Most not all of the workers are filthy in appearance. Not low prices and when they are the product is junk. Nowonder the door glass was broken for months in whitesboro.

Manager (I didn't get his name) was rude when asked to price-check an item and then followed me around the store acting like he was fronting shelves or what not, even though there was zero chance of me stealing because I had no bags, or even pockets for that matter. After I checked the price on my item with the cashier MYSELF, since he wasn't being helpful, I asked him to return it to the top shelf where it came from (I'm short) and he was rude once again.Very poor customer service.Dollar General, please address the behavior of your store manager so he doesn't continue to mistreat his customers and set a bad example for his employees and others.

I found everything I needed for cleaning, anomia, Windex refill and àntiviral/bacterial sprays. A lot of people were there, but not too long of a wait in line. The check out lady was really nice and I got through quickly.

Great for quick stops for tasty treats or one-stop shopping for my household needs. I really like this location because it's regularly clean, items in order, no boxes to jump over in aisles, and staff are helpful and courteous.

A little outdated and poorly designed. The register is right in front of the entrance/exit so if there's anyone checking out your likely to have to shimmy around them just to get into the store. Other than that major flaw, the store is well organized, pretty clean. Your typical dollar store, but I find each one can carry different items, and have different sales.

Love my Dollar General!!! I love their app & you get to register all the coupons they offer w/ digital coupons!! The best app since sliced bread! An easy $ saver! I save $5 every Saturday, if you spend $25. Which is so easy of you buy necessities!! I love DG!

Clean store. Good variety of household goods, food, and automotive products among so many more types of good and products. Priced right. Friendly staff and convenient location on Oriskany Boulevard. Tons of free off road parking in the plaza.

Went to get a water bottle after working outside all day and the lady wouldnt sell me it because i didnt have a mask ( I had my face covered) I was in line for 10 minutes than at the counter i wasnt allowed to get it. Mind you someone ahead of me without a mask had just bought something. Watch out of the dark skin lady with glasses.

I usually go here to get things on short notice. Such items include, but aren't limited to: Swiffer WetJet pads (to clean the floors), napkins, paper towels, gravy packets (chicken, pork, beef or turkey), Pesto packets (chickens), Tomato paste (tacos), Tomato sauce (spaghetti) and ginger ale (sometimes). Parking is seldom a problem, as Colonial Plaza has a reasonably sized parking lot.

Never enough staff and the staff they do have are not very knowledgeable about products. I shop here because it is local I want to support local stores but it's frustrating....always a line and 1 person available.....

I love this place because I'm going there and even though last month I missed alot of school,I've been proving I can go to Parkway and not miss school except if it is a emergency or my impingements and I'm all under control and I hope I can see Celestina and all my friends again and they all go to that school
