the entire appointment scheduling system. So if you had a vaccine scheduled, depending on the time, expect to wait up to one hour. So schedule accordingly.

Ordered a few items for pickup and decided to do Curbside Pickup at this location for ease of convenience and I was in a bit of a rush. Upon arrival, there were other vehicles in the marked Curbside Pickup spots and the website allows you to put "other", asks that you list your vehicle make, type (as in sedan, coupe, SUV, etc) & color of your vehicle. A younger gentleman in Walgreens attire comes out to the parking lot with an order in-hand and proceeds to go to multiple vehicles that were in Curbside Pickup spots, none of which fit the description of my particular vehicle. I honestly assumed that there may have been other orders he was delivering. The gentleman glanced over at me/the vehicle and proceeded to head back into the store without even asking or checking with me. I literally had to yell from my vehicle whether the order in-hand was for me by stating it's contents and my name, which he then realized and confirmed was mine and came back to the vehicle. What is the point of listing vehicle specs and then being ignored. I would have had to chase the guy down, wait on line, show ID, etc if I would have needed to go in. Almost defeated the purpose of the provided service here but, recieved my order nonetheless.

Do not bother dropping a FedEx at this location. The employees do not understand how to use the scanners properly. Twice I’ve dropped packages there for delivery to Manhattan addresses only to have them entered as ‘delivered’ to and ready to be picked up by the intended recipient at that very Walgreens as if that was the destination where they sat until I had to pick up the packages, relabel and drop them at a FedEx center to have them delivered correctly (now late). And having it corrected in FedEx’s system for a refund was disastrous. No better at the one in the Whitestone Shopping Center where they ‘misplaced’ my package for days in their locker until I raised hell and had them find it. Never again. Lesson learned.

I am not the type to leave reviews no matter how bad the situation is but this one was absolutely the worst experience i’ve had. I called in to find out about how I can send my photos for them to develop and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She cut me off multiple times while i was trying to ask my questions and was hurrying to get me off when the call was less than 15 secs long. I got frustrated and called Rite Aid instead and they answered all my questions correctly. I will be avoiding this store at all times in the future. Extremely poor customer service.

Don't come here for medicine at the pharmacy. There was a 2 hour wait!!!! I've been going to other Walgreens and other pharmacies, usually the wait is 20 min or so. I don't know what's going on here. But definitely not coming back to the pharmacy. They should take care of customers that are waiting in line first.The general store is good and employees are good in the store.

Worst walgreens I’ve been to. Very rude staff and pharmacist UNA was very rude and condescending. The store was closed off because of water damage and people were still shopping and working in hazardous conditions. WALGREENS PLEASE CHECK ON THIS STORE THEyre obviously not okUpdate: 10/5This store blew up... Walgreens you are very lucky no one was hurt. Please do not expose your customers and employees to hazardous conditions. This could have been avoided if addressed sooner.

Needed headphones and I called for assistance and there was 1 girl working the register 1 girl packing things out and another person letting people in. The issue is that all of them were talking rudely about customers and I finally had to walk towards the back of the store to find yet another person to assist me with something that any of the other people could have helped me. Worst customer service experience ever.

It’s getting worst every day. My prescription is never ready. Always an issue with their schedule. When you call the answering service phone says closed at 7 pm. Don’t go it’s a waist of time closed at (5pm).It’s frustrating to go there and find out that your prescriptions are not ready. It’s people illnesses. Don’t play with peoples health. I am leaving Walgreens.

At times you can get great discount while earning points with their W card. There a variety of many items including sending and receiving Western Union as to a Pharmacy. Mask required inside and plenty of parking in the lot.

I waited a bit to get passport phot to be taken but the gentlemen print it out right away so I didn’t have to come back again. It literally took couple minutes. Clean and spacious parking lot, easy in and out. Staffs are nice.

I went this location this morning for a fedex package drop off. There's a Latino young girl in the fedex desk and she lacks of customer service attitude. Very inpatient manner. I don't feel I would like to come back again to this location. She to me I suppose to go to the other fedex location on Clintonville..... this is crazy customer service.... very very bad....

Horrible store - everything from the managers, to the pharmacy, to the employees.In April and May the pharmacy never ran my insurance and overcharged me $33.38 without notifying me that my insurance did not go through. Cait from the pharmacy is an out right liar.I will never use Walgreens for any of my needs. CVS is a much better store.

If you park at their parking lot, make sure to shop at Walgreens cause they will tow your car if you don't. Probably the only Walgreens that does this, they pray on peoples negligence to profit. They recently started this "scam", make sure that the towing company Done Deals (Partnered with Walgreens)try not to scam you, because they will do everything in their power to squeeze every dime from you. Don't even bother the Walgreens employee's, they will not help you at all.

Terrible experience. I ordered same-day prints and got an email that it was ready. I came the NEXT day and even with the extra time my prints were not ready - in fact, they were publicly strewn all over the printing table, half of them cut crookedly, the other half not cut at all, and then they expected me to pay for crooked prints with black lines going through them.

I needed to stop for a few things omw home from work.... apparently this Walgreens opens when it feels like it as it is 7:15 and it's abandoned lights are on but the gates are down and it seems as if the staff hasn't even showed up yet?!
