Let the customer know, and say you’re sorry for the inconvenience and ask them to come in.Or if that’s not an optionB. Middle-aged white woman with dark brown hair. Watch out for her! Very very rude and nasty... She comes out the gate swinging before you could even say anything to her. Every time I go there and I deal with her, she's so miserable and such a displeasure to deal with.

hope you hire more people for this location. i had to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock the ice cream cause no one was on the floor. its also not comfortable for people who are checking out to have a employee check out for them at the self checkout ,or tap buttons when someone isnt ready to pay.

What a wonderful store! I had the pleasure of speaking with Alyssa, one if the managers over the phone. She was so polite and helpful. She assured me they could help me. When I went into the store I was treated so well by Alecia and Alex. All my needs were met and I was treated so well by this group of true professionals. How refreshing to go into a store and be greeted by a staff that truly enjoys their job and is so polite and respectful to their customers!! Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

cancel your vaccine appointment 1 hour earlier.told me i can schedule one easily online for tomorrow. which is a lie.Plus, just one genuine question:if everyone stick to appointment and no walk-ins available, what happen to the excess vaccines for people like me who got involuntary canceled?

Took daughter for booster shot after school. Not a long wait. Not sure if the person administering the booster was a medical professional but he did not bother wearing gloves. It didn't even occur to me until it was over. Kicking myself for not saying anything sooner but it literally did not even occur to me that at this current state of health awareness, that gloves weren't even considered. Be alert (unlike me.) Tell them to wear gloves when administering any shots!

Pharmacist Mike at CVS 10th Ave Whitestone NY is a megalomaniac and he is racist. He didn't have any customers except us but he made us wait for him for an hour before we have our vaccinations. Not nice to make your customers wait that long. Will never go there again.

pharmacy is terrible. for 2 days called 4 times to get my RX. On hold 20 minutes to 40 minutes each time! then the person can not even find the order that they told me were pending . they told me to call my doctor again. he called twice before and the RX was in their system, now they want me to call my doctor a third time! my blood pressure is through the roof

The pharmacy staff is great and some of the front end employees are very friendly but not all. Customer service is not everyone's priority in that store especially when they're following you around like you're stealing pretending to "offer help". "The sour lemons make the lemonade sour."

8/12/21 Amyah was an exceptional employee. I opted to not take my receipt after my purchase. Amyah noticed my receipt had $2.00 in CVS bucks and told me I could use it towards any purchase in the store. I used it to buy something and manage to forget it at the register. As I was walking it she noticed I left and item and brought it to me. She was eager to help and even with a mask on I could tell she was smiling the whole time. Thanks Amyah.

The first refill that I made in this CVS and they gave me 23 tablets less, calling is a waste of time, nobody answers the phone, I had to go in person and luckily Mohamed attended me and confirmed that my claim was true! I was missing my pills... Be careful and count your pills!

Worst cvs ever. What a complete cluster. Yesterday I go online for a covid test and schedule one for 12:50pm today. I have a surgery in 3 days so it’s a must. When I get there they tell me their covid testing has been down for weeks. When I asked what I should do they said go on cvs.com and schedule another one. Are you freacin kidding me??!!? So I said no I need it today and they refer me to a place that tells me that they told cvs to stop referring covid tests to them weeks ago because theirs takes 5 days. So now I’m completely messed up and have to drive 3 hours to find a covid test that would take me today and have the PCR ready in 2 days. Take the covid scheduling off the website NOW!!!!!!! Zero stars. How can you do this to people???

This place opened a few months ago. The pharmacists are helpful, knowledgeable, warm, caring and give you one to one service. You don’t get this care elsewhere. I come in to get my meds and they know me by name. Imagine that in New York City!!!! I also don’t understand how this CVS has negative reviews from years ago when they have only been open for a few months!!!! The store is immaculate and very underused. I am a huge fan of this place.
