The pharmacy repeatedly fails to fill my pharmacy in a timely manner. The app confirms it is ready, only to be told when I arrive at the pharmacy that the prescription hasn't been refilled or even in the system as a request to be filled yet. I was even told when calling to check on a re-fill that i \"needed to call my doctor because they are too busy to do it\" We are now in the process of moving our family's prescriptions to Rite Aid. The service has failed us too many times all summer.

We got there at 6:30pm after getting a message that the prescription was dropped off at 2pm. They told us to come back in 15 minutes. We came back at 7:30pm and waited in a line of 3 cars for 30 minutes and they closed the window on the car right ahead of us at exactly 8pm without issuing their meds or ours.
