After having tests done at Westfield hospital, Tops was a short distance on Main to grab groceries on our way home. Very convenient!!! Polite too.

I went to recycle and my bottle got stuck and it took someone 30 minutes to even help me after ringing the buzzer three times and someone else was stuck after me and they assisted them first so I was pretty upset when I left I should have been in cashed in and out.

This is a nice neighborhood grocery store. The people are friendly. The place is clean, and they have basically everything you need.

Prices are highway robbery in here. Quality control lacks standards

The workers seem miserable... Perhaps the corporate standards should loosen up a bit, and then maybe it'll become a more peaceful working environment. I'll bet the cashiers repeating the same "hello" "goodbye" "do you have a tops card" gets tiring, resulting in creating a facade, especially when they feel like they have to attach themselves to the high expectations of "customer satisfaction" which that in itself is an illusion to make customers feel good at the expense of the workers integrity. Forty year shopper at Tops Westfield NY. Enjoy shopping there. Today upon leaving the store I saw a Tops staffer who must have to go off site to smoke because of Tops no smoking policy. Which means she is sitting smoking on the parking lot guardrail. When she finished her cigarette she just threw her cigarette butt on the public sidewalk where there is a large collection of cigarette butts. Tops please encourage healthy habits and responsible environmental standards with your employees. Please monitor this situation and ask your employees to clean up the public walk and dispose of their cigarette butts. We all share the space. Ty.

This store is small, but it has improved so much. Staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The meat case is excellent, and all of the departments are well improved.

I tried getting a cake here for my baby nieces christening and I was told to leave and got called some not so nice names (in regards to the way I walk) guess they found it funny?? Idk. You ain’t seen the things I’ve seen.Edit: I came back into the store today and the produce section looked beautiful so I guess I’ll bump it up a star. HOWEVER I am still upset with the ill treatment I received the morn before my baby nieces big day. Of course I’ll be coming back being I live in the area, but seriously? Saying I walk like an ostrich that needs dr scholls foot inserts is a bit obsurd and rather dodgy for my taste. I expect (at the very least) 3 monopoly coupons on ever 20 cents I spend for the rest of the year. Why? To compensate for the brutal treatment I received over a dang cake!

The store was clean produce was fresh and the sales floor was well lighted with as well as seasonally appropriate features but the ground meat I purchased for the 4th of July cookout for my family was clearly remix, the top quarter inch was fresh bright pink for display and the rest was brown as can be. In addition the lines were long with slow reaction by management to support the front.

Love the cashiers especially Chris so great at customer service! Everytime!! In a side note I shop elsewhere for deli and meat the prices are too high so I drive to sanders in North East they have a great deli and selection of meats.. I wish I could get that here in my home town. Kudos to your front end staff🌻🌻

Sure beats driving to Dunkirk Walmart. So grateful to have the store in town it has a great local vibe. I prefer supporting a local establishment (Williamsville NY) rather than a big box corporate store. Many of the employees there have been working there for 20 years and are very friendly! Is it more expensive than Walmart? Most things are, but factor in time to drive and the gas? Topps wins every time.

Never have enough isles open. The produce is literally rotting on the shelves. There have been countless times where i have purchased an avocado, mango, etc and its brown. The berries are molded quite often as well. I'm not quite sure what the rancid smell is between the meat and bakery section. It always smells like somthing died. Not at all impressed

It's a decent little store, depending on when you are shopping you may have a long wait at checkout due to understaffing and the infrequent rush of customers. The store needs expansion and remodeling to have a premium shopping experience, but sadly these changes are most likely never going to happen due to the bankruptcy proceedings that Tops has entered into.Note: this bankruptcy is NOT a closure bankruptcy, it's a reorganization of debt. The store's produce department is pretty good, the deli is fair and the meat department is fair. The bakery section needs expansion as well as the freezer and the beverage sections need expansion seeming very cramped. This store most likely doesn't have the customer base to support the changes that are needed.Otherwise the store provides Westfield shoppers with the basic and standard food options they require.

Tops of Westfield Store is in need of some organization and upgrades. Being a shopper who needs to use the Handicap Cart, the aisles are too crowded to accommodate turning into the aisles from the back end of the store . There are too many displays in the aisles to either be able to reach a product that is close to the display or to get a handicap cart user and a regular cart through without one letting the other pass before continuing. There is only enough room in the freezer aisle between the beer cases on pallets to drive the cart, and very difficult to open the doors to the freezer to get any product out. I'm not sure if they don't have enough room in storage to keep product there or just need to store on the floor. Sad and difficult when shopping from that needed cart. There are several photos of the inside of this store to see what I am commenting about. I hope someone takes the time to review this situation. I have a feeling that Managers might not even realize the difficulty to maneuver through their stores for people with handicaps.

Only complaint is I'm pregnant bathrooms are in the back with the stock and had I been any bigger (I'm small build) would have been very difficult to walk with the stock piled and filling the walkway. Store itself is organized and cleaned.

The only problems I have with Topps are1) the fruit in the produce section is not very good . All too often it's old and turning .The other is sales !!! You can go on the second day and the sale items are out......How can you be out of the sale items at3 pm on the second day... seriously !!!

This location is ok. Very small, reminds of an old Walgreens. Produce is decent, could be better. Cleanliness is ok. Customer service is decent.

Fresh produce appears far from fresh. No 32oz. whole or 2% milk. Butter shelf about half full. The list is endless; I shop there purely for convenience.

Small town, is really the only grocery store in town. Doesn't have the largest selection like others in this chain do, but it almost always has good deals!

Tops in Westfield is a little more the an over grown mini market. They have less then half the selection. On the Fredonia market..disappointing.
