Writing the 5 star review for the pharmacist. I forgot to take my medicine for the trip and I need it every day. I was desperate and this cvs is the only one that’s open on thanksgiving. I called and someone on the line was able to get some of my medicine available to pick up the next day, even helped me to get some discounts. I was able to pick it up the next day. It definitely helped me tremendously and this place definitely deserves 1000000 ⭐️! Thank you!

I was at the register paying and a Employee (guess was some supervisor) comment to the cashiers that all the red lipsticks were opened and it was disgusting people who try-on there. I told her that she was assuming it was me because I was with red lipstick on and instead of \" assuming\" she needs to control people stealing at her store. She gaslight me and left. The cashier who was helping me stay silence but I guess was because \"the supervisor\" has this kind of behavior with them too. Complaining about clients and how much work she had to do. My experience was horrible, felt mistreated and experience racism.

My first time using this pharmacy and I had a great experience!! I needed a certain medication that my usual pharmacy didn’t have. Called all over town and found this one and I am glad I did! The Pharmacist, Naj, was kind, professional, determined to help, courteous and compassionate. She worked hard to make sure I was able to get my medication. Definitely recommend this CVS location and will be transferring my medications there now because of the courtesy I received from Naj! Thank you so much! 😊

Vaccine directions:Check in via the cvs text message even you get to the store. Walk to the pharmacy at the back and notify one of the pharmacist. At some point they will ask for your vaccine card. When ready you'll get the shot where the labeled vaccine chairs are. Wait 10-15 min then go back to the pharmacist to get your updated vaccine card and you can leave.I would budget 25 min for the entire process.This location has the Pfizer bivalent booster.They have a parking lot across the street.

update: Had to change from 2 to 1 start because this location has only gotten worse. So sad as peoples lives are dependent on these medicine. Now to spend a little time to find a new pharmacy. Screwing my husband once again out of his life dependent medicine. Telling him it would be available yesterday and today it is out of stock and ZERO idea when it may be it. If you value your life go elsewhere.This cvs Location is awful. Least helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. They are not helpful. They are not courteous. Store is usually messy and poorly signed. Why on earth they would close a great location and keep this one is beyond me. We will be looking for a more customer friendly place to shop.

The self service machines had an error and corrupted the gift cards that we had brought. After they had voided the transaction the card that was read correctly originally was then read as a blank card. Now we are worried it took the money without voiding the transaction.

Waited about 1 hour and 45 min just to get a Flu Shot. I noticed that the pharmacist waited till there were enough people to come out from the back and administer the vaccines. So that resulted in me waiting a LONG time until there were enough people for his worthwhile. I did go around 6pm so it was busier than usual with people coming in nonstop to pick up prescriptions. However the wait was incredibly ridiculous and there should be no excuse. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're going to ignore it completely??Also there is no privacy while getting your vaccine here like there is with Walgreens where you go into a private room. Here, you sit on a chair with a cheap divider next to you where everyone online can see the whole process of you getting your vaccine.

Awful, rude, lazy staff, they were serving like never welcoming customers, looked at their review only for 2.8 to date? They deserve it, will not go back there anymore, what a horrible store, counter desk will treat you like you were never in front of them.

Worst CVS pharmacy!! Has automatic prescription refill, usually wait 2 days after receiving text from cvs “prescription is ready for pick up “ to pick up prescription only to get to the pharmacy and be told we are out and come back tomorrow. This has been happening for the past 4 months……. Time for a new pharmacy!!!!

This store is a joke. It's not the same anymore ever since they changed the entire crew. You got so called managers staring at you at self checkout? You press the button for someone to come assist you to open up the products locked in but no shows up after attempting to get someone twice. And every time I go back each week for a product that was out of stock, it's never there. What is this??? Do you guys even go through the weekly shelves and restock or order at all?!

Disgusting staff! Soon as I walk in the store this female clerk starts glaring at me and then starts to follow me around, I went looking for a blood pressure monitor and couldnt find what I was looking for so I was leaving…as I was leaving and was at the door she asks me “can I help you” in a rude and condescending tone…implying I was doing something inappropriate. Idk if anyone in management will read this but train your staff to make people feel welcome and not make them feel like criminals. I’m genuinely horrified and shocked at what I just experienced. Will never walk in this store again, good riddance!

this CVS is great, got the flu shot... best pharmacist... quiet not to busy... call for info on stock they get the delivery on Friday, ask about passport photo if camera working. they have street parking and a lot i believe

They used to have a very good service. Took care of my refills but now it's chaos. My doctor sent the prescription two days ago not they still haven't ready and I'm waiting miss than 20 minutes to contact them. I need to change my pharmacy.

The store shelves are empty. The line to the pharmacy goes the entire length of the store. Refrigerated foods are down & God help you if you need an item locked in a case, I hope you have all day waiting for a service rep. One cashier at the register for a line that goes to the back of the store. Upon checking out, asked if I wanted a bag....of course I want a bag. I can't carry out $150.00 worth of items in my pockets. Checking the receipt, they charged .05 cents per bag. GET A DAMN MANAGER TO THIS PHARMACY & BUCK UP OR ELSE SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

What's wrong with this pharmacy??? It's the 1st time I've been there cuz my mother goes & she suggested... I already regretted... my Dr sent the subscription 2 times yesterday, according to phone system isn't available! & it's Synthroid! I just called 3 times... the 1st after 10 mins on hold, the person hung up on me! The other 2 times after 5 mins hold, the line cut off... Something has to be done with there calling service, unacceptable!

This is my local cvs. I dread going in all the time. It’s always under staffed, never has proper stock of needed items, lack of customer service. I need this place to be better. Your unprofessional management of this place is a reflection of our town.

I've been going there for many years and never had a problem I live right behind this store my whole family gets it's prescription from hereUntil today and today I went to shop there and was about to pay then i realized I had received a coupon in email so I asked the cashier if I could use it and when she checks it had expired yesterday so then I asked her if she could honer itSo this is what she tell meOh it's corporate store and she doesn't own the CVSThen I asked her if I could speak to a manager THEN SHE TELLS ME SHES THE MANAGERThen I decided i won't be Shopp here at allAfter spending money for all these years and getting all our proscriptions filled here for all these timesThis store doesn't appreciate its customerITS A SHAMEBTW IT WAS TWO WHITE GIRLS ONE WITH LONG BLACK HAIR AND GLASSES AND other one was short white girls with glassesI was there today9-26-16 between around 3:30 PMTHIS WAS MY LAST TIME THERENO MORE

worst pharmacy ever, someone could literally wait an hour before they get to you and have a heart attack while they wait for there medications. they seriously do no know what is going on and have little to no staff. wait on he phone for 20 mins to get no where with them.
