This particular CVS is my go to for all except the Pharmacy. The store does an excellent job of restocking as fast as possible so there are no empty shelves. They also carry the newest items from great companies that I try, and if there is a problem, always good with Returns or Exchanges. Alex and Dwayne, Managers go out of their way to help. There is the best Beauty Expert, A, who spends more time with me then the usual Rep.I wont say the people who are at the Registers are always on their A game, but because I have phone coupons, it takes longer for them to pull up. Carts are always in short supply because people take them. Parking is always busy, but its a free lot so I'll wait. Really, never dissapointing.

I feel that customer service is wonderful because they smile they ask you how you are feeling today how may I help you and if you have any questions and concerns because sometimes you forget to ask questions and I'm so glad they can remind you of that and they're very helpful and willing to explain things to you in the way that makes sense and also they take their time and to listen to you and your needs and wants and also they provide different pictures if there is need to be a drawing of any comments or more directions or instructions that you did not fully understand which is always helpful so that way I feel I have a piece of mind at ease so thank you very much for being a pharmacy that I can go to and trust

This is Pharmacy/departmental Store in Whiteplains, NY, they have a large collection of groceries, cosmetics, OTC, and many other kinds of stuff for personal care needs.The Staff help customers to get what they need, if you asked them, they will go there and help you out.When paying, the line is very fast and there is a Pharmacy here that you can get your medications.

No one ever picks up from the pharmacy. I have been on the phone for over 30 min a day for 2 days in a row. I've tried calling at different hours to try to avoid the busy time but I can't get a call in ever. Highly disappointed, I am likely going to cancel my carepass account.

The last two months have been the WORST after literally 10 years of filling prescriptions at this CVS. I am currently on hold for the second time today and have been for at least 30 minutes. Heck, I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR one time two months ago!!!! So I went over there...for crying out loud, there are PLENTY OF PEOPLE AT THE PHARMACY to answer the phone!!!!!! This CVS has changed for the worse. This is the last time I fill a prescription here.EDIT: I wrote this review an hour ago. I’ve just been by there…the phone was constantly going “Three pharmacy calls, three pharmacy calls, four pharmacy calls……” If you need to get in touch with these people, call the very second they open and say your prayers. Oh, and the pharmacy section itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

I absolutely love this CVS, the best of all are the employees they are so nice and attentive! Ricky that works in the photo section helped me a lot when printing my photos and his expertise was really helpful. Thanks!!

The staff professionalism varies in quality from person to person.Some staff have hearing problems and you have to ask the same questions 10 times until they look as if they heard you.They don't look you in the eye and never smile.Or some the front cashiers are way too personal and casual and don't know how to just ring up a sale with a smile.They shouldn't allow dogs or other animals in the store unless they are certified and harnessed support dogs. Someone's non-support dog jumped all over me on the waiting line and the staff thought it was funny.THERE ARE NO SECURITY GUARDS AT THIS STORE???

Terrible, rude, un-professional and so unsanitary/dirty. It is the most affordable yes, and it has easy access for seniors and disabled people to get there with the Beeline, but if you can go ANYWHERE else, pay a little more, walk a little further, do it. NOT WORTH IT, you get what you pay for with this place.I had an Rx called in on a Friday morning and wasn't back in town locally to pick up said Rx until that next Tuesday, which gives them almost two whole business days to get that Rx or contact me that it wasn't going to be filled immediately. I didn't hear anything, and after trying to call and having no one pick up the phone I walked down to the store itself. Right away you walk and see trash everywhere. There were pill packages and left over medicine boxes all over the place and near the register. I was told by the register person that the meds hadn't even been ordered Friday. That NO ONE had ordered them Monday or that Tuesday morning. They told me to come back tomorrow, and I asked for the manager's name. Apparently, he was there and asked what I wanted his name for. I said to make a complaint. He tried to tell me about the meds HE didn't order, and how it would take a few days because of yadda yadda. I told him, I had been taking this Rx for over 17 years and never had this problem, ever.I then called corporate and they were no help either. The manager in charge of their customer relations line, pretended we had a bad connection until I asked her a particular question, then she started losing it over the phone.I ended up having the Rx sent to the Rite-Aid in Hartsdale. They filled it in less than 12 hours. They called to tell me, and they were super helpful when I went to pick it up. This place is atrocious, if I could give it no stars, I would.

The pharmacy situation here, I'm sorry to say, is the worst experience I've ever had - every time. I have no idea why, it just reliably takes like an hour to pick anything up, they're rarely ready when they say it'll be ready, my insurance gets lost, etc. etc. Something isn't working here, consider yourself warned.

it's been two days since I was with my husband and my daughter she was sick she started throwing up nobody wanted to help me I was shocked where are the good people their kindness their Good heart and the worse is that i saw a black woman i don't know is it the manager where she does other things she tries to open a door i wanted to talk to her and i seen some horrible things she made a move with that mouth it's like she didn't like ih ma'am never seen a baby puke in your life she shocked me she doesn't deserve to represent cvs she left us and entered a room. listen no one is safe this lifeone day you'll be sick and you can't find anyone by your side, you'll know that it's important to help Peoples.

I'm always in this store for one reason or another the workers are friendly somewhat and some aren't. The star of the show is the gentleman that works in the front on register. He wears glasses he's tall and he is awesome. It is a pleasure to see you when I come through the doors. He is helpful and always has a smile on his face . You should get a raise Thank you CVS for hiring this person. Your store would be nothing without him.

I asked if anyone was working the photo dept as I needed a passport photo taken and was told that someone would be sent over. 15 minutes later, no one had shown up and I was not even given the courtesy of being told no one was available. I was in the store very early 8:40 am, it was not very busy.

This was my first time visiting the store. It is a relatively small store. I went there to look for makeup and they had a decent selection. I was able to find what I needed and I received coupons for my purchase. A young gentleman was the cashier and he was friendly.I would come back to this store.

I was making a prescription transaction and the person behind me kept harassing me verbally with anger. The transaction wasn’t even that long. It was about three minutes. I am angry that no one in the store, neither manager, staff member, or security person stepped up to help me. I was not feeling comfortable and I felt harassed. I no longer will do business in this particular store on 24 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. This happened September 1, 2021 at about 2 PM.

What a horror to walk into! Staff members are on their phones while working. No one wants to move to help a customer. Watched a customer ask for assistance and was pointed in the direction. She asked another staff member and expressed her frustration, she then told the other girls, they all caught an attitude. The customer dropped her full basket and walked out. She was older, too. Such poor management. Never going back to this location, it’s a zoo.

It is okay - stocks the regular items...beauty products, pharmacy, crisps, drinks and candies etc. Staff is not super helpful and it takes time to locate the needed stuff If you haven’t been here already. Tip- there is a massive variance between member and non member price so even if you are travelling make sure to get a membership card before buying anything. Membership doesn’t cost anything but gets you discount.

Store hours are posted as closing at 10pm every night. I got there at 7:30pm and the doors were locked. Employees didn’t even look at me or the other people that came by trying to come in.

Talking to this CVS pharmacy staff is equivalent to talking to robots! My Alexa would make a better employee 100 times! Idk who is in charge of hiring pharmacy staff but to say they are unqualified for the position is the understatement of the year! First pharmacy I’ve ever felt judged for taking medication for a disease, they all should be FIRED!

I had an appointment for covid vaccination as I also have asthma and was turned away. They literally just said no your not eligible and sorry. They let the appointment and the vaccination go to waste. Shame on you CVS!

The pharmacy is one of the worse I’ve seen. uninterested , unhelpful, and slow. Told me it would take 15 mins to process my order, only to tell me when I returned 15 minutes later one of the medicine is missing entirely and the other is still be processed

I don't know why this store bothers to have a photo department because there is never anyone at the counter to help you. Everytime I come to pick up I have to wander around the store for 10 minutes in search of someone to help.
