Our prior Vet told us that our cat Steel needed dental work. Since he was not eating. WP Veterinary Hospital had compassion for the seriousness of the issue and allowed for immediate attention. After their care, Steel is almost back to normal with food consumption. Although Steel did have an adverse reaction to the Mirataz. After 48 hours he is much better and also avoided unnecessary dental work. Great place, big cat hearts!

My Dog Quincy recently had a torn ACL that required surgery. Dr. Allen walked me through the whole process and took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. The vets (Drs. Lee and Sanchez) and the vet techs and everyone working there are all very nice. It's a bit expensive, but they do seem to care and want to be sure my beasts are healthy, so I appreciate it. It's also quite easy to schedule an appointment.

This is the most amazing animal hospital I've been to in all of my years of having animals. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the care of the animals is always top priority. Dr. Lee saved my puppy's life. He was in and out of hospitals since 8 weeks and animal hospitals that the seller of my pup recommended. And that was a mistake. Thousands of dollars later and he was still sick. I took him to Dr. Lee and he was spot on with the medication and within 2 weeks he was a new dog. He now is healthy enough to go outside and Dr. Lee got rid of his pneumonia and really serious cough and I couldn't be happier. If you have a cat or dog, you need to definitely consider switching to White Plains Veterinary Hospital. They will not do unnecessary treatment and will spend time talking to you so the best medical care for your pet is discussed. 2 weeks and a fraction of what I had paid to other vets and Linkin is 100% Thank you!

Making Dr. Lee my cat's primary care provider was the best decision I've made for my cat. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly and do an excellent job in their assigned roles. The clinic itself is very clean, organized and just a nice area to wait. After my cat's first visit in 2016, his coat has improved drastically and he is in the best health he's ever been. I truly thank Dr. Lee and everyone at this hospital for their stellar service

All vets are great here!! This is my second dog I have taken here. Had to put my first dog down almost 7 months ago and they were so patient and caring. Dr. Lee wasn’t working that day, but came in because he heard that it was my dogs last visit. That made my day and showed me just how caring they are here! We now have a new dog, and they were great with her! Will forever be my Vets!!

I updated my review about this place, I did have some kind of misunderstanding but after all everything came out ok, Ramsay (2 years old husky) is Healthy and strong again. The doctor was super nice and very very helpful.

We brought our cat, Kitts, to White Plains Veterinary Hospital for an illness (weight loss and vomiting) and Kitts was cared for by Dr.Lee. He attended to her with compassion, knowledge and professionalism. I like Dr. Lee because he speaks to you in person and in a personal and friendly manner. He provided options with explanation. He even followed up with a phone call and emails. Thank you for the caring work. Dr. Lee will always be our kids’ (cats) doctor.

i recently came back with my cat willow & doctor lee was fantastic! the tech and him were so gentle and took into account willow was obviously very nervous. they allowed me to pet her and talk to her to help her calm down. the lady at the front check in was also wonderful. they answered any questions i might have and were super supportive. i got there early- a half an hour early. & was still taken before my appointment. we were in & out in less than 20 mins for a routine exam & vaccinations. 10000000% recommend.

Dr Lee and his staff have been incredible in caring first for our cat Bones, and then our dog Scotty when we adopted him! They make what could be a very stressful event as smooth as possible, and are always responsive to questions.EDIT TO ADD: Dr Allen has been a wonderful addition to my pet's roster of caregivers! Have been coming here since I adopted a kitten from a shelter in 2020. The doctors and staff are excellent. I must, however, mention that Dr. Lee has been exceptional in the health of my kitten, now a cat. Without going into too much detail here, Luca has a skin condition called EGC. He was referred to a dermatologist in White Plains which left me broke and with an inconclusive result and treatment plan. I also got him a pet nutritionist who led us down the wrong path based on the 5 Strands test. That being said, Dr. Lee suggested that instead of the total elimination diet plan that I had already done that I just try eliminating chicken from his diet which had been a huge part. I was skeptical but decided to go with the plan for 2 mos. Like a miracle, Luca had been allergic to chicken and has had no medicine or breakouts in several months. I am so grateful to Dr. Lee for suggesting this and happy for my little baby although he misses chicken and is very fussy about what he will eat! It was the best case scenario possible. He is happier, healthier and fluffier than ever! Thank you Dr. Lee!

Dr. Lee is AWESOME! If there were more than five stars I would add them!! I had my puppy at another vet and expressed concern about him scratching at his ear constantly. The vet dismissed it as his skin being dry. After another week of this still happening I did not think it was dry skin from everything I was reading. I took him to Dr. Lee on recommendation and he found my puppy had a bad ear infection, which he treated on the spot. He is extremely attentive, detailed and thorough! I highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much Dr Lee I really appreciate you and your staff!!

We love this vet! The place is super clean and spacious and tasteful. It's so calm inside and it helps calm the pets also. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner we have seen in a vet so far. He is gentle and patient and can calm down even my pet mom nerves. I can tell he really cares about his practice and his patients. I also like that he has other doctors on staff because it's always good to have a second opinion. We highly recommend this place!

Let me begin by saying the entire staff has been beyond wonderful with both of my dogs!!My dogs have seen Dr. Lee and Dr. Allan. The doctors are courteous and kind and take the time to answer all your questions. Always being very detailed and thorough. The doctors will return your calls and they will accommodate your pet when you are having an emergency. Everyone that I have dealt with has been kind, understanding and a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Lee is amazing!!! He really and truly cares for your pets! He makes the visit personal. He is always professional and humble! He was the only vet I could take my Luna girl to who didn’t muzzle her. He got on the floor with her and made her feel comfortable. He guided me through all her many issues from fears to allergies. I know take my 4 French bulldogs to him and couldn’t be happier. Our trips to the vet aren’t stressful for my animals. He schedules appropriately and wait times are minimal. Genuinely wonderful man! I highly recommend him and white plains veterinary hospital.

There is so much love and support here. When my pup had to get her teeth pulled i knew I could trust them. Everyone is so down to earth and helpful.This place takes care of your loved ones. Doctor Lee told me I'm a great pup mom. I get overly worried about my little dog but doctor is very encouraging and compassionate. Even though they had to do extra extractions on my dogs teeth they didn't raise the price.

Dr. Lee and the whole staff at White Plains Veterinary Hospital are always so helpful. My dog is terrified of vet visits, but is always made comfortable and taken such good care of.
