The lines for this CVS are overwhelming. At peak times there are over 20 people in line with one person at the counter. I feel sorry for them….There are three CVS I’m the area and this is the only one that is 24 hours. Clearly CVS could figure out how to handle the overflow at this particular o!3I would avoid this CVS as much as possible from an RX point of view.If they care about their customers they would find ways to remediate the and frustrating lines customer me experience at the pharmacy counter.

I noticed the negative reviews, those people should go to a private pharmacy. CVS always have my Rx in stock. This is not true for private pharmacy that is very close to CVS. I have never, never had a problem parking.There is usually a line at the pharmacy, but it moves very quickly. If you look behind the counter, you will see hundreds of filled Rx. On a number of occasions, I have consulted with the pharmacist. He has always finished what he is doing and comes over to the consolation area. I love that they text me when I am due for a refill. I have NEVER had a problem contacting the pharmacy via phone.As for the store itself, I have found It to be clean. The staff is very helpful. There is someone that helps people go to self-checkout or cashier. I use the self-check out. When I have needed help someone arrives quickly.

Did not have my diabetes item in stack. Promised to have it the next day. three days later and I'm still waiting. Cannot reach pharmacy as phone just keeps ringing.

My experience with the pharmacy seems to be hit or miss depending on the foot traffic in that place. Sometimes the place is packed so bad that the entire parking lot is full. When you try to call the pharmacy no one answers even after waiting 20-30 minutes on hold. You have to really go in after midnight to get someone who knows what they are doing. Typically they will be operating the entire pharmacy alone. And of course the majority of checkouts and cashier's replaced by automated systems. For about a year it was like impossible to get even a brown paper bag of decent size. As I write this I'm on hold with the pharmacy again still waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Truly a huge pain especially if you are already ill and trying to locate medication.

Always have to wait over an hour to pick up the same prescriptions every month. Understaffed and disorganized, don’t waste your time there are two other CVS’s in white plains.

CVS has been my go to Store because 9/10 times they always have what I need and then what I want. The Manager, Alex and the rest of the employees are always helpful. Parking is tight as their lot gets full fast.

If you are an African American person trying to pick up your prescription and Diana B. is your pharmacist on duty, be aware you will be racially profiled ! I tried getting my sick mother her medication and was racially profiled. I am flabbergasted and appalled ! Would not recommend her as your pharmacist!

Worst place to get a prescirption in Westchester. The line is an hour long all day and night, they close for lunch, just when we all have our lunchbreaks, they close for an hour, and they close no matter how long the line is.

Pharmacy was extremely disorganized. Every customer in the pharmacy was frustrated. Was told prescription was ready, but when I came to the counter it hadn’t been filled. Hours later I realized they had not even given the correct quantity of pills and had only given 17/20

I wish I can remember the name of the tall white guy that works here. He has awesome customer service, he greets every customer and does anything to help you out. That is the reason I keep coming to this cvs even tho I live far from it.
