This place smells like death and its sad that the employees have to work in those conditions and customers are meant to shop in this disgusting environment. I could barely bring myself to go inside, and the flies confirmed there is definitely something dead. I had to leave right away and didn't but my art supplies.

Longest line ever!!!! Only 1 cashier and 3 other people working and not helping!! Incredible!!! During 5pm when people are headed home !! The worst store ever. Don’t visit at all. The lady employee was talking loud saying they just have to wait. It’s awful.

I have been to many dollar trees and I know you cannot beat the price of paying only one dollar for the things in the store. I know what to expect, messy shelves and a massive line. However, this location is the worst location I have seen. There were more things in boxes and on the floor than the shelves. There werr trip hazards everywhere. When I saw unpacked bleach laying in the middle of the floor I was thinking someone could get hurt. There were more things in boxes then on the shelves. I came for one thing and they had it in stock. A dollar for decent Tupperware I can't complain. This place needs a little more maintenance because the result could be dangerous.

today i went and everything was a mess..there was a line that took up a whole aisle.. There was a very rude cashier that kept placing the items fast and almost broke them. Also she got mad at my mother. not a great dollar tree.

I like this store so much and I like coming here every month to buy necessary household products. The selection is great and the prices are very affordable. I only have to spend $45-$75 per month which is excellent especially for households who have very low or limited income. Even the food here is very good. The only thing is that they should hire more cashiers so no lane will be closed and the lines won't be so long especially for people who have vehicles to park and pay for. I hope that this store is around for at least 10-60 years or longer so they help people for many years and generations to come.

Shrinkflation is getting ridiculous. That little tube of epoxy that they've always had...it was - what, 0.75oz? Now for the $1.25, you get a whole 0.20oz. Try the mom and pop discount store 1 block South, they seems to have keep prices/sizes in check.

* * MICE RUNNING OVER FOOD PRODUCTS* * I was walking in the aisle, I heard creatures scurrying being the boxes! Even though it smelled as if something died, I let it go and went to the snack aisle, once i got there, I was DISGUSTED to find mice droppings by the chips and dips!! LOOKS LIKE MICE ARE WALKING ALL OVER THIS STUFF! NASTY!!! NEVER BUY FOOD HERE OR ANYTHING!! MICE INFECTION!!! There are baby products here too one day someone that doesn't know is going to get really sick! Never going here again! STAY AWAY!!!

Worst doller tree you can go to.There's all way only one cashier. Which is super slow.The managers don't help. You are guaranteed to wait at least 20 mins on line. Oh yeah they have a rodent issue. The store it self is okay you can all ways find something you need. Thats why I gave 2 stars.But if you in a rush or making a lunch break run don't try it you will definitely be on line for 20mins and that on a good day.

I'm actually paying this for my boyfriend because he'll never remember to:This location always has useful or fun things to buy, and it's convenient but.....MARGARET the cashier is AMAZING! She's so nice, remembers the customers and runs the store so well there is seldom a line to check out and everything is clean!When we were walking into the store two days ago, he saw her and said, "Oh good, she's here!" When we were checking out, she was having a lovely conversation with the person ahead of us, recognized our daughter and was her generally wonderful self. He asked if she was a manager because everything is so nice when she is there, (and wasn't as nice while she was on vacation), and that's when we decided to write this review.*DOLLAR TREE* If you are actually reviewing these comments, we highly recommend you give this woman a chance to prove herself in a management position!

i moved at white plains recently before I was living at long island I saw the difference between dollar tree there and here This is unbelievable in heart of white plains city I don't expect that !!!!the smell horrible disgusting nasty, the entrance to the inside the store you smell the urine.... where is the authority where are the service of control of quality and protection of consumer!!!!????! The food be careful I saw many things it's not good I know It's 1.25$.you are existing yet dollar and 25 c because this consumer respect this people , the door it's difficult to open it? I'm a momm i couldn't open the door easy with strollerthink for the people with déshabillait how they can open the doors!? I suggest to close temporary to fixe many things there.

I don’t know how long this has been going on but for the past two weekends I have gone into the store, it has smelled like a dead animal. I smelled it last week and it was pretty bad but luckily I had a mask in my bag. I went back this week thinking they would have gotten rid of it and the smell was 10x worst. I couldn’t even walk inside. I feel horrible for the workers that are breathing that in all day.

The place is very organized just a little understaffed, but the staff that do work there are very kind and helpful.Update: Still very well organized considering customers are inconsiderate and don't put things back. The lines move pretty quick. Only downside is the store smells like a litter box...

I love this dollar tree. I found most items that I needed. It is a big store and has a lot of variety products. It also has groceries and house cleaning supplies. There is no parking, but they have a 15 minute puck up amd drop off parking spot.

Store was clean and organized. But the shelves were mainly empty. Wish the shelves had more product on it but glad the aisle were not filled with boxes that needed to be unloaded for restocking.Even though there was only one cashier line moved pretty quickly until someone wanted balloons.My only criticism is the music. More appropriate music should have been or none at all.Street parking only

Very crowded, but the line moved quickly and despite the crowds staff were professional and politeStore shelves practically empty with boxes waiting to be put on shelves. One criticism why weren't the cold soda refrigerators not working. Really could have used a nice cold Pepsi, Coke or even a Grape soda. Of all the Dollar Stores in a 25 mile radius, this is the one to visit if you don't want to spend your life on line. KUDOS!!

If I could give less stars I would! I ordered items to the store almost a month ago. I've been to the this store SEVERAL times to try to pick up my order (totally defeating the convenience of having to make several trips. The first time they said they didn't have my order I tried to hunt for the items in the very messy store. After a few minutes of digging through misplaced items, I gave up and decided to try back another time. The manager was so annoyed when he saw me that he walked away and suddenly I had to wait for someone to become available to help me. The third time, I tried calling the store before stopping by but the line was engaged for about half an hour. When I finally got through the associate who was suppose to be helping me started talking to another employee and walked away from the phone. 10 minutes later.... I've finally hung up the phone and leaving this review. Dollar Tree, if your customer service is going to be impossible to reach can you please make sure you have the items readily available for sale in store? The service in this store is the absolute worst. Go else where if you can.

You want to wait 20 minutes in line while the Cashiers are on their phones texting?...then this is the place. Nobody works nobody knows what they are doing and the management is completely nonexistent. Enter at your own risk because if you’re buying something you’re not leaving anytime soon. The Horror!

Lines are always too long because they refuse to hire more than one cashier. The city of white plains should look into thisThe store has been doing extremely well since it was opened and it is disgusting that paying customers always have to wait in long lines to be cashed out while our parking meters are expiring.

The store is a little messy and they need more people at the registers but other than that the employees are really nice and helpful. Yesterday someone tried to steal something from the store and the sales associate Paul handle it in a really professional way. He didn't let that incident affect him and continued to help me. Great Job done Paul!!

This place is a dump. Shelves are half empty, merchandise and boxes strewn everywhere. Unfriendly, unhelpful employees. There is only ever one employee on checkout, so huge line that moves slower than molasses. And I didn't even find what I wanted.Walked up 1 block to another dollar store and found what I wanted (for 70 cents)! I was in and out in 2 minutes!

I called the store to see if something was in stock. The girl that picked up the phone basically said that she's at the register so she can't look to tell me and I need to go in myself in a rude tone. When asked to speak to the manager, she got on the phone. Kayla was her name. When told that that employee was rude, she did not even comment on it. When asked if something was in stock, she did not even look, she immediately answered no. The professionalism from Kayla and the other employee was disgusting. They need to learn to talk to customers and actually have good customer service.

This Dollar Store was great during grand opening. It's in a prime location downtown WP. Many nice items, variety of merchandise. Unfortunately lately the store is going downhill. There is only one girl at register and all the shelves are empty. Merchandise is there but its huge mess, boxes on pallets. I suggest you hire more people to work and give this great store a chance. It has great potential but give employees the tools to do their job. Unwise this store will be closed my Christmas. I hope to see positive changes soon.

It's Dollar Tree.If you don't know what that means? It's a dollar store in the most literal sense: Everything is a dollar, sometimes less. Unlike most dollar stores, you can get a lot of decent stuff here, like cleaning supplies, and food.You can't trust all the food you get from here, make sure you check every package for damage (which is frequent), or out of code merchandise (also sadly frequent).This location doesn't seem to be stocked efficiently, but it usually has what I'm looking for, and you can pick up some decent deals in general.

The reason the dollar tree looks like this is because they don’t hire enough workers. If two people are on the register there no one on the floor actually working. Most of the people working on the floor spend more time on their phones then working. They need to pay more and hire serious minded people and they do better
