I’ve been buying my groceries in WFM chain even before Amazon bought it. You can trust them with organic/ no antibiotics quality of the products. Besides organic stuff there’s a decent bakery as well

Last night, 2 packages of blueberry scones (4 per package) along with over $100 in items were purchased at this store. When we served the scones, it turned out they were moldy (hardly what we'd expect from $7.50 per pack let alone what's usually expected of the quality from Whole Foods) even though they were labeled as "packaged yesterday."This store is visited frequently when visiting the area. After what we saw last night, we may have to rethink where we purchase our FRESH items.

Our visit to Whole Foods Market in White Plains, just two days ago, was an enjoyable and wholesome experience. My wife and I had a great time shopping in this store that truly stands out in the realm of grocery shopping. The wide variety of organic and fresh produce, along with an impressive selection of specialty items, made our shopping trip a breeze. The store's commitment to quality and sustainability was evident in every aisle. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist us whenever needed. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making the whole experience even more pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the convenient and eco-friendly packaging options available.Whole Foods Market in White Plains is not just a grocery store; it's a place where shopping becomes a delightful experience. We look forward to our next visit to explore more of what this store has to offer.

It is a good store and one of my number ones. This is still during the Covid and product shortage stage but they function really well and always have the best staff. At Christmas I even found two wonderful pairs of slippers of all things. I like they carry really healthy foods and have pretty good prepared foods. Because it is owned by Amazon I get discounts and credit on my Amazon purchases at the same time. Inside parking, take a ticket; they validate. I often get little plants too This is across the street from Bloomingdale’. Sorry about the photos; I zoomed out which does not work well online aometimes!!

Very clean and tidy Supermarket. It's a bit smaller than the standard sized Whole Foods that I've been to, but the layout is the same. There's paid garage parking, but Whole Foods offers parking validation when you make a purchase, otherwise it's $3 ~ $4.

Very rude cashiers almost all the time I shop there … they will never help pack your bags…is this a new thing at WF not to help your customers back their bags ??? Most of the time they look bored and not happy to be on the job … I got to the point that I hate food shopping at WF because of this …

Poor customer service for pickup. I tried this for the first time today, but never again. They have two numbered spots designated for pickup but the numbers are completely blocked when there are cars parked there and not visible. When calling in to find out where to park, the service rep was irritated and curt, and transferred me. The next rep who picked up was also a little impatient, but told me to just park ‘wherever and we’ll come to you’. Ok. So I parked as close as I could to the entrance without being in the handicapped spots, and after 28 minutes and two calls to find out where they were, a teenager comes out with my four bags. I could have easily grabbed all my groceries in half the time without paying the packing fee. Not a 1 star because they do provide you with a ticket to get out of the parking garage without paying the fee. I enjoy Amazon and thought their food service would be worth a try. Next time I’m just going to stop and shop.

This was my first visit to this Whole Foods, it was OK, my friend purchased a couple of items and she went to the self checkout and when she had a problem the associate was very nice and helped her finish her transaction. I would shop there again if I happen to be in that area. Good 👍 service.

Convenient and easy shopping at this location in White Plains, just across the street from Westchester Mall. There's a hot food bar with deliciously prepared meals ready to eat or take out. This location validates parking.

The worst place for everything!! I called to ask about a simple product, they passed me to three different people and no one knew, they left me on the line and they made me answer and it took 10 minutes. They are inept people who don't know what they're doing playing at work if how long the customer calls they leave you on the line. line as if they were playing with you, they are inept and useless

This morning was unfortunately the same experience weve been having for the last 18 months. Close to 9am - no bread, no seafood, many shelves unstocked, and where there are items left to compete with folks in Wholefoods aprons getting the last remaining ones. Sorry guys, not going to shop where I cant get simple items when you're open and compete with your internal staff to get it. Save the PR "we're sorry for your experience...." malarkey. Just fix it. I'll be at the Wegmanns until you do.

They have been charging for same product twice, overcharging. I have bought 2 mangos on 10/25/23 and when I was going over the receipt, I realized they charged me for 5 mangos instead and each mango is 2.99. I saw it when I was home. A couple of months ago I bought a fillet of salmon and cod (total 2 fillets) , they charged me for 4 fillets. I had to drive back to solve the issue. It doesn't seem as an honest mistake to me, it happens too often. Be aware, go over your receipts before leaving the store. The worst Whole Foods I have ever shopped at.

Great place to shop and eat. Very good customer service and delicious options. Lots of healthy eats and some guilty pleasures but you cant go wrong. The facilities including the restroom is kept clean. Validated 2hr parking as long as you spend at least $10.

Parking is very ♿️ friendly. The store is well stocked and clean with a great selection of international food's spices. They also have a decent size bakery. The workers are friendly, helpful . Can't beat the quality & selection of their produce. I find the app for Whole Foods helpful with sale items.

I found the store to be at a higher quality than the store in Yonkers. The freshly made food, the hot bar, the quality of the preparation the taste the aroma and the spices. They used very well and spot on for each dish. Where as the one in Yonkers they’re hot bar - everything they make is either overcooked and dry or undercooked and mealy tasting. It’s also a very limited menu they provide it’s a one in Yonkers. So I was hoping that with this store this location things will improve, and I was very very happy to find out that they have the proper people in the kitchen preparing the food. I also thought their fruits and vegetable section Was a good quality. They designed is that it’s easy to maneuver and you’re not bunched up with people. I had an excellent service from a gentleman at the meat department. He answered my questions thoroughly and provided really excellent service. And that is key to my experience at any grocery store, but especially Whole Foods. Because it’s not as if they are giving the food away. Even though this Whole Foods is about 10 to 12 miles away from where I live it’s worth the extra 10 or so minutes in the car to get there. I highly recommend this location. And one less thing the service from everyone you encounter is very good. They’re friendly, and they actually go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and to make the experience as pleasurable and easy as possible.

I have been shopping at whole foods for decades. I'm very disappointed with the takeover of Amazon. I see you shortage of staff. Less knowledgeable people working, high turnover rate. The quality of the food is questionable. I've boughten certain greens that are in containers that are on their way out. I've seen other things on the shelves that should have been taken off. When I go to the fish department you have to ask for them to pull the bones out. Also, they're not allowed to trim the belly meat off of let's say cod. They do not transfer any of their shrink meaning scraps to the deli where they could make fish scraps into a fish cakes or soup. The deli water is its own fish. This seems asinine to me. This is not the way any food operation works. To charge top dollar for fish that is previously frozen or has on utilized scraps for most people I think is reflective of the type of service provided by the company mandate. And the one particular whole foods I'm shopping at, I find a meat department to be unfriendly and they seem to be bothered to sell and work the counter. They basically are wanting to do the butchering and not service customers. They have a bit of an attitude also. Usually when I ask for things I can come back and pick them up while I'm shopping. If they're busy. You have to be very careful what you order from the fish and meat counter. I've gotten fish that was definitely older than the fish in the front, but the case, pricing you have to be careful with, and the meat department. Department they snuck a piece of meat that it was a piece of lamb chop where they had cut the fat and a part of the eye off the chop. So you're just basically paying for a little piece of meat in the bone. This should never be sold to a customer. If they make a mistake like this butchering they should just cut it out and throw it and stew meat or grind it out. It's these attention to detail that I find disturbing. Also, there's a whole bunch of food that they sell there that is not health food based. Their own line the uses ingredients descriptions as natural sweeteners. I find that unacceptable in a store that was based on natural foods.

Great store. Courteous staff, helpful. They have a selection of items if you're dairy intolerant. If you would expand the amount of dairy-free items, that would be awesome.I don't recall if you have music. If you do not, I would recommend that. At least music with no lyrics.I love coming here. Store is orderly and there are never boxes in the aisles that one must maneuver around.

The Whole Foods store is excellent, but the parking garage is one of the worst parking garages I’ve ever used. The kiosk and gate technology is very difficult to use and functions poorly. Every time I park here I see someone get stuck at an exit gate because there is some problem with, or the person can’t figure out how to use, the technology.

Great selection and amazing food !Used the bakery and the cake was fresh and tasted just delicious.Service was great and accommodating but I asked at the bakery how long does it take to cook the frozen uncooked bread in the freezer. She said it’s on the label. 4 people behind the counter and all of them didn’t answer my question.I hunted and there were no directions in the uncooked freezer. But I love Whole foods :)
