I made a mobile order before going into work. Assuming my order would be ready by the time I got there I saw that the drive-through had long line so I end up going inside. I stood by the counter from 8 AM to 8:10 AM until I finally realized that these people weren’t going to ask me what I was waiting for, nobody said anything to me. They watch me stand there for 10 minutes. Poor customer service. Yes you’re busy, but there were other people that were in there, waiting as well for their items they ordered, and we’re being taken care of and I wasn’t even addressed nor approached so I was late for work. I have a half a cup of A white toasted latte that I paid five dollars for I didn’t even wanna go back inside because I was already upset Who knows how long I would’ve waited a second time I needed to head to work but furthermore I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Literally every time I go to this location, they are out of the donuts I want. I went there at 10:40am to get 6 Boston cream donuts for my wife to take in for her Co workers... I was surprised they actually had four! 99% of the time they say they are out! This is one of the most popular donuts, wouldnt you think you would stock more to make it through at least half the day???? It's not even 11am and they only have 4 Boston cream and that was very lucky. I asked for the other 2 to be vanilla cream, they told me they were out. I asked for chocolate cream, they said that they were out of those too and don't know when they will be getting more. I asked for powdered jelly donuts and they didn't have those either, finally I got 2 jelly with sugar on the outside. This is a donut place how the he'll are they always out of every donut I want???? If I go 7 more minutes down the road to the other location they ALWAYS have what I want at almost any time of day. That owner/manager knows what they are doing. The white lake location is terrible. I asked today if they have the same owner and was told they do not. Now that I know, I will no longer give my business to the white lake location, I will drive a little extra to the other location from now on.

This whole staff and store should be held completely responsible for what happened. It’s not about how much something is. It’s the service and your paying for it!! The hash browns were soggy. The three cheese croissant stuffer looked like it exploded from the inside. The mocha coffee was luke warm and her cup was filthy. The Boston cream donut that they forgot when they said nothing like “have a good day” when they handed the order out and closed the window was doughy and missing frosting. And no real receipt was given. Probably because they knew that they messed up! But they gave this order anyway? Feel ashamed for serving a customer this.

The lady's working tonight 9/7/23 we absolutely amazing the ended up messing our order up but immediately fixed it with no hesitation. You were able to tell they were having a rough night but they were able to laugh thru it with us as we made them laugh as much as we could to kinda help them with the rough night they were having. I have absolutely no complaints about the two of them.

drive thru was quick and easy! lovely service first thing in the morning and food came very fast!Parking: parking seemed limited in the designated parking lot but drive thru has a separate lane to enter.

Without a doubt the absolutely best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! I ordered through the drive thru and the lady who attended me was amazing, the guy who got me my coffee was fast and awesome, and the kid who followed giving me the rest of the order was wonderful. But as I took off on the road I noticed a hand written note on the bag. It said "Have a great day :)". There are still good people in this world who are kind and do their best to bring a little joy to others. Even if it's with food.

The sales clerk that gave us coffee didn’t say hello, you are welcome, enjoy your day. Just handed us coffee and turned away. Didn’t give a receipt or napkins. This needs to be addressed.

Everyday a little after 2 pm I try to order food here and then tell me "we have no food". The drinks never taste right or consistent. I find it funny that for like two weeks they have been out of food on my ride home from work. It's clear that the employees here have decided there not going to make food at certain times. This is my least favorite Dunkin.

Just to say...Dunkin is about coffee and delicious donuts 🍩 . (No gluten-free) My suggestion to Dunkin is to start a gluten free donuts!! I love the coffee in any kind of awesome flavor, but sadly, they don't carry any gluten-free donuts. Why? It's been a big company!! For so many bababoom years. Well, now I am going to my sincere opinion about this Dunkin' location.... BABABOOM is excellent 👌. The staff is so polite. The girls that took my order were so patient with my accent. ( believed me sometimes I don't even understand myself) The coffee was excellent, just like I ordered. I I am a lover for coffees. Bababoom coffee and service at this location . 100/ recommended this place.( I suggest to the girl that took my order to strongly start posting in media her face. Beautiful natural beauty. No makeup, no filters, just natural, beautiful energy. Sending always positive energy to all. Be all safe and keep healthy kisses and hugs king-size muuuah

This place is horrible. I placed a mobile order to pick up from the drive thru when I got there the line for the drive thru was a mile long so first my wife went in and they said they couldn’t give her the order because I placed it and said I would pick up from the drive thru, so then I went in and they said the same. Instead of just handing me the 18 dollar order I placed and already paid for they made me sit in the line for the drive thru for almost an hour to get my order. DO NOT GO HERE

Went through drive through to get a couple coffees and some donuts at 3 pm this past Sunday. Once at window was told they had no pastries then they ran out of coffee making my wife’s coffee so they started making more coffee for my cup. Once on the road wife said her coffee was like water and mine was to strong. So took the lid off of mine and found two clumps of something floating in cup so ended up tossing both cups and kept driving. Sorry but Dunkin’ has gone way down on quality and available products.

We ordered in the drive through which took more than 20 minutes for us to get through. The iced tea was so watered down that it was almost clear. When we said something to the people that served us, they shrugged and were like "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it"When you pay so much for an iced tea with a huge cup full of ice, it should be stronger so by the time it is watered down, it's not water.

The attendant is the most horrible person to attend a cashier ! When she notice or see a non white or American person approach, she never understands, she never hear wells ! Is horrible horrible her the way she answer back, yesterday 07/29 around 7:00 evening and today 07/30 around 3:20 pm, twice I came to this post to purchase drinks and the lady is a problem

they dont ever get the order right on multiple occasions, i once ordered a bacon egg and cheese got no egg, i also on a different occasion ordered a bacon egg and cheess on a PLAIN bagel and got an everything bagel. the wait time both inside and drive thru are crazy. the coffee’s never taste good and they are constantly running out of stuff. they failed to tell me they were out of dome lids for lattes etc so i got a packed cup with whip cream and caramel syrup on top and it spilled everywhere. 0/10

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. They consistently get every order wrong and half the time my food comes completely uncooked. Don’t bother ordering flavor in your coffee because they’ll just put cream in it and still charge you extra. The employees don’t even pretend to care. It’s worth driving 20 minutes just to go to a normal Dunkin. Don’t waste your money here.

Come here at least once a week since I live around the corner. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and sweet. If the app has a problem or glitch (not their fault, at all, and I've had my complaints with corporate about this issue since these guys are the ones having to take the brunt of it) they always do their best to work around it and make it right. They've had some temporary grumpy employees (even a manager, I believe, who was condescending and rude. She wouldn't even say hi to you if you greeted her and I'm SO glad I haven't seen her there in several months...SERIOUS bad vibes) but their current team (and I think new manager) is top notch and an absolute delight. My favorite Dunkin around currently and I'm glad it's right here!

This new crew should be taken out back! I ordered a dozen and they tried to take it upon themselves to pick out my dozen instead of asking. Then my son orders a frozen mocha, instead they gave him a frozen hot chocolate and claimed it was the same thing which it isn't. I won't be going back.

When they first opened there was an awesome crew of employees. Not anymore. Today, I was paying for my coffee, the girl took the bills, but not the change in my hand, so i said excuse me and handed her the change. She got snippy and said I can only do one thing at a time. As i got my coffee and was pulling away, she said "you need to calm down lady" in a very snippy voice. I said, no, you need to learn how to multi-task. Big reason why business doesn't work out here in SC. Bad Attitudes from employees. Made me second think ever going back there again!!!

Good and coffee the same as every other DD out there. However when this one gets busy they rapidly run out of parking. People start parking in the roads = tickets. Avoid this and park just past DD in the dirt parking lot on Schultz RD and walk up the 60feet.

Perfectly fried donuts. Very fresh. Disappointing that they no longer have dark roast iced coffee but the workers are good not to put too much ice in as requested so can still have strong brew.
