I live in CT and saw a simple arrangement online that I was looking for, very simple, 3 white roses and greenery in bud vases. I called Pam and she arranged 8 center pieces for me for my niece’s baby shower at The Doubletree Utica. They were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I called Pam this morning to thank her again and to let her know that one week later, the roses are still blooming beautifully.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from here over the phone. Sales lady was very pleasant and very helpful. Flowers arrived and were way beyond my expectations. They were beautiful! I would highly recommend this florist.

Great selection of flower bouquets for a friend a few days before Easter! Spotted some lovely roses!My friend was very happy with them, which made me smile!Definitely a wonderful place where I'll be returning!!! 🌹

I would not recommend Kawaski Floral at all, my husband stop by the shop this morning to grab me some roses and he was greeted by the most rude woman ever. He simply asked her if she could mix together the two packs of roses he was getting and he replied “whatever you see on the shelf is what you get” he replied “I’m sorry excuse me” he replied “yeah you heard me” this so called family owned business that they claim to be is laughable if they are treating people like that. I told my husband that he should have not even got the roses after being treated so horrible by that women. Also, a few weeks nearing Valentines Day or any holiday they jack up the delivery fee to $100 for deliveries in New Hartford? Please do not shop here, there are so many other floral shops in the area that treat people with respect. I’d buy from Price Chopper floral before I ever buy from you Kawaski and that includes all my friends and family and EVERYONE I know.Thank you!!

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for a woman in my community who had just lost her mother, the person on the phone who took the order was kind and compassionate, mindful of my budget and very knowledgeable about what flowers would be perfect for the sad occasion. The flowers were delivered on time as promised and absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for making my experience a great one ! Kowalskis will be my go to from now.
