I really prefer to shop in person instead of using Amazon. The main advantage is that i can personally select the product. However, now Target has locked up the product so i cant touch it anymore. They have removed the convenience advantage of shopping at Target. Who is the short-sighted idiot at Corporate who made this decision? Im sure your shrink went down slightly but i think you will find your Sales go down a lot more.

I actually worked at this Target back in 97’ and shop often at Target! I have been becoming very disappointed last few times. They started locking EVERYTHING up. And believe me, I get the loss prevention side of things and have waited for employees to come unlock the cages, however, now the ring/buzzer/call button is missing forced customers to look for non existent workers. Today I got frustrated, gave up, walked out and ordered my products from Amazon and now will have by 7pm when I get home from work. Would love for stores to stay open but the way things are looking won’t be long before Targets will be like all other stores!

A girl that works there put her hands on me and she had a nasty attitude. She’s fair skinned she had lash extensions and pretty short . And they didn’t do nothing about it she’s still there . DONT RECOMMEND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!

Not a ton to write about, it's a pretty standard Target, but that in itself is a compliment as this location follows in the stress-free shopping and browsing experience so many of us have become used to.

This used to be a very good target until they started locking up EVERYTHING. Now it takes 20 min just to get a 10$ face wash (no hate to the workers, they are stretched thin and have no control over policy). If an object on my shopping list is behind glass, I'd rather die than wait for the poor employee to watch me sniff detergents

The Westbury Target has sunk to new levels of low.Bottle return machines not attended and always full; sale prices not updated in the system causing confusion and lackluster assistance at the registers; self checkout lanes closed and only a few manned lanes with ridiculously long lines.They need to up their game, and fast. Losing a customer.

I usually don't have any issues shopping at target, whether online or at the store... Today was a nightmare! these 2 individuals had no sense of customer service..also where are the target uniforms? instead of helping me redeem my gift card offer at self checkout, she choose to tell me to read the instructions on the screenMind you it was almost 11pm, all she wanted to do was to chat with her co worker.She couldn't spare 5 min to assist me. I overheard her co worker telling her: "Sounds like she had a you problem!The only ones that were helpful today was the team at pick up!TARGET you need to revamp your employees! Seems that this store is starting to get some of the worse ones!!!*************Why can't leave another comment?!Now this is the second time that I've had issues picking up my order! last time they couldn't find it . although I had a text saying its ready? it took 25 for the manager to finally find my order! this time I did drive up, i waited 15 min while there was no other cars waiting for pick ups... see the pics, the workers could care less, i had to ask where is my order!WHAT IS GOING TARGET?

I used to shop here 2-3x a week. no longer. Everything is now locked behind plexiglass and associates can't be bothered to help with lots of "not my department" replies. Not worth the aggravation. too many other stories out there.

Target is great! They have everything! Cleaning supplies, food, electronics, arts and craft supplies, cloths, toys, bed sheets, storage bins, diapers, baby supplies, wrenches, vasalene, athletes foot spray, curling irons, regular irons, birthday cards, balloons, candy, wee wee pads, and a great many other things.

everything is reasonably priced. staff are approachable and know where their items are and if you ask, they check on their device to see if they carry the item.

I have to say this is the best target I have ever been too. They have almost everything inside and even when crowded the lines and checkout go fast. Most targets I have been too never have the things I am looking for, always crowded, and line are slow.

Clean and not overcrowded compared to some of the locations I frequent in NY. The energy here is a little low they may need music or something to liven up the mood.I found everything I needed- it was also really easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Also super close to so many other stores.

Went there to pick up air buds orde ordered by my step daughter for her sister. Product was not ready upon arrival. The young lady named Saiear told me to come back in a hour or so which I did. Order still not ready. Told to come back tomorrow or purchase it now and cancel said online order. Saiear walked me to location where Air Buds are sold. No more on floor. She requested her colleague to check for availability and waa la she got one for me. If it wasn't for Saiear, i would of had to travel from Brooklyn back to Westbury 27 miles to pick it up the next day. Kudos Saiear. You're one of the best. Thank you very much.

Store is fine, customer service over the phone is TERRIBLE. I tried calling TEN TIMES AT 10AM about a return. They let it ring out every time. What could be going on at 10am that has everyone so busy. This is a joke of a store.

This place is such a mess. It’s 30% off but they charged me full price specially a book cover wrote obviously 30% off but the cashier still charged it full price. I have to watch my money and I was a loyalty customer but I won’t go back again.

Used to go to this location a lot but am finding they advertise they have items on their site but when you go there, they don't have it. Employees mostly don't know where items are. Lots of parking and gridlock. Starbucks was my only bright spot this trip.

Sold me FAKE AirPods Pro’s and refused to take accountability for it, instead claimed there was no way I purchased the AirPods from them when I had a receipt proving I did, instead told me to just call guest services, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

11/11/23 7:48pm. I need hairspray for my mother in law. Apparently the “higher end” hairspray is behind locked glass. The young lady working that department register is on the phone letting her friend know shes off in a few. I ask her for her assistance to get that hair spray. Her answer “ oh he just took the key. I dont know when he’ll be back.” Not a “let me call someone” nothing. I ended up buying something that wasnt locked behind bars. Very disappointed by the nonchalant nastiness with a smile. Bless your heart young lady.

What a glorious experience to shop at Target - this place has everything you might be looking for and things you didn't know you wanted. Impossible not to come out with extra items. They are usually decent quality too. This particular location is sizeable, has ample parking and a convenient location in Roosevelt Field area which features an incredible number of malls, stores and restaurants.
