The workers here are amazing. They always are willing to help me find stuff. Today i went in and asked for help to find bubble bath that don’t have aloe in it (I’m allergic) and the woman was willing to read through the ingredients as i can’t see that small print. She read through a couple to help me.

Start my shopping there and then get what else at my other places. Good prices on my kitty treats and paper products. Usually can find better sales there than having to shop the bigger stores. I'm not that needy.

Good Selection of Food, Cleaning Supplies, Household items Hygiene/Pet Supplies, These Places Are Skilled In The Art Of Turning Certain Aisles Completely Inside-Out & Upside-In To Stay Ahead Of The Holidays & Be In Season, Which Makes The Store Less Boring To Me..! They Are Also A Great Place To Buy That Thing.. That You Already Own 7 Of, But Ya Forgot at Home Again... So You Are Just Looking for Something Cheap, But Durable Enough To Take It's Place For a Night Or Two But Is Nothing Ya Really Plan On Bringing Home To Ma...!

The new renovations they have made in this store are amazing. It shouldn't get 5 stars now though, because now I can't find anything!!! :) It looks great though and is much more customer friendly, especially while waiting in line.

I only go here because its convenient ... I would most certainly would not go there because the friendly service. Went there tonight 9/6 and the girl (taller one of the two) was rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered waiting on me.. from not even saying hello to talking to her friend that was behind me in line. To not saying thank you.. have a good night screw you or nothing.. if your going to be in customer service maybe you should have a personality instead of just a having a pulse... smh..

Some serious training needs to be given to staff hereI appreciate that the new layout now gives us 3 checkouts to go to but when you have to stand at the only one that is actually open there's no point in them, it's not often we find anyone at the register.

I needed to take out some cash I looked up on MasterCard debit where the closest cashback location was and it was Dollar General it said that there was no transaction fees. Once I got there I found out the maximum amount of cash back is $40 I needed more than that so I tried to split it between two transactions not only can you not do that but they also charge you a dollar fifty transaction fee which is absolutely ridiculous for a store location to give cashback that's the whole point of going to a store and not an ATM!

Went in for 5 items. We were ignored to the register after ringing the bell and asking an associate for help. The cashier was standing in the register corral and refused to serve us. Terri le dirty and understocked store. Will never shop here again.

The manager has been a rude dirty person for the 4 yrs I have been coming into this store... He is always mean to women !!! And one time I watched bruce/Ralf even pick on an employee with a disability calling him stupid.. Another time i watched Buce or whatever his name is try to insult and BELITTLE a man from Vermont who happened to be manager in Vermont for Dollar General... Bruce even emplied that the man was on druges, all because of tattoos!!! THE manager at the Whitehall n.y. branch needs to be investigated for his lack of costumer service N.O.W.!!! Or shut the damn store down all together ... I have made numerous complaints and he still is there ... END THIS CORRUPTION !!!

i like going to dollar general here in my own town but there is a very rude manager there name tiffany rockenstire every time me or my famoily goes up there she is rude to us if she has personal problems with my family she needs to keep it to her self and do her job the right way and not be the way she has been she is working she is apart of the store she needs to act professional and not like a child
