I stopped to pick up my prescriptions. I also now have a Workers Comp medicine and received my prescription card in the mail. I asked the woman if she needed to see the information prior to having my doctor send in the prescription and she said yesSo, as it was not busy, I asked would you be able to do this now? She said "not really." As this was not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, I decided it would be my last. I said thank you, went home and transferred all of my and my families prescriptions to Parkway Drugs.

Kinney's Drugs in Whitesboro has been a tried-and-true Great experience. Especially the Pharmacy RPH's and Technicians. EVERYONE is always happy, helpful and informative whether its a new script, a refill or questions. The RPH always has great communication with my Physicians to solve any problem with availability of meds or medical supplies. EVERYONE goes above and beyond expectations when I come in to pick up my meds. I also have had a great experience with all the store clerks, who are always helpful and happy to assist me with locating the correct item and making purchases. I always recommend Kinneys to others who have had problems with other near by Drug Stores. Great job! Julie,Deb and staff at Whitesboro Kinneys.

I had eye surgery in March and my mother has been having some major problems.....went to Kinneys for all our meds and the staff in the pharmacy were the best. The pharmacists were right up on any allergy conflicts, or to give us info on new meds. Plus, if we needed anything from inside the store they were so accommodating to get it for us. We also had free delivery. Best drugstore in our area.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Offered free replacement when first passport photos were rejected. Drive through pharmacy offers doggie biscuits most times. Free air pump if your tires are going flat. Gas prices are fair.

I have been using kinneys for at least 10 yearsI started in Boonville they were great moved to Syracuse and used the cicero one had great service there also. I moved to utica and use the Whitesboro kinneys i went tp the window yesterday and was told my dr didn't send them in so i called the drs because i watched him send them and was told they were sent so i went in the store and the guy pharmacist said they recieved them but had to order them theyd be in first thing this morning and would be done early he was very nice so i went today waited till 12 and was told they werent here yet it would be another hour before they came so i asked do i come back around one i was told call first i said need them he said yrah call before i said i wont be home later he said are open tomorrow i said i wont be here tomorrow is Christmas eve so i have to have them today and theres no guarantee ill get them today so the dr sent them in on Wednesday and i might not get them till monday which isnt good i will not be using kinneys again i understand they have to order them but you are put on them for a reason and going almosy a week is not good i would no longer recommend kinneys at least not in whitesboro

Usually good service. There is one woman there however, she is extremely rude & disrespectful for no reason at all. I asked this woman politely for creamer that I saw in the back cooler, she looked at me as if I had 6 heads! She mumbled something rude under her breath & was very sarcastic when she brought them out to me. I thought she was having a bad day but it's been several times now & she is just plain freakin rude. The other cashier's are slow & overall no one seems to want to be working while they are at work 🤷

I have been coming there for years and purchasing a product with rain checks. Now they tell me I can’t use rain checks unless they are from their store!!!!!! It doesn’t say that on the rain checks ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would they say such a thing!!!! And the girls are rude as hell!!!!!
