We just moved into the area and discovered the Westhampton True Value & BM Paint, which is a wonderful local hardware store that carries most everything you'll need for your DIY project, big or small. What is most amazing is the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who welcome you with a smile, making you feel as a valued customer. It's nice to shop local and get to enjoy the shopping experience as well as the friendly advice from the staff.

Excellent customer service. They exchanged a Master Mechanic power tool. Called on phone to see if they had one in stock. I just wanted to look at it to compare to mine to see if mine was defective or if I was missing a part. I was ready to call the 800 number on Monday and deal with the manufacturer as the tool had a 2 year warranty and it was only 3 months old. The salesperson said just bring it in we have one in stock and we will exchange. I know where I am going next time even if its additional 10 minute drive from my home in Manorville. Highly Recommend

They have the friendliest staff. Everyone is always smiling and very helpful. The selection of merchandise is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and I love being able to get what I need locally without driving all the way to Riverhead.

This True Value is in a very convenient location considering a lot if construction and similar work is done in the area. It's a great place to go to if you quickly need something on the fly. Especially if you're working out on Dune Road or something.

Great local hardware store. May not have everything but should have what you need. They also offer bicycle maintenance and repair. Great place for a guy to get lost for an hour on a Saturday.

Great place to go for locals so they dont have to drive all the way to riverhead for a home depot and lowes. Great for little odds and ends to even bigger things as well. Pretty big inside too.

I have been to this store several times and have never had a pleasant experience. I have been told false information and been screamed at for no reason. I am appalled at how the employees treat the customers.
