Ordered the containers on the app with rewards and put my S/O as pickup and used a $10 coupon for signing up and they canceled the order, I lost the coupon, didn’t get any points, and they rerang her up without a rewards acct.Called corp and left a message for management to call back and rectify my points and coupon, The Manager has NOT contacted me.I am a business, this isn’t professional.

Container store designed and installed two of these wall-mounted / floating end tables. The process wasn’t perfect but I am very pleased with the final result and equally pleased with the accountability of this Company when we hit some rough patches. It’s not uncommon for there to be some bumps in the road with renovation projects. Based on my experience, I would recommend them! You will be happy with their customer service.

Accidentally left something at the store after purchasing. When i went back the next day I explained it to one of the cashiers and they were able to give me the item without an issue after showing my receipt.

Overall, the shopping experience is what can be expected from The Container Store. Bathroom urinal was moldy and disgusting; left much to be desired. However, Denise at front counter was beyond kind, enthusiastic, helpful and professional— completely nullified the bathroom experience- making this a true 5 star shopping experience. Would come back again, but try to avoid bathroom

Love this place! Staff was great and very helpful. Got a little lost, as most of the aisles looks very similar. Took off a star for price. Wish everything was a bit more affordable, or there were discounts.

We ordered some items for pick up at the Yonkers location. We arrived at the Westchester location in error 15 minutes before closing with no hope to make it before closing to the Yonkers location. Manager Ney and his staff did not skip a beat. They went above and beyond for us. Not only did they stay behind (past closing) for us, they went into their stock room several times to ensure we had everything we needed. They did all of this with smiles and grace. This level of customer service is not often seen anymore. We will certainly be making the drive out from Manhattan to the Westchester location in the future.

The line of about thirty people long and wraps around the store because there are only two people checking out the week before kids go back to college on a Sunday! This is insane!

The best Organizer Store that has everything you need and items that you never knew existed! Super clean and open so that you can easily find your items. The salespeople are helpful and become a POP shopper to get an automatic discount at the cashier. Love theireasy to order if the store is out of what you want. Always leave happy knowing less mess when I get home!

Great store if you’re looking to organize...just about any indoor/outdoor space. The staff was very helpful, the store was clean and enforced social distancing which was nice to see.However I was pretty shocked to learn they don’t sell plain old cardboard moving/packing boxes. They sell containers of every other type and material, but no cardboard boxes.(Home Depot is the spot for those!)

The prices are about 100% higher than you'll find items for elsewhere, but it's really nice being able to see a product and decide if it'll work. That said, I'm tired of buying storage items and then coming back to get more and finding that they don't carry those anymore and that the new version doesn't interlock with the old one, isn't the same size, or doesn't come in similar colors. Add in that you're paying an arm and a leg for things and it goes from a must to a bust.

Pre Covid, I would get excited about going to the Container Store, it was a very calming experience, especially for someone that is serious about organizing. Now, items are limited adecorated. Have to check online first to see if it's in stock. Then order to pick up, just in case the stock is low. Some items are now way too pricey and the quality has detoriated. Still a fan of the Container Store, just don't get excited anymore about going.

Truly a 'kid in a candy store' experience. My partner and I recently moved and we found almost everything we needed to fill our room. They were out of stock on quite a few things but their online store had a lot of stuff available. The cashier that rang us out was super nice.

This store is amazing. They always seem to have something to help provide storage for every tight space. Best is the 6" rolly clear plastic containers that roll under the bed. Closet systems, gadgets fur kitchen & bath, soft good, and cleaners, glassware and if cosirs containers for almost every space. Prices reasonable and they run sales. Staff helpful. Checkout quick. Parking lot exclusively for the Container Store. Check it out, lots of fun.

I loved this store. I walked up and down every aisle. Originally I just went in to get some baskets for my hand towels for the bathroom, but I ended up getting lots of gadgets and storage solutions. If you're going here, make sure you bring your money and your time, because you might get stuck inside longer than you anticipated, fascinating store.

Two years ago we used container store to redo our closets. We knew nothing about doing over closets and didn't do our homework since a neighbor recommended them. They charged us just over 1k dollars. Well we have a condo in Florida and decided to do our closets over, so we went to home depot. A female employee walked us through the whole process. She cut the shelves and told us which brackets to buy. Home we went, and two hours later we had our closets complete. So easy! The price for our condo which has more closets? $279.00! With our closets from Container store, the way they configured our closets we lost space and gained empty space! The materials were identical to Home Depots. Heads up to all!
