The pharmacy employees are very friendly and always willing to help you. In the other hand the employees from the floor/cashier are not that friendly I feelLike they only want to assist you because they have to and because they don’t have other choice. I couldn’t find an item at the store so I looked it up on the app to see if it was in stock and it was so I asked the one of the employees to help me find it she said “I’m sorry but we don’t have it” I didn’t want to argue to I decided to buy something similar. So disappointed. But the she helped me understand better the CVS App.

I went in to fill a prescription at CVS, North Broadway White Plains. Alexandria, the lady behind the pharmacy, helped me. She was extraordinarily kind and respectful. My experience was fantastic due to her stellar customer service.

The beginning of September every year I've been going to this pharmacy to get my flu shot. After a major problem at 24 Mamaroneck Avenue telling me they didn't have the new COVID shot I called here. I was told they had and to make an appointment online which I did. The entire pharmacy staff works very hard, and the pharmacist was the same woman who gave me my flu shot a few weeks ago. I highly recommend the pharmacy here. The staff is professional and hard-working.

This is only for pharmacy @ CVS !!! 253 Central Ave disrespectful never answers. Rude !!! . Make you wait for an hour to get back to you. Male and women pharmacist. Needed Training training training it’s a must !!! Dealing with peoples lives when it comes to medication nothing is being done. 3 Stars Much better!!!

If I could I would leave this place 0 stars. Showed up at 501 while the pharmacy was closing and they wouldn’t give me my 1 year olds antibiotics. Brushed me off and were so rude to me while I was asking in desperation where I could go. Just horrible customer service!

If I can give a zero, I would.The experience that I had the other day was the worst. I will be moving my scripts to a new pharmacy. I arrived to the pharmacy and was told that the registers were closed and the pharmacist pulled the gate down in my face for lunch. They helped the man that walked in right before me and wouldn't let me purchase my script. I think CVS needs to rethink how they treat their customers and think about staggering lunch breaks in the pharmacy since there was plenty of employees behind the counter. I just had a total hip replacement and walking with a cane and was told to come back.

Slow service, obstructed isles & items expired or close to expiration dates. One evening the manager double charged for an item & when my friend went back in to show her the error, the manager tried to accuse my friend of bringing in a different receipt even though it has the date & time & person that waited on her!

I would literally put zero stars if I could. Pharmacy only gave half of my son's prescription, didn't inform my MIL when she picked it up that we would have to return to get the other half. Reason pharmacist gave was that the medication goes bad after 10 days (the prescription is only for 10 days!). Meanwhile the second half was already made! Someone please tell me how this makes sense to ANYONE!!!!

Their pharmacy is terrible. As a former pharmacy technician, I can say with absolute certainty that this CVS is full of incompetent techs and two pharmacists with very poor communication skills. On several occasions technicians have been completely wrong regarding issues with my medicine, and on each of those occasions I have had to tell them myself how to correct the issue. The pharmacist is very slow and, despite an abundance of staff and an output of what appears to be less than 250 scripts per day, appears incapable of being quick and accurate.

First time going to this CVS, hopefully is the last time. I had to go there since UPS has a service point in their pharmacy. Let me tell you, the place looks nice. However, I don’t think their staff is well trained. The cashier told me “wait a sec Idk how it works” so he had to call his partner. The other guy didn’t know how to work the scanning phone for UPS. They need to train their staff. I had to wait 20 min for the cashier to scan my package.

Worst attitude I have ever dealt with, I asked for an accommodation that I know it is within my legal rights, taking this medication for over 5 years and I had to deal with this woman's patronizing attitude. I am finding a better pharmacy! 0 stars!!

Rate and reviewCVS, 601 N Broadway, North White Plains, NY 106If you are really sick DO NOT go here. My wife filled a prescription for an inhaler. It did not work. She returned with it to CVS. They determined that it was in fact defective and that she should contact the manufacturer to replace it. A phone call was placed to the manufacturer and the automated response was leave your name and number in we will get back to you within 4 days. Thanks CVS for throwing a loved one under the bus. A real business would have given a new inhaler to the customer and settled with the manufacturer on the next order they placed. But again, that is how a REAL business would have handled it.

Went to take passport photo. They did not find the camera. On asking whether they would provide a soft copy along with prints, they did not even care to listen. The old lady who was trying to find the camera freaked out like anythig. I never faced any worse customer facing people ever in any CVS.

I work in white plains Monday through Friday and go to the deli a cross the street normally before I pick up my weekly work supplies. Today April 10 2015.. I did the same as every other of the 51 weeks in the year and went to get lunch at Tommys .... Come to find out my car was booted in the lot because I didn't go to CVS first which would have technically made me a customer... I will never go back there only for the fact that the employees and the rudest manager of all time told me that even with PROOF OF RECEIPT THAT I SHOP THERE there's nothing he was willing to do. I also wait in line about 17 minutes for someone else to come up and help the single cashier. The young people stocking shelves couldn't care less that they have a job or not so being in THEIR way is unacceptable. Plus my prescription has been wrong twice due to out of high school know it all's messing up in the back. I will never go back.

HORRIBLE customer service. In addition to continually lacking inventory of late and not refilling prescriptions on time (even when confirmed by phone), this location has dipped even lower. I didn't think that was possible but it is. They are now booting all cars that use a business in addition to CVS while parked in their lot.While there are signs saying not to park there if using other businesses instead of CVS, a customer like myself who uses the post office and CVS in the same trip should not have to park his or her car twice in two separate locations in order to avoid being booted and ticketed $70.44 to have it removed. Conveniently, the towing company accepts $70 instead of the exact amount, as it's cash only. SKETCHY!The aforementioned company, ABC Towing, ONLY takes cash, so if you don't have it, you're screwed. I had to have a friend come to give me cash because my car was booted in the five minutes between going to CVS and going to the post office. The car that is dispensing said boots is unlabeled and stamps a uniform receipt pad (like those sold at Staples or even CVS) with "ABC Towing." Sketchy... I paid my fine and got the boot removed, but this location's manager, Joe (whom I spoke to both in person and over the phone), was totally unapologetic to me even though I had multiple prescriptions waiting for pick up at that location. I even had a voicemail from CVS on my phone advising me of this fact. He said that was irrelevant. Great customer service there, buddy! He said he can, "run his business how [he] chooses." I advised him I can review his business HOW I CHOOSE! And here it is. I will use another location from here on and have my prescriptions for myself and family members transferred to the location on Tarrytown Road by the County Center. That location has far better service and is always stocked and friendly.tl;dr - do NOT use this location if you value professionalism or if you just don't want to be treated like a piece of crap for parking in their lot.Sean

This review is for the pharmacy only-Almost every time i go there, there is a surprise problem with something. Some of the clerks would much rather argue than help. If you pay cash, they will charge you full retail!! whereas other CVSs will put in a 'discount code' for you-usually around 20%-Not here ! They give you the FULL RIPOFF PRICE.

Pharmacy gave me 30 pills instead of the 90 I was prescribed. When I came back to get the pills they forgot they made me wait an hour to "verify" and questioned if I was telling the truth. Go literally anywhere else to get your prescriptions.

worst service ever. Used their kodak photo printing machine, their customer service had a bad attitude to answer questions. had to go back twice to try it out. then they refused to cut the pictures for me, even after just to borrow the paper cutter. They charged 14 dollars for 2 passport photos. total ripping off. Will never go back again.

Great store, very nice knowledgeable people. My rating is based on the parking lot. Almost got my car hit several times and have been a witness to hits on two occassions. I avoid this location unless it is absolutely necessary.
